About: I began living with cats in college, and feel their absence every day since my graduation. There's a big cat sized hole in my heart. ❤️ I was unable to have cats growing up due to my father's allergy, but fell in love with the adopted cats of my college roomates. I've done much of the care for them, from cleaning litterboxes to nail trims, and I've got the scars to show from daily play with a kitten. About: I have been around animals my whole life we always had a house full growing up. I trained and showed my corgi helped my mom with her Norwegian Elkhounds( show and breeding). I worked at greyhound dog tracks across the US raising and training them. I worked for a vet part time helping in her clinic and taking care of the dogs she boarded. I currently raise labs at our place on 3 acres. It has always been a dream of mine to work with animals. I currently work 34 hrs at my job but have weekends and Monday off. About: Hello! I worked part time at Happy Tails Dog Daycare for about a year. Lots of different sizes, ages & breeds I attended to. I have had a dog in the family for most of my life, as a kid and for 21 years of my adult life...so far.😉 I currently have one charcoal lab who is a 120lb galloping goofy boy! My favorite thing is taking him out for our walk. Then playing & loving on him! We lost his 13 yr old choco lab sister in December 2021-she had kidney disease but managed to live for 3 yrs after diagnosed. Thanks to acupuncture, CBD & other natural remedies. I currently work as a chiropractic assistant. I also love to bike the trails around the Des Moines area & am a huge Nascar fan! My dream is to get an RV & travel the country following Nascar, riding bike trails & experiencing every state! My hours of work currently are Mon, Wed & Thurs 7:30 - 6:30pm. I am currently without any furkids. I lost my Hachi on St Patrick's Day to a brain aneurysm. 🥺😢😭 My boy goes to Happy Tails Mon & Wed then hangs with my best friend on Thurs while I am working. We take our walks on Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun. I will keep regular routines for clients that I house/dog sit for. At my place we will do our best to keep them comfortable & on schedule/routine. Walks/Drop ins per clients direction.
About: I have experience of doing housesitting and pet-sitting for several years now. i have experience working with different sizes and breeds. I do know how to administer medicine by injections and oral. I have a lot of patience for dogs and I always love to play with them :) I work second shift so I am available to walk/take care from anytime in the morning until 230pm! Although in the summer I am off for three months so will be available 24/7. My house is fenced in the backyard only and on a dead end road with a huge field by my house- there is plenty of space to play and I also live near trails where we can go on a long walk! I am able to communicate in writing and reading English and American Sign Language (ASL). I am always updating the owners with pictures and keeping them informed of how their pets are doing.

About: My mom started fostering dogs when I was 2 years old, so I've been taking care of dogs my whole life! I would love to help you take care of your dog(s)! I also have experience using various no-pull harnesses and gentle leader head collars for larger dogs. I have no qualms about taking care of "controversial" breeds such as Rottweilers, Dobermans, or Pit Bulls. I'm available for morning, evening, and weekend check-ins. I'm perfectly comfortable and experienced at administering oral medications and/or taking care of senior dogs and cats. I have a fenced-in yard for frequent potty breaks and play time. Adult pets must be spayed/neutered to stay at my home. I try to keep my Rover calendar up to date so you can see when I'm available! Please reach out for any specific dates needed! Boarding: I treat your dogs like my own! They get to play outside and sleep on the furniture with my dog! I'll feed them per your schedule!
