About: I love all types of pets. I’m very affectionate, attentive to details, responsible, high energy. Pets make me feel less anxious and I love them in my lap I am available any after before 8 am and after 4 pm for a walk or feed the pets. All day during the weekends to watch them. Any day during the week for overnight care I take them everyday once a day and let them go outside to pee and poo because I have a danced yard. I feed my dog twice a day, and give a bath every 2 weeks. I these her every other day. Control fleas and worm every month, and take her for nail trim every 3 weeks.

Backyard play or leash walking would be part of your pets care. On occasion we may go to a park and our dog often accompanies us. I have a large fenced in yard with lots of shade and green space to run around in. I have crates of various sizes to keep your dog safe and comfortable at night, when we leave for an errand or to retreat to as needed.

About: I’ve taken care of fur babies of all kinds since before I could walk. I grew up with a dog and cat always in tow. I lived in the country, so learned fast that the world can be hard for an animal, thus beginning my rehab ‘career’. As I got older, I pet sat for neighbors and family friends. In my mid 20s I trained as a vet tech, prepping animals for surgery, giving vaccinations, nail trims, etc. Until the ISU Wildlife Clinic closed, I volunteered there, learning more care for wild native animals. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, I can’t imagine life without animals. I currently have a senior border collie named Lola, she has arthritis so sometimes she needs help getting around and I’m always willing to help my girl. I also have a senior cat. Currently I’m a doordash/grub hub driver, so I literally am free 24/7 to care for your pets! I will prioritize Rover over delivery, so I can work with any schedule you need. I’m available for repeat needs (several walks a week, drop ins, etc). I live in a duplex with a yard. For me to board a pet, they would need to get along with my dog, and she can honestly be a bit grumpy meeting new dogs, so I feel going to the client’s home would be best. I will respect your home and follow whatever instructions you have for the care of your pets.

My first job as a kid was dog sitting and dog walking for a giant, senior golden retriever and a tiny, spunky papillion. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages and stages (including newborn kittens and very senior, diaper-wearing dogs), plus rats, rabbits, birds, fish, shrimp, snails, and bearded dragons. About: I've grown up with pets my whole life - dogs, cats, cows, horses, hamsters, mice, you name it I probably had it at one point. I have a dog of my own as well. I like to say I've had animal experience my whole life, but formally I have had over 8 years of experience in the animal care industry. I have spent time in veterinary clinics, grooming, boarding, doggy daycare, dog training, permanent sanctuaries, rehabilitation facilities, and farms. I have also fostered multiple dogs from local rescues. I recently earned a bachelors degree in animal science and currently attend veterinary school at ISU. I really really love animals and everything about them, and I would love to spend some time with your pet when you're not able to! Pet care is built into my schedule and comes as second nature to me now after being immersed in it for so long. On average, a minimum of 3-5 hours of my day are dedicated to my animals. I enjoy taking my dog on multiple walks a day, of varying lengths, to ensure he has enough mental stimulation and exercise to meet his needs. Training is also a constant in my household, whether that be scheduled training sessions, or simply consistent work throughout daily tasks. I find it important to build a bond with my animals as well as those I meet, and training helps strengthen that bond. Outdoor activities (walks, meeting friends dogs, swimming, fetch, etc.) and training exercises are my primary methods of exercise and activity with my pet, and would be with clients pets as well. On days it's not so nice I like to work on training inside or find new enrichment activities to keep my pet occupied and stimulated. I take pride in keeping my environment and my animals’ clean, so I regularly bathe and brush my dog, as well as clean food and water bowls. I will care for my clients pets as I would care for my own.

I have experience caring for pets young and old; administering a variety of medications (oral, inhaler, etc.), caring for anxious, shy, feral, and pets with all manner of personalities. I love meeting animals where they are, and every pet deserves to remain comfortable at home. With a very flexible schedule, I can adapt to a variety of arrangements and needs. I’m quite the homebody, whether at my own home or housesitting :) As a former country cottage-renter, and living on my own for the past 13 years, I'm used to caring for a house. I've also lived for years in a city apartment, and managed all aspects of that kind of life. I am relatively handy, especially with older/quirky houses, yet know when to call in the professionals. I've also worked as an Airbnb turnover cleaner/caretaker, which involved maintaining a large summer garden. A homebody at heart, I'm able to spend most of my time on your property, and to accommodate special situations. I love to explore for a bit, then return to the sanctuary of home. Growing up, I volunteered at the Animal Rescue League across the street and had various pets of my own. When I was 8, we moved to a more rural location and I was finally able to get a kitten, who became my best friend. At the age of 12, I used my own savings to adopt a dachshund mix who'd caught my heart. I take all the animal time I can get - pets have always been my people, so to speak. I love animals, but can't currently make the long-term commitment to a pet. I also adore travel, and working online allows me some freedom of location. I appreciate settling in to visit a place for weeks or months, and getting to know new animal friends in that time.
About: I had dog when I was only 5 years old and always been taking care of dogs since I was growing up and now have my own baby, Porky and everyone always relies on me to watch their dogs and caring fir them while they are gone. I really love animals and dogs big time. I always let them outside whenever they feel like it and play roam around in backyard with fence :) I would go on dog walking and they give me excuses to work out too lol. They are my world. I would treat ur dogs as if they were my own. I am working a full time student at college but very flexible with hours. I can do after work for dog walking and even babysitting them too. I will always give them treats if being good. All you have to do is let me know what not to do or to do for them so I can be prepared.
About: I have nine years of pet care experience. I raised and showed Rex rabbits for 4 years. Personally I have trained and care for my own dogs. After High School I work in an Animal Hospital.
