About: I've always had pets growing up. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, one female and one male. The female is 40 lbs and the male is 10lbs. I currently work a full time job so I'm only available on nights and boarding on weekends. But I'm usually always home when I'm not working. I have outdoor tie ups so your dogs can still get exercise. I will be fencing in part of the yard eventually. The 2 dogs I have are high energy and will play with any animal. I do have crates if they need to be crated.

I have tons of experience with different kinds of dogs. I have had my dogs since they were puppies all the way to the end of their lives, which gives me knowledge about each of the stages of pet’s lives. I also have volunteered at a dog shelter for 6+ years, so I have experience working with reactive dogs to dogs who are extremely timid and shy. I currently attend a university in the Des Moines metro and will be commuting from my home to school. This ensures that I have time to go back and forth between my house and school, which will allow me to make frequent trips to check on the pet. I also live with my parents who work from home, so there will always be someone watching the pet and ensuring that everything is going well. I get off from school around noon every day, so that will allow me to go back home and spend the rest of the afternoon with the pet and pay full attention towards them!! In my home, I am responsible for feeding, bathing, cleaning after, and spending time with all of my pets. I have learned how to trim nails, properly bathe a pet, treat one of my dogs that has diabetes, and clean wounds when a pet gets injured. I have been able to experience many situations with pets and stay calm during an accident. My life goal is to become a vet and I have experience taking care of special needs animals. I currently work Monday - Friday 9 hours a day but will be home by 4. About: My own furry family consists of 3 wolverines (chihuahuas), 1 pit/boxer mix, 3 horses, 2 cats and a gaggle of happy, laying hens. Taking care of my cats has taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and genuine love. Before leaving the house, I make sure they have fresh water, a clean environment, and that their scheduled meals are served. About: I've had pets all my life and would love to care for yours too, on a temporary basis. I love to vacation and often struggle with finding a solution for my babies while I'm gone. For me my favorite choice is to have someone I know and trust stay in my home but there's hardly ever anyone available for that kind of commitment! About: Spending time and interacting with animals has always been a passion of mine. About: I had dog when I was only 5 years old and always been taking care of dogs since I was growing up and now have my own baby, Porky and everyone always relies on me to watch their dogs and caring fir them while they are gone. I really love animals and dogs big time. About: I've always had pets growing up. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, one female and one male. The female is 40 lbs and the male is 10lbs. I currently work a full time job so I'm only available on nights and boarding on weekends. But I'm usually always home when I'm not working. I have outdoor tie ups so your dogs can still get exercise. I will be fencing in part of the yard eventually. The 2 dogs I have are high energy and will play with any animal. I do have crates if they need to be crated.

About: I have had pets for my whole life, whether that be hamsters, fish, dogs, cats, bunnies, and even wildlife who need extra support to get back into their habitat. I have tons of experience with different kinds of dogs. I have had my dogs since they were puppies all the way to the end of their lives, which gives me knowledge about each of the stages of pet’s lives. I also have volunteered at a dog shelter for 6+ years, so I have experience working with reactive dogs to dogs who are extremely timid and shy. I can guarantee that I have seen all kinds of personalities between all kinds of animals. I also have worked with cats at the shelter, which also gives me insight on the way cats can be which could range from very sassy (like my cat Benny lol!), to the sweetest cats. Along with those experiences with different personalities, I have lots of experiences with injured animals and have had exposure to treating wounds/minor injuries in animals. I have had to learn how to treat my dog’s diabetes since she was recently diagnosed, and have accommodated my lifestyle to fit her needs as a diabetic. I also have learned how to manage an obese dog’s weight into a healthier weight. Overall, I have grown up surrounded by animals and have seen an abundance of different situations within different kinds of animals!! I currently attend a university in the Des Moines metro and will be commuting from my home to school. This ensures that I have time to go back and forth between my house and school, which will allow me to make frequent trips to check on the pet. I also live with my parents who work from home, so there will always be someone watching the pet and ensuring that everything is going well. I get off from school around noon every day, so that will allow me to go back home and spend the rest of the afternoon with the pet and pay full attention towards them!! In my home, I am responsible for feeding, bathing, cleaning after, and spending time with all of my pets. I have learned how to trim nails, properly bathe a pet, treat one of my dogs that has diabetes, and clean wounds when a pet gets injured. I have been able to experience many situations with pets and stay calm during an accident. I am willing to do anything to accommodate any pet because they deserve to have a life of luxury, just like us! I am also committed to ensuring that any client who has special accommodations for their pets gets those wishes granted and will do everything in my power to make sure the pet has a great time with me!!

About: We have been pet sitting for friends and colleagues for 2 years so thought why not join Rover and do more! Our clients love my family and we love their pets so it makes perfect sense. I have 4 kids, a small dog and two cats and my small pets just hide if a visiting pet is too much for them otherwise they don't get bothered or bother anyone else, human or pet! I work from home and I have 4 kids who love cats and dogs and love to help out with the dogs that we already provide services for. About: We are a 2 person team of Jaleah and Drew. We both grew up having dogs of many different sizes and can handle almost anything if communicated! We’d love to give your pet exercise, cuddles, or whatever they need! Drew wakes up around 5 am and will be able to take your pet out and when Jaleah wakes up around 7, they’ll go out again. Drew gets off work at 1 and will take them on a long walk. When Jaleah gets off work around 5, we usually go for another evening walk. We live in an apartment but are near many trails and even have access to a mini dog park. We are very responsible with pets. We will make sure they’re cared for and will follow any directions given to us. We have a variety of skills with dogs so there’s a good chance I can do whatever you need!
