I worked at a doggy daycare for over a year, have been pet and house sitting for neighbors and friends for over 3 years, and have been walking dogs since I was a kid. I have 5 pets (one dog, three cats, and one snake) of my own, making me well versed in caring for a variety of animals. I work a sporadically scheduled contracted job 1 to 3 Saturdays a month that I'm very committed to. However, these jobs have never gotten in the way of my care towards my own animals and the animals I have pet sat for. I don't pet sit in my own home, as I can't be sure that my animals will 100% get along with a client's animal. I have slept over in guest rooms of the houses I have spent over night in, as well as having only been in the house with the pets during the day, all per the client's request. About: I’ve been pet sitting since 2020, there is almost always someone at our home so no matter our plans our furry guests always have company. My young son loves to play tug, fetch, or chase and gets a kick out of helping with food and water. We are a mostly relaxed house until someone gets post dinner zoomies. I am on a hybrid work schedule, but there is almost always someone at our house to hang out with our 4 legged guests. We live right next to a park where we enjoy taking long walks, playing fetch, and just getting out and about at least once a day. We have a fully fenced backyard that has low risk for any escape artists (they'd have to be quite determined and find something we don't know about). However, I'll always check with you to make sure they're good outside on their own. Otherwise, I typically will stay outside with them just to be sure. Walks are always leashed and we only feed what is provided.

I currently have an golden of my own and we love to explore new areas in the foothills, around the greenbelt, or even the beautiful sights up bogus. I usually pet sit for family friends, but would love to meet some new floofs! I'm currently working part time, and have a pretty open schedule for this summer! Every week is different, but I'm available almost every weekday and most weekends. My backyard is secure and big dog approved with plenty of room to run around. About: Ive been a full time dog mom for 13 years. I’ve recently let go of my senior dog and would love to pour that love into your pup! I have experience with medically complex dogs, so I’m happy to dispense medications or give some extra TLC to dogs that need it! I have an open and flexible schedule! I’m available for dog walking mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I also have an open schedule for dog sitting in your home. I’m a very attentive pet sitter. If you’d like me to go over some basic training and commands with your dog, I’m happy to do that as well. I’ll give you pet all the love they can tolerate, but will also give them space if that’s what they prefer. I’m so excited to meet and spend some quality time with your little critter!
About: I’ve always loved animals of all kinds. When I was a kid I used to be told not to pet certain animals because they were deemed “unfriendly”, most of them time people were shocked when their animal would warm up to me after making such a statement. Animals are much more intelligent and empathetic than some people give them credit for. Give me a choice between a room full of humans or a room full of animals, and I’ll take the room full of animals every time. I started pet setting when I was 12 and I’ve been doing it on and off ever since. I used to have a dog, sadly he passed from heart failure and I’ve just barely gotten to the point where I’m thinking about getting another. I miss his energy and miss taking him on hikes and long walks. Getting up early is not a problem for me. I live right by the greenbelt so we will be going on lots of walks! At the moment my schedule is very open. I have 2 cats who love dogs, but I know not all dogs love cats. I am more than willing to come over and dog sit and even bring you pup In during the times I’m there as long as your pup likes cats, otherwise me walking your pup and boarding at your house would be better suited for all parties involved.
About: I’ve been animal and house sitting for about 5 years now. What initially started as a favor I would do for family and friends has become something I love to do for those who need it! I grew up with dogs, cats, chickens, and even reptiles, so I am very comfortable with all kinds of pets. I have cared for animals like young puppies and senior dogs, and even snakes and bearded dragons!:) I am a full time student who also works a flexible, part time job. Most days I have plenty of gaps to hang out and check on pets! I am an attentive care taker and ensure that pets are not only watched and fed, but also make sure that these animals are feeling loved. About: I’ve taken care of my own dog for 9 years. I have also pet sat for friends and family for about 8 years which has included walking, bathing, house sitting, and general care. Typically I am free whenever you need me! I usually do 1-2 drop in’s per day if my clients are out of town, but I can always do more if requested! I do not have my own place at the moment so I am not able to board pets but I will be respectful of clients homes and am willing to do whatever it is that you need!
About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old, when I bought my own puppy with the money I had saved up. I love dogs with all my heart, currently I do not have a pooch of my own, so I would love to meet yours and help you care for them! I have a somewhat large fully fenced yard, so I am willing to take dogs to my home for a few hours! About: My love for animals really grew when I moved out to the country in upstate NY. Stray cats started coming up to the house for food and warmth. I complied with their requests. On walks and hikes, I’d at times find injured animals like birds, and baby kittens. I couldn’t leave them alone so I’d nurse them back to health, help wildlife rescuers and even was able to work a little with NYSDEC when finding injured wildlife. I started rescuing dogs and cats, making sure they were spayed, neutered, and vaccinated before finding them an home. While on vacation in Puerto Rico, I ended up bringing a stray dog home with me and she now lives in Boise as well. One of my favorite things to do is to talk walks on the greenbelt and around my neighborhood with my kids and my dogs. I would love to include your pup as on our family walks. I’m a stay at home mom who spends a lot of time outdoors with my kids and dogs. I can fit your pup in for walks almost any time of day. My two dogs are indoor pets. They have access to all furniture. They’re family! We have a fenced in yard for playtime and take a lot of walks.
