My pup was about 12 weeks old at the time and has some major separation anxiety, however according to Donna, he was a complete angel. I left her with his toys, food, and bed as well as detailed instructions about his schedule. From there, I left it all in Donna's hands! When I returned, he was happy, healthy, and ecstatic to see me! It was easy to see she is a true dog lover and treats these pups like they are her own. I have had a dog in the family for most of my life, as a kid and for 21 years of my adult life...so far.😉 I currently have one charcoal lab who is a 120lb galloping goofy boy! My favorite thing is taking him out for our walk. Then playing & loving on him! We lost his 13 yr old choco lab sister in December 2021-she had kidney disease but managed to live for 3 yrs after diagnosed. Thanks to acupuncture, CBD & other natural remedies. I currently work as a chiropractic assistant. I also love to bike the trails around the Des Moines area & am a huge Nascar fan! My dream is to get an RV & travel the country following Nascar, riding bike trails & experiencing every state! My hours of work currently are Mon, Wed & Thurs 7:30 - 6:30pm. I am currently without any furkids. I lost my Hachi on St Patrick's Day to a brain aneurysm. 🥺😢😭 My boy goes to Happy Tails Mon & Wed then hangs with my best friend on Thurs while I am working. I had a labradoodle for 15 years growing up whom I adored and sadly cannot have a dog of my own at this stage of my life, but am looking for a buddy to care for to get my fix! I am responsible, organized, and easy going. I will provide very good care of your pet and give lots of pets, walks/runs, and love! I am free to answer all questions about scheduling and flexibility. I am a full time student in Omaha, but have lots of breaks throughout the day to give your pet lots of love! While school will be hectic, you can be assured that I will take your pet on a lot of exercise when I am home (If they are up for it) as it is a great break for me in my studies. I will feed, walk, and play with your pets! I love animals and live in a pet-friendly area where I have easy access to walking/running trails.

I have been on Rover since 2018 so I have 6 years of experience with dog sitting including house sitting, dog walks, feeding and potty schedules, and keeping pups entertained and taken care of while their owners are away from home. About: I am a new dog owner, but I used to nanny for a family with a new puppy and became very familiar with animal care. I have always owned pets (cats) and always loved/wanted a dog and I am interested in helping others give their dogs the best life possible! I am working full time currently but leaving my job as I am moving out of the country in the last week of September for a working abroad opportunity and was wanting to do this until then. If the timeline and schedule works out for you I think it’d be a perfect fit. If I am not working I will be engaged at home with my dog and the others to make sure they have a great day I wake up and take my dog out for a 30 minute walk in the morning. Then we come home and it’s time for breakfast and meds (if needed). I brush my dog after the afternoon walk and give plenty of treats and reward positive behavior

I was so nervous as a first time puppy parent and first time leaving overnight and Kelsey was so patient and willing to have a couple of meets before hand so that our puppy and I could both be comfortable! I got pup-dates along the way, our puppy got a treat bag when we picked her up, and you could tell she was so happy and well cared for while we were gone. About: My mom started fostering dogs when I was 2 years old, so I've been taking care of dogs my whole life! I would love to help you take care of your dog(s)! I also have experience using various no-pull harnesses and gentle leader head collars for larger dogs. I have no qualms about taking care of "controversial" breeds such as Rottweilers, Dobermans, or Pit Bulls. I'm available for morning, evening, and weekend check-ins. I'm perfectly comfortable and experienced at administering oral medications and/or taking care of senior dogs and cats. I have a fenced-in yard for frequent potty breaks and play time. Adult pets must be spayed/neutered to stay at my home. I try to keep my Rover calendar up to date so you can see when I'm available! Please reach out for any specific dates needed! Boarding: I treat your dogs like my own! They get to play outside and sleep on the furniture with my dog! I'll feed them per your schedule!
