About: I grew up with dogs, so caring for pups has always been a natural part of my life. I’m lucky to live near several parks—including a dog park—so pups will get plenty of opportunities for exercise and fresh air. My schedule also allows me to stop by during lunch breaks, which helps keep pets on their normal routine. Walking is also one of my favorite pastimes so your pet can expect lots of those :) I currently have a couple of cats of my own who are comfortable around other animals for overnight stays. About: I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and have had both dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life, and I truly enjoy getting to know each animal’s unique personality. I love being an “auntie” to friends’ and neighbors’ pets, whether that means going for walks, playing fetch, giving belly rubs, or simply keeping them company while their families are away. I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your furry family members because I’ve relied on kind pet sitters to love on my own pets, too. My goal is to make your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, giving you peace of mind knowing they’re being cared for like they’re part of my own family. I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. I also travel intermittently for work, but when I’m home, I love starting and ending my day with morning, afternoon, and evening walks—especially with a four-legged friend by my side! I’m a parent with my kids on a week-on, week-off schedule (Friday to Friday), so during my kid-free weeks, I have even more flexibility for pet sitting, drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care. During the weeks my kids are with me, they’re kind, respectful animal lovers who have grown up with dogs and cats and enjoy helping give pets extra love and attention. I’m also excited to share that I’m currently having a fenced backyard installed, creating an even safer and more fun space for dogs to run, play, and explore. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I know how important it is to have someone you trust with your furry family members, and I’d love the opportunity to provide them with a safe, loving, and happy home away from home. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’m happy to crate your dog if that’s part of their normal routine or if you prefer. I also have gates installed to safely separate areas of my home, including access to the deck and carpeted rooms, so I can easily accommodate different pets’ needs and personalities. I’m currently having a fenced backyard installed, which will soon provide an even larger secure space for dogs to run and play. About: I have had dogs and cats since I was a little girl. I am a certified dog trainer and I train PTSD service dogs. 😎 I am currently available anytime throughout the day. 8AM to 8PM. About: My family owned a dog when I was in middle school for about a year and a half, but due to busy schedules at the time we had to give him up. My brother had a dog for a little over five years, and I enjoyed helping him take care of her while I was living with my parents, and I went to their house to see her and help take care of her when needed before she passed away! I am different from other sitters because I will spend as much time as I possibly can with your pet! I know that with my brother’s dog, Emma, I wanted to be home with her as much as I can when I was living with my parents so she could be out of her kennel as often as possible. I will also make sure that everything you require of me will be completed in the most appropriate manner possible. I will always make sure that your pet is safe! I will always have an eye on your pet when they go to the bathroom outside, and will talk with you to get as many details as possible to make sure everything goes well while watching your pet! I am a teacher full time, so I would want to make sure that both you and your pet are okay with me being at my full time job during the day when I am house sitting. I am available to do house sitting all seven days of the week. I am available to do drop-in visits and dog walks 4:30-9:30 pm Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. I can provide them all day on the weekdays that I am on break (winter break, Thanksgiving break, summer, etc.) on top of the weekends. I will make sure that your pet is my priority while under my care! I will take great care of your home, no matter which service you request! I will be very respectful of everything in your home, and I make sure I am around to take care of your pet(s) as often as possible! About: I’ve taken care of my pets and family and friends pets for the last 10 years. Everything from walking to feeding and bathing them. I have also been trusted to dog sit at their house for 5+ days before. I have had dogs and cats my entire life and couldn’t imagine my life without them. I have also had to deal with finding a trusting caregiver while gone and I will be that trusting and loving caregiver for you! I currently have an extremely open schedule. On days I do work I would be unavailable for no more than 5-6 hours during the day. When taking care of the pets in other homes I always make sure they are not left alone for extended periods of time and make time in my day to go hang out with them. I will keep them active and play with them but also give them plenty of loves!

