About: I have grown up with both cats and dogs since an early age. I’ve cared for my own pets and those of friends and family. I work from home Monday through Friday, so I’m able to be with your fur babies all day. Weekends are for fun and time outside walking and socializing. I live in an apartment with a fair amount of green space and a paved pond area for daily walks. I’m also conveniently located next to a dog park as well! About: I’ve been pet-sitting for years, mostly with large dogs and a few cats ranging through all ages, though I’m new to using Rover! I love connecting with animals and tend to make friends with every pet I meet. I also have a mini poodle of my own, so I understand how important it is to know your pet is in caring hands. We contacted Genna and she opened her home to our senior golden doodle. I was impressed that before saying yes, Genna asked some questions to make sure her home was a good fit. I am from the Quad city area originally but lived in Houston for 30 years, I recently moved back about seven years ago. I usually let them out in the morning and feed the dogs I watch separately so there’s no fighting , same thing at about 4 pm in between they get pets , sleep, and run around in my yard ( weather permitting ) I am home every day of the week. I am gone for a few hours on Wednesday and Friday. Always attentive to pets in my care they will not be left outside for long periods of time , I often go and sit on my patio while the dogs are out , I also have a doggy door that fits up to large dogs .

About: I provide attentive and loving care to pets of all sizes, from small lap dogs to active breeds, as well as bunnies, cats and birds. As I work from home, your pet will receive consistent attention throughout the day, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. With my work from home environment I am able to deal with pets all times during the week. I do travel some weeks, in which I will not take on any pets. I am flexible on schedules. In the spring I will note I coach, and may be gone for 2-3 hours maximum on some nights if there is an overnight pet. This scheduling information will of be provided ahead of time to ensure you know exactly how your pet will be cared for. As I work from home your pet will be watched all day. I also want to break up my day so they will get walks every 2-4 hours if they would like. I also have a fenced yard that I can see from my office if they are wanting to spend more time outside. About: I've taken care of dogs since the ripe age of 7 with basic care of water/food in bowl and every 2-4hrs of potty. Whether it was friends or family. Didn't start going professional till 15 with babysitting for children and their family pups! For cats, I own a cat myself and been taking care of her for 8 years. With consistent of litter changes, basic necessities and cuddles! I am free majority of the summer before college. Tuesday's will not be free. But for majority of the week, I'm available as early as 10:00Am till late nights I have a fenced yard for your dog to run around in. I have one female lab and one male Chihuahua that are friendly and can interact with other dogs. (Also have one female cat!) My home is very much spacious, if your dog needs to be crated as well!
