“Our little Ronnie was comfortable with Sana the first time he met her. She gave him her undivided attention the entire time he stayed with her. She walked him over 2 1/2 miles during the day and we believe he loved every minute of it. She even got up at 3 am with Ronnie to make sure he got outside to go potty. “Sana is amazing!!! She watched my cats for 2.5 weeks (the longest I have ever left them). While she was there, my cats managed to knock my jewelery off the shelf and into the nearby cat litter bin. Sana went through the cat litter to get my jewelry. In addition to that, she was amazing about everything else! She sent so many pictures and my house is nice and clean and my cats seem happy. About: Very experienced and knowledgable with dogs, cats, birds, horses, pocket pets and all types of farm animals. Can provide drop in visits for any house or farm and can take care of farm chores. Dogs staying at our house have access to the whole house, but can be kept separate from resident dogs if needed. Two 15-30 minute walks provided each day, both morning and night, possibly more depending on the dog and day. We are very active with our three dogs and any guests would receive the same care and attention as our own. We provide mental stimulation as well as physical, and daily obedience work is a part of our schedule. I am available for drop in visits.

My husband is home most nights and weekends (besides hunting seasons) and he works construction during the day. I am home most nights and weekends besides when I have drill with the Iowa National guard, I work full time with the guard. Our dogs currently have an underground fence but because we have one mischievous lab (Mayble) who likes to convince the other two to go on adventures, we kennel her and our youngest (Bailey, golden doodle) during working hours. Our eldest (Max) is pretty lazy and wonders our yard freely during the day and night without his collar.

“Abbey is an absolute dynamite find for dog care! We were looking for some regular doggie daycare for our dog after our other dog passed away. He was upset and nervous when left alone. We found Abbey and she had been so sweet and kind…wow! Her yard and house are amazing. I wanted to stay and play in the yard myself! All the other dogs in her care were well mannered and immediately welcomed our dog. Now when we go to her house he bounds up her steps wiggling and beyond excited. About: I have been talking care of family and friends animals since the age of 10 and still to this day. From walking to feeding to bathing, and grooming I have done it all. I wouldnt be the person I am today if it wernt for being around and taking care of animals. Pets make my life so much more enjoyable seeing them happy them showing love in return. About: I have owned and cared for dogs my entire life and have had many neighbors back home request my dog sitting services. I am home all day, as I work remotely, and have a dog of Chocolate lab that loves to play but never gets to spend time with other dogs since we are new to the area. I definitely am open to negotiating prices so just reach out and we can have a conversation! I work remotely and will be available to care for dogs throughout the day and ensure they are well cared for. I work from 8-4 however have a lot of down time to care for dogs. About: Hi! My name is Grace, and I’m a NICU nurse at the University. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes and have always loved being around them. My husband, Taylor, and I live in a home with a fully fenced backyard along with our 3-year-old son and, part-time, my 11-year-old stepdaughter, who insists she’ll have 10 dogs of her own someday—haha! We also have an almost 5-year-old mini Goldendoodle. He lost his big brother a few years ago, and while now isn’t the right time for us to add another dog to our family, we thought hosting some furry playmates would be a fun way to keep him happy and social. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we’re only able to host dogs under about 35 pounds, as larger dogs tend to make ours anxious. He’s very used to playing with his 8–10-pound Yorkie cousins during the holidays and absolutely loves having canine friends to run around with! I work 12hr shifts on both Saturday and Sunday, then I am home all week. My husband is home on the weekends, so someone is always home. We allow dogs in our beds and on our couch. I am aware of poisonous foods and plants to dogs. I also make sure to follow instructions!

I currently have a 9-year-old Boston Terrier who is truly the love of my life, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog. I’m attentive, patient, and very tuned in to dogs’ individual needs and personalities. I love giving dogs plenty of time outside with walks, hikes, and safe play, along with calm companionship and structure. I’m experienced with basic obedience and fun training, including sit, stay, shake, lie down, roll over, heel, and more. I’m comfortable reinforcing routines, providing mental stimulation, and making sure your dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Whether your dog is high-energy or more laid-back, I meet them where they are and treat them like they’re my own. I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to prioritize dog care throughout the day. As a photographer, I can plan my shoots around walks, drop-ins, and check-ins, and I don’t have many long, all-day commitments this year. This means I’m available for consistent walks, extended visits, and quality one-on-one time. I love being active and would genuinely enjoy filling my schedule with caring for dogs and keeping them happy, exercised, and well attended to. I treat every dog as if they were my own and always prioritize safety, routine, and clear communication. I follow all instructions carefully, respect your home, and make sure your dog feels comfortable and secure at all times. I’m attentive on walks, mindful of surroundings, and experienced with leash handling and basic training cues. “Jamie is such a GOLD/DIAMOND STAR sitter. I messaged her at 9PM about an emergency pick up because my current dog sitter was not taking a good care of my dog when I was out of town. We never work with each other before but she was so responsive and was ready to pick my dog up at 9AM the next day! Less than 12 hours of notice! She gave multiple updates with pictures and video throughout the day. I feel bad sometimes because I don’t even response to them as much as she send them! She asked for dietary restrictions, patient with my dog when she first met him. She even gave him food topper from her own! He is eating better than when he is with me! When I have a delay to return, she make sure that my dog is actually being put in a good hand and not with the old dog sitter who did not treat him right. I feel so safe to have my baby in her care because she has such a great heart. I would 100% work with Jamie again! Her price is so affordable for the quality of care that she provides!”
