About: I have never been without an animal in my life. I know the anxiety of leaving my babies and now as a retired teacher I can provide that same comfort to your baby if you need to leave them. I am a retired teacher and live on an acreage. I am home most of the time and spend a lot of time outside. I do have cats that are good with dogs - if the dogs are good with cats. I have a young energetic mutt mix that looks like a mix of Yorkshire and Rat Terrier. He is friendly to all humans and animals. I have 4 acres of invisible fence. I can train almost any dog to learn the boundaries. Or I can keep your dog on a long leash when we go outside. We have no kids and have quite a relaxed home.

I can administer meds and take care of any other special needs and requirements. I work fulltime but its flexible enough to take time off as needed. My first ever sentence was "pretty kitty". :) Cats mean the world to me and I have a lot of experience catsitting for my neighbors & other such things with cats. I also have volunteer hours at my local animal shelter specifically with cat care. I own 3 cats of my own and would absolutely go to bat for any random cat I met on the street!!! Seriously, I used to argue with people in YouTube comment sections about how much I love cats. I have plenty of experience raising kittens (I've had lots of pregnant mamas over the years) and have steeled myself against the firey claws of. Cat claws. My cat likes to ride my shoulder like a parrot so y'know you get used to the sting. I would certainly love to bond with your cat (or cats! The more the merrier!) as they are my favorite thing in the world. Seriously, even my nickname is Kat!!! If you let me take care of your cats, you will be reincarnated as a beautiful lotus flower. My only wish in life is to kiss every kitty on their soft head..😊
