They took such good care of nova, probably better care than we even do sometimes haha, and i was surprised she still wanted to come home with us and not stay with megan and her family. About: I have taken care of cats ever since I was a kid. My most recent experience was with my sweet senior kitty who passed a couple of years ago. I helped give her IV fluids at home every day for a year after she started having kidney problems and had to deep clean litter daily. I honestly didn’t mind (except it wasn’t fun seeing the needle poke her 😭) because I just loved her so much. About: I've had a dog since I was 5 years old. I have two cats and a dog and would welcome any dog that gets along good with other animals. I work from home so watching animals during the day is no problem. My dog is inside and outside with a large backyard to play around in. When it's very cold I let the dogs roam the main floor of the house. I provide a safe, calm, and structured environment for every pet. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications. In my home, pets are always supervised, kept in a clean space, and never left in unsafe situations. I make sure they’re comfortable and stress-free, with plenty of attention and exercise.

The dogs we care for thoroughly enjoy our large fenced yard as there is lots of room to run, play and explore safely! For our health and that of the animals we love, we do not use toxic chemicals on our yard or in our house. My family and I naturally connect with animals and are happy to provide reliable care for boarding and daycare. I am self-employed and work from home which allows me plenty of time to spend interacting with your pupper while it's in my care. My schedule is flexible for meet and greets, drop-offs and pick-ups. I am available most weekdays, weekends and holidays. Saturday availability is limited to in-progress boarding that began prior to Friday night and pick-ups as my family and I observe a 7th day rest. Your dog's well-being is very important to us. We want them to have as much access to the outside as they want, as much play and activity as they need, and plenty of space and calm to relax and settle. Our experience has shown that crate trained dogs that come with their own portable dens typically handle their stay better than those that don't. To reduce stress and better the experience, we prefer to keep dogs with crates.

About: I grew up with horses, cats and dogs and that brought on my love of animals. I worked in a small animal vet clinic for 12 years as a tech until I had my kids and became a SAHM 4 years ago so I have a lot of experience caring for animals. The benefit of having worked as a tech for so long is I’m very well trained in dog behavior, medical treatment, and giving pets extra loves when they’re feeling nervous. We have our own doodle who is a spayed female and she loves other dogs, even the grouchy ones. I have two kids, a 4 1/2 year old and a 7 1/2 year old who both were taught from a young age how to properly treat animals so they’re both very respectful of space and gentle. I am currently a stay at home mom so I am at the house most of the day, aside from running kids to activities, to take care of your pet. The living space in our home is one floor so there aren’t stairs for senior pets to have to climb. We also have a fenced backyard for them to play and potty. About: I have taken care of animals my whole life, starting on my small farm where as a kid I helped care for farm animals and lots & lots of dogs and cats. I love every animal I meet, even when they don’t like me. I have been taking care of my dog for ten years, with another senior dog for the past three years. I also had a senior cat for the past few years and took care of her while she was sick until she ultimately died, we miss her tons in my house ❤️🩹 I’ve never met a pet I didn’t like! I am currently a student doing online work, so I’m pretty flexible and have pretty open availability! I’m not always available, but I am often and my availability is flexible enough to accommodate you. I do drop ins to care for your pet in your home and walks. I am a very tidy and clean person and do my best to not leave a mark in the places I go. I’ll always make sure to honor your requests and leave your space as clean as it was or cleaner than when I found it! I also am good with pets because I’m patient and able to respect boundaries with less trusting pets.
About: I have watched dogs of all ages from puppies to a 10 year old. Even though I don't have any formal training I can teach commands and potty training. I work part time in the evenings when my husband is home. I do leave during the day at times for 2 hours at the most for appointments for my kids. In college and into adulthood I rescued a small mix breed who travelled the country with me and stayed with me well into parenthood. She recently crossed the rainbow bridge. Now our family guardian is a Saint Bernard who loves nothing more than watching her tailless brothers playing in the back yard. We are used to all different sizes of fur babies around our house! “Megan and her family were the absolute BEST to our dog, Nova. Not only did they take her on a 5k on thanksgiving, which our dog LOVED, nova got to go on long walks everyday and play lots outside, and they even made Nova a christmas ornament with her paw print!!!! Megan was so amazing and texted me paragraphs morning and night about how our dog was doing and what she did that day or morning, along with so many photos! They took such good care of nova, probably better care than we even do sometimes haha, and i was surprised she still wanted to come home with us and not stay with megan and her family. If i could give 10 stars I would, I would recommend Megan to everyone!!! We have never had such an amazing experience with rover before, and will always take Nova to Megan now when we need sitting.”
