About: My wife and I love dogs and are excited to have the opportunity to care for your small to medium breed non-aggressive dog(s) under 35 lbs. (Please be advised that our experience has shown that the high energy cattle/sheep dogs, shepherds, etc., are generally not a good fit for us). We both have had dogs all of our lives. We have the experience of caring for dogs through their feeding, grooming, exercising, bathing, and of course lots of loving through their senior years. We are both retired, so your dog(s) will have lots of loving attention and care throughout its/their stay. We have a doggie door so your dog(s) can have free access to our large fenced backyard. We generally accept only one client at a time, so we can give your dog(s) lots of attention and love. We do sometimes allow an overlap with another client's dog, but only if we know the dogs involved get along well. We have one dog, Jax (Cavalier King Charles). He is very loving, playful, and unaggressive. Weather permitting and with your approval, we will include your dog(s) in our daily walks in our neighborhood and excursions to local parks. However we do not allow our dog and your dog(s) in "dog parks" and do not allow them to have exposure to other dogs on our walks. Since we are retired, we will also give lots of cuddles and play in between outings, to keep them engaged. We have a dog toy box full of toys for them to play with, if they want. Just click on our profile pictures to see our "Doggie Hall of Fame" photos which show our care of our clients' dogs. We will follow your instructions, including for special needs, to make sure of your pet(s)’ total care and safety. We have a large and comfy single level home with 24/7 access to a large secure backyard and a doggie door. We will give potty breaks to those dogs that don't want to use the doggie door every couple of hours or as needed. We also have 24/7 video surveillance both inside and outside for their safety. Your dog(s) will have access to the entire house and is/are welcome to cuddle on the furniture, and can sleep in our bedroom in a doggie bed or crate, whichever your pet prefers. That means I’m able to spend plenty of time with my dogs and any dogs staying with me rather than being gone at work all day. I’ve always had dogs in my life, starting when I was a child, and I truly cannot imagine my life without them. Everyone knows that person who walks into a room and says hello to the dogs before the people. That’s me. I’m absolutely that person. I currently have four dogs of my own, so dogs are a pretty big part of everyday life in our house. I have a Pomeranian, a Husky mix, and two Chocolate Labs. My dogs love other dogs, and having dogs ranging from a little Pom to large, energetic dogs has given me plenty of experience with different sizes, personalities, energy levels, and needs. My Pom is 17 now and has definitely earned the right to take life at his own pace. These days, that often means being carried around by me rather than walking everywhere himself. He also has his own smaller fenced area within our large fenced yard so he can enjoy being outside without having to deal with the bouncing energy of the bigger dogs. If a visiting dog needs a little more peace and quiet outside, they are welcome to share his area too. Not every dog wants to be in the middle of the action all the time, and that’s perfectly fine here. For the dogs who DO want to be in the middle of the action, there is plenty of room in our large fenced yard to run, play, explore, or just hang out. And if your dog needs daily walks, I’m your girl! Mine insist on them, so walking is already part of my everyday routine. My Pom makes it about half a mile, my Husky gets around 2.5 miles, and my two Chocolate Labs need at least 3 miles. One of my dogs was my best friend for 16 years, so I also have firsthand experience caring for a senior pup and understanding the extra patience, attention, and care they can need. 💆♀️ I’m the person who will absolutely stop what I’m doing to say hi to a dog walking by. 😂 At my other job, I get to see dogs throughout the day, and it’s genuinely one of my favorite parts of working there! I love getting to know each dog’s personality, whether they’re energetic and ready to play 🎾 or would rather spend the afternoon getting spoiled with cuddles 💤 . I’ll give your pup plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and love while you’re away, and I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for just like you already do. 🐾🐶🩷 I work full-time, but my schedule leaves me with a lot of time to dedicate to pups outside of work. I’m usually completely free on Sundays and Mondays, and most weekdays I’m home by 3 PM (sometimes as early as noon!). I love having something to look forward to after work, whether that’s a walk around the neighborhood, some playtime, or simply giving a pup some extra attention. My schedule allows me to be flexible, and I’m always happy to work around your dog’s normal walking routine rather than expecting them to fit into mine. 🐾 I’m mainly here to help with dog walks, and I really enjoy getting outside and having a pup tag along! I’ll make sure their walks fit their energy level and personality, whether they want to run around and explore or take a slower walk and sniff everything along the way. I’m also happy to follow any routines or preferences you already have for your dog. I’m also totally down to do quick drop-ins if your pup just needs someone to stop by, let them out, give them some food or water, or spend a little time with them. I’m not looking to do long house-sitting visits, but I’m happy to make sure your pup is safe, happy, and taken care of while you’re gone! 🐾💕

About: Would love nothing more then to meet your pup and help put them at ease when they are in my care. Your dogs safety and comfort will be my number one concern at all times! I will treat your pup like they were my own and make sure they are happy and healthy and entertained untill you come home to them! I will take them on walks and enjoy puppy related movies on netflix with them! I will give them as many pets as they like! I really love being around dogs and so this job is a way for me to do What I Love!! I work from home currently. I have a lot of down time and availability and will be able to give your pup lots of attention and love. I can do over night boarding at my house any days of the week typically. For drop ins or walks. I can come before work, on my lunch break, and after work. My schedules very flexible we can work something out! I am able to maintain a consistent schedule of eating and playing and exercise and medicine administration. About: I have over a decade of animal care experience from working as a pet sitter, dog trainer at Petco and Karma Dog Training, and also a Vet tech at Saugus Animal Hospital. Dogs especially are my passion and I will take care of your fur babies like my own :) I am fairly flexible as I only work part time. I am also usually available weekends and holidays for petsitting.
