About: Senior care experience! I've adopted multiple dogs at 10+ yrs old from the local pounds and made sure they had the best senior care experience possible. I currently have 2 dogs, both spayed and absolutely love other dogs. A Corgi (Ruby) who is 9 and a Maltipoo (Joplin) who will be 2 this year. The poo was adopted from a kill shelter in TX (and one before her from the same area as well). We've lost 4 dogs in 2 yrs due to old age, 3 within 6 months. Hard pill to swallow but I love them all and would LOVE to love yours too! I am a stay-at-home dog mom. I have all the time in the world to take care of your babies! Believe me when I say they will come home all tuckered out :) I have a fenced in back yard and 2 VERY friendly dogs to keep your pups very much entertained! In your home (if a dog sitter in home is required) you can expect all of their daily schedules to be fulfilled.

About: I’ve been pet-sitting for years, mostly with large dogs and a few cats ranging through all ages, though I’m new to using Rover! I love connecting with animals and tend to make friends with every pet I meet. I also have a mini poodle of my own, so I understand how important it is to know your pet is in caring hands. Pet-sitting is something I genuinely enjoy, and I treat every animal like family. I am on summer break home from college. So my days are almost completely free. I work Thursday mornings at a restaurant, but that’s it. My days are already filled with driving from LeClaire all the way to Davenport visiting friends and family or running errands. About: I had farm pets growing up, even raised show rabbits for 4H in high school. Have 2 cats that I adore and one little beagle/basset who’s energy could use another dog I normally work full-time Monday through Thursday, so Friday Saturday and Sunday are my preferred days to watch them and I can do it all day those days I have two cats and one dog that have full reign of my house and have had other dogs over without any issues or problems. Plus my dog could use the attention of another dog.

“HIRE CHRIS. I won the lottery with him. It was my first time using Rover. I have a special needs rabbit who needed a caretaker after a rabbit boarding service was no longer available. I messaged several sitters and Chris was the first to respond. He is responsive and communicative. What I absolutely love about Chris, among many things, is that he asks questions. Not in a "what do I do" kind of way. Rather, "how do I do this to make sure it's done correctly". My special needs rabbit is on a specialized diet. I left Chris with instructions, which he followed to a tee, but he also sent a photo of the food. (My rabbit is feed very soft, watered down pellets and Critical Care due to recent dental surgery). I'm happy that he did because my rabbit can't chew on pellets. He sent lots of photos of Moo, too. Chris was also flexible with the initial meet 'n' greet appointment and visiting my landlord's office to pick up my front door key (which has to be loaned out). One of the reasons I chose Chris was his close proximity to my apartment. I will 5000% hire Chris again for my rabbit sitting needs. He took great care of my very special needs rabbit and Moo liked him too! I recommend him for your pet sitting needs, including small mammals!”
About: My husband and I have two boys- 14 and 10. We have two dogs and two cats. Loki is a 7 year old Black Lab male. He has an old man’s personality who loves his people. Thor is a 4 year old male Golden Retriever. He is a goofy, energetic, fun loving boy. We also have two male cats- Zeke and Mamba. They are brothers from the same liter that we rescued when they were babies. They are now 3. They are both very loving and curious boys. My husband and I have both grown up with animals and have had them our whole lives. Our kids have been around them since birth. About: I grew up on a farm. I was part of FFA (future farmers of America) and 4H growing up. I’ve cared for animals and their well being all my life. I currently work on a two week rotation. Meaning I’ll be in town for two weeks at a time, and out of town for two weeks. I’ll have weekdays from 8am to 5pm and weekends after 4pm. I have majority of the day to relax and exercise your puppies. I have a fenced in backyard and plenty of room for your pups to enjoy outside or if they are lazy butts; got a couch for them to relax on. I can also take your dogs on walks and or runs if that’s required for them.

I was in 4H and have multiple years of experience with various animals but currently work the most with dogs who I have 10 years experience pet sitting with. About: Hi, my name is Heather I have been involved in caring for animals for many years whether it was my own pets or the grooming and boarding facility I worked for in my 20s. I am 50 years old. I am from the Quad city area originally but lived in Houston for 30 years, I recently moved back about seven years ago. I have a nice little house in Bettendorf with a great yard including a vinyl privacy fence. I will give your pet a loving fun, playful experience, and I’m very happy to send you video and pictures so you can see how your pet does while they’re with me . I usually let them out in the morning and feed the dogs I watch separately so there’s no fighting , same thing at about 4 pm in between they get pets , sleep, and run around in my yard ( weather permitting ) I am home every day of the week. I am gone for a few hours on Wednesday and Friday. Always attentive to pets in my care they will not be left outside for long periods of time , I often go and sit on my patio while the dogs are out , I also have a doggy door that fits up to large dogs .

About: I’ve had many different pets in my life- fish, cats, hamsters, geckos; and dogs of friends and family. I am a natural caregiver and treat every animal like it’s my own. I do add travel expenses, mainly for gas, when traveling for house sitting. I get up in the morning and get my coffee going and then tend to pets that are around. They get fed first thing, inside and outside. Feral cats seem to be present in the morning. Litter boxes are checked. Water Bowls. Mostly I go to people's homes and care for the pets at their houses, but I have had people bring them to me. I have an extra room set up in my barn if there are anxieties or stress with animals and they need a quiet place. I am in the process of updating that room a little more. It is heated for the winter months. I do have hand brushes and combs for extra attention and I do go talk to whoever is around. If dogs come, they can be walked. Although I live in a small town, I am close to nice places to walk on the edge of town.

I’m open to house- sitting, dog walking, and drop- in visits. I do have a part- time job but I’m never too busy to fit it a walk or pop by and check on your pup. I’m looking forward to meeting a ton of adorable new canine friends so feel free to message me whenever! I work part time but I’m never too busy to check in with your pup! I am available any day after noon and twice a week all day! I usually work on weekends! I have experience with crated dogs and non-crated dogs and have lifelong experience with safely while walking and playing outside of a fenced in yard. I know how nerve wracking it can be to leave your dog with a stranger but I promise they are in good hands!
About: I have 30 years experience and I love animals! I have taken care of various breeds and trained many of my own ! I currently own a german shorthair pointer and a bluetick coonhound. I also have two cats and two bunnies. I have completed several obedience classes over the years and have a lot of experience at the local dog parks. I have summers off because I am a teacher so I have plenty of flexible time available to work. During the summer I'm available more because I'm a teacher. During the school year I'm mostly available on weekends and after 4 pm. I can do drop in visits and occasionally do housesitting/dog sitting. My own dogs go on daily walks they also have a fenced in yard and are trained off leash on our three-quarter acre property. At your home, I am willing to follow whatever routine your dogs are used to including walks or crating if necessary.

About: I've taken care of dogs since the ripe age of 7 with basic care of water/food in bowl and every 2-4hrs of potty. Whether it was friends or family. Didn't start going professional till 15 with babysitting for children and their family pups! For cats, I own a cat myself and been taking care of her for 8 years. With consistent of litter changes, basic necessities and cuddles! I am free majority of the summer before college. Tuesday's will not be free. But for majority of the week, I'm available as early as 10:00Am till late nights I have a fenced yard for your dog to run around in. I have one female lab and one male Chihuahua that are friendly and can interact with other dogs. (Also have one female cat!) My home is very much spacious, if your dog needs to be crated as well!
