About: I am primarily on this app to be of service to our dog training clients when they go out of town. I am sometimes available to take other pets, but not always. I understand that each animal has their own personality and quirks. I am able to care for pets of any age. I have experience administering medications as well. I work full time at a dog training facility. I spend most of my free time taking care of animals. I am able to bring pups to work with me during the day, so I can potty and let them run around on my breaks throughout the day. I will either bring your pup to my house or go to yours! Whatever your preference is. I do have two dogs of my own, both are friendly to all different types of pets. We also have a cat, so my dogs know how to behave around them (not chasing, bothering, etc.) As I mentioned above, I work at a training facility and will be able to bring your pup to work with me instead of them being home alone during the day. About: I have cared for pets since I was 6 years old, started with a tabby cat named Tinker after Tinker Bell. Since then I’ve cared for multiple cats of my own (including litters), and 2 of the sweetest dogs until seniors. I also loved and cared for the cutest peach-faced love bird, named, but of course - Peaches. I believe animals were created for us to be reminded to enjoy each moment we are given. I also believe that they deserve the best care and love through excellent attention to health, play and grooming. I have a set schedule that I will stick to for the most part, with flexibility upon request. Occasionally I will travel as well with advance notice. About: I’ve been pet sitting since 2020, there is almost always someone at our home so no matter our plans our furry guests always have company. My young son loves to play tug, fetch, or chase and gets a kick out of helping with food and water. We are a mostly relaxed house until someone gets post dinner zoomies. I am on a hybrid work schedule, but there is almost always someone at our house to hang out with our 4 legged guests. We live right next to a park where we enjoy taking long walks, playing fetch, and just getting out and about at least once a day. We have a fully fenced backyard that has low risk for any escape artists (they'd have to be quite determined and find something we don't know about). However, I'll always check with you to make sure they're good outside on their own. Otherwise, I typically will stay outside with them just to be sure. Walks are always leashed and we only feed what is provided.

I worked at a doggy daycare for over a year, have been pet and house sitting for neighbors and friends for over 3 years, actively volunteer at a cat shelter since 2017, and have been walking dogs since I was a kid. I have 5 pets (one dog, three cats, and one snake) of my own, making me well versed in caring for a variety of animals. I work a sporadically scheduled contracted job 1 to 3 Saturdays a month that I'm very committed to. However, these jobs have never gotten in the way of my care towards my own animals and the animals I have pet sat for. I don't pet sit in my own home, as I can't be sure that my animals will 100% get along with a client's animal. I have slept over in guest rooms of the houses I have spent over night in, as well as having only been in the house with the pets during the day, all per the client's request. Whatever one's house looks like or whatever features one's house may have, I am always sure to respect boundaries, clean up after myself, and make sure the house is left looking better than when I arrived.

No worries, I speak fluent feline! With a background in cat enrichment and behavior modification, I have a knack for earning the trust of even the most standoffish and secretive cats. Whether your furry companion is shy, bold, or somewhere in between, I can read kitties well, and I always bring a calm, grounded energy that helps them feel safe and secure. I’m also borderline obsessive (in a good way) about secure entries and exits. If your pet is a known escape artist, trust that I’ll take special care not to let them out! About: I have over 10 years of experience as an emergency vet tech. In addition to that have been a caring pet owner all of my adult life. Since becoming a human physical therapist I also got certified in canine physical therapy. We recently moved to Boise and I am currently working part time. I have time in the early morning and midday for longer walks and drop in visits. I love walking/light jogging. Seeing a dog enjoying a walk makes me so happy! Reducing a pets stress when their owner is out of town is important!