About: Hi, I’m Alexis! I’m a lifelong dog lover and pet owner with experience caring for senior and special-needs dogs. I most recently adopted my dog, Simon! He is a gentle giant with a wobble to his walk. He has Cerebellar Hypoplasia, but that doesn’t stop him at all! Simon loves his dog friends of all sizes and would love to join me in helping take care your fur babies! I’ve cared for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities, including Chihuahuas, Labs, Huskies, Cane Corsos, Shibas, and King Shepherds—no dog is too big or too small! I’m also comfortable with special care needs. My previous dog Milo had epilepsy, so I have experience administering medication and providing attentive care for dogs who need a little extra support. More recently, I adopted a senior Shiba who passed away at 15 after battling non-regenerative anemia, which gave me hands-on experience with the patience, comfort, and extra attention senior dogs require. I don’t have a fenced-in yard, but I live near a park with lots of walking paths and green space. I’m happy to provide plenty of leashed walks and outdoor time, and there’s also a dog park nearby for friendly pups who enjoy it! I also frequently visit the Omaha Dog Bar and would be happy to bring your registered pup along for an outing if they’re comfortable and enjoy socializing. Our mornings start around 7 AM (or earlier if they’re the ones waking me up), with a potty break and some morning time together before I start work. While I’m working, they’re welcome to lounge on the couch or bed nearby. We’ll take breaks throughout the day for attention, potty breaks, and a little playtime. After work around 4 PM, we’ll head out for a longer walk or, if they enjoy it, a trip to the dog park. I’ll then head to the gym for about two hours, after which I’ll be home for dinner, another walk, cuddles, and relaxing together! Overall, your pup can expect a comfortable routine, lots of companionship, regular potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of love throughout the day! I treat every animal as if they were my own and take the time to understand their routine, personality, comfort level, and any special needs before they stay with me. Because I work fully remote, I’m home throughout the day and able to provide frequent supervision, potty breaks, attention, and companionship. I don’t have a fenced-in yard, so outdoor time is always supervised and on-leash unless we’re in a secure, designated area. I live near a park with plenty of walking paths and green space, which makes it easy to give pups safe, regular exercise. I’m experienced with senior and special-needs dogs, including administering medication and providing extra patience and care when needed. About: I have been watching friends and family animals for as long as I can remember. I love being able to give comfort to the animals when their parents are not able to. I’m currently available full-time to do either visits or house sit. Watching your fur babies bring some excitement into my daily routine and give them the care they need. About: I’ve had dogs all of my life. I grew up with small dogs under 20lbs and now have my own Blue Heeler, Ollie. My cattle dog has given me lots of experience with high-energy pups. I’ve also been fostering with the Nebraska Humane Society for the last three years. This has given me experience with many different breeds, ages, and behaviors. I’ve taken several training classes through GoDogs as well. This has helped me to prepare for many different behaviors using positive reinforcement and redirection. I currently only work 3pm-9pm Monday thru Friday and I have a partner at home while I’m working so the pets will have very minimal time alone or kennel time. I also take my other dog on many walks throughout the day and we average about two hours of dog park time a day as well and we’d be more than happy to bring your pup along if you would like. I have a small fenced yard outside my apartment or a dog park that’s a ten minute walk away for lots of outside play time. I also have a dog and cat of my own so your pet will never be lonely!
About: I have had very few years of my life without the company of a pet - first, growing up with dogs, and now taking care of other people's dogs (and cats). I often have a Golden Retriever who likes to staycay with me when his mom is away. I have boarded Golden Retrievers, Corgis, Bull Mastiffs, Chihuahuas, to name a few! I am also experienced at administering medication. Your little (or big) one will enjoy the creature comforts of a little townhome with a large area to play and exercise. Because I'm located just a couple of blocks from Gifford Park, babies who love the outdoors are just minutes away from a luxurious sprint or smelling who is new in town. When it's time to unwind, the indoors are just right. Beds and couches galore allow for a relaxing way to end the day. All cheekiness aside, I can't wait to meet you and your pet! I am currently taking a chance on a new path into a career I've always dreamed about but never had the time to pursue. At this stage in my life, I'm ready finally to try it! Animals are like children, and they come first. When they are with me, they know it! Regular vet visits, exercise, attention, healthy food, and mental stimulation are a must at my house, and I treat every animal as my own. If someone leaves me in charge of the safety and well-being of their beloved pet, I take that responsibility as high as a person possibly can. Physical safety is not my only concern. I hope to make these times away from you feel less stressful for your loved one. I am sure to give them lots of love and attention so that they feel safe until you return.
