“Roger is a keeper, a gem! I told Roger Fudge has separation anxiety and can’t be left alone. Roger is very considerate and not just drop your dog and leave. When I dropped Fudge, he asked that I bring him to his backyard to keep him at ease and comfortable. Fudge sniffed around and marked his spot :). Then he showed us his home where Fudge will be staying for a week and introduced us to Cam gorgeous whippet. Roger kept us informed, walks him every day and never missed to send us pictures of Fudge’s day. When I had a conflict at work and had to asked last minute for Fudge could stay one more night, Roger was very accommodating. Roger gave Fudge a great home and attention, which puts as at ease that we know Fudge is in good hands in a good home. Thanks Roger for caring for Fudge.”

About: I’ve taken care of my pets and family and friends pets for the last 10 years. Everything from walking to feeding and bathing them. I have also been trusted to dog sit at their house for 5+ days before. I have had dogs and cats my entire life and couldn’t imagine my life without them. I have also had to deal with finding a trusting caregiver while gone and I will be that trusting and loving caregiver for you! I currently have an extremely open schedule. On days I do work I would be unavailable for no more than 5-6 hours during the day. When taking care of the pets in other homes I always make sure they are not left alone for extended periods of time and make time in my day to go hang out with them. About: I’ve had dogs all of my life. I grew up with small dogs under 20lbs and now have my own Blue Heeler, Ollie. My cattle dog has given me lots of experience with high-energy pups. I’ve also been fostering with the Nebraska Humane Society for the last three years. This has given me experience with many different breeds, ages, and behaviors. I’ve taken several training classes through GoDogs as well. This has helped me to prepare for many different behaviors using positive reinforcement and redirection. I currently only work 3pm-9pm Monday thru Friday and I have a partner at home while I’m working so the pets will have very minimal time alone or kennel time. I also take my other dog on many walks throughout the day and we average about two hours of dog park time a day as well and we’d be more than happy to bring your pup along if you would like. I have a small fenced yard outside my apartment or a dog park that’s a ten minute walk away for lots of outside play time. I also have a dog and cat of my own so your pet will never be lonely!

About: Im very patient when it comes to teaching. I love nurturing animals and helping them become healthier. I can teach potty training and no leash pulling! Im currently working for delivery services so Im very convenient for any hours! I usually get up around 8:00 am and take my dog out. Then feed him an hour later and then again around 5. He also gets little healthy snacks in between such as fruit or plain greek yogurt! I have a gated backyard and a buddy to keep your friend company :). I also make sure everyone is playing safely and fair. I have an attic room to myself plenty of space.
About: I have had very few years of my life without the company of a pet - first, growing up with dogs, and now taking care of other people's dogs (and cats). I often have a Golden Retriever who likes to staycay with me when his mom is away. I have boarded Golden Retrievers, Corgis, Bull Mastiffs, Chihuahuas, to name a few! I am also experienced at administering medication. Your little (or big) one will enjoy the creature comforts of a little townhome with a large area to play and exercise. Because I'm located just a couple of blocks from Gifford Park, babies who love the outdoors are just minutes away from a luxurious sprint or smelling who is new in town. When it's time to unwind, the indoors are just right. Beds and couches galore allow for a relaxing way to end the day. All cheekiness aside, I can't wait to meet you and your pet! I am currently taking a chance on a new path into a career I've always dreamed about but never had the time to pursue. At this stage in my life, I'm ready finally to try it! Animals are like children, and they come first. When they are with me, they know it! Regular vet visits, exercise, attention, healthy food, and mental stimulation are a must at my house, and I treat every animal as my own. If someone leaves me in charge of the safety and well-being of their beloved pet, I take that responsibility as high as a person possibly can. Physical safety is not my only concern. I hope to make these times away from you feel less stressful for your loved one. I am sure to give them lots of love and attention so that they feel safe until you return.
