Our 4 acre yard provides ample space for leashed exploring and there is abundant wildlife in the area providing new smells to investigate. Your dog will be walked a minimum of once in the morning and once at night with bathroom breaks every 2-4 hours or as needed. During the week my wife and I have the ability to work from home to provide care for your dog during the day. We do require dogs to potty trained and not have a history of aggression. They also need to be trained to not chew on non toys unless they are still puppies which we fully understand and can work with! About: I've been around dogs since I can remember. All but one of my jobs have been involved around dogs. I am a Daycare attendant at the bark bark club Currently right now. I do have a normal 9 to 5 job during the week. But I am off on Wednesdays and Fridays. But I do work on Saturdays and Sundays for like 4 to 6 hours. Throughout our lives we have had Labs, Golden Retrievers, Coon Hounds, Spaniels, Beagles, and Huskies. About: I own two high-energy dogs, Josie and Stella, both raised from puppies, so I know how stressful puppy-parenting can be. Growing up on a farm surrounded by animals is where I developed my love for caring for them, and it’s where I learned responsibility. About: I am open to most pets. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Calves, Lambs, Guinea Pigs, Turtles, etc..... If extra special care or out of state, I do charge travel fees. I do have experience with older pets and young ones. I have been known to raise Opossums from the size of mice to adults. If that gives you an idea! I am open to new proposals and willing to negotiate new situations! (Unencountered situations when it comes to pets) I also House-sit, plants, pets etc... I do travel out of state to Illinois (Mostly the North suburbs of Chicago) and Wisconsin. This is where I have done house-sitting. Pets and Plants can be included in this care. I do add travel expenses, mainly for gas, when traveling for house sitting. I get up in the morning and get my coffee going and then tend to pets that are around. They get fed first thing, inside and outside. Feral cats seem to be present in the morning. Litter boxes are checked. Water Bowls. Mostly I go to people's homes and care for the pets at their houses, but I have had people bring them to me. I have an extra room set up in my barn if there are anxieties or stress with animals and they need a quiet place. I am in the process of updating that room a little more. It is heated for the winter months. I do have hand brushes and combs for extra attention and I do go talk to whoever is around. If dogs come, they can be walked. Although I live in a small town, I am close to nice places to walk on the edge of town.
About: I owned a dog for a couple years who had a disease that required special care when eating and drinking water, he had a lot of medical needs. I became profiecent in his needs and provided great care before he passed. With that said, I have experience with taking care of dogs with special needs. I also have experience raising a puppy from very young, so I understand reactiveity in dogs and have learned different ways to calm them down or pay special attention to them during moments of high reactivity ( like during walks) I am currently work remotely from home and have a pretty flexible schedule during my day that allows me to do side quests such as rover I have a fenced in yard and 1 dog who loves playing with other dogs! so your fur baby would have a best friend to play with during the day. Pets are akin to family/kids --- you just do it/take care of them as if they were -- which means, at times- putting their needs first I grew up in an environment where dogs/cats were given free rein of the home as if they were just another member of the family; I will respect other's desires if they chose to not have their animals on the furniture/all over the place, but I am comfortable with dogs/cats being everywhere/anywhere. My hours are very flexible because I work from home. This allows me to provide immediate care, lots of attention, and repeat help when needed. I believe that Communication is key for trust. Your pets safety and environment is my #1 priority. I'll regularly send updates with photos as well.
About: I've been around dogs since I can remember. All but one of my jobs have been involved around dogs. I am a Daycare attendant at the bark bark club Currently right now. I do have a normal 9 to 5 job during the week. But I am off on Wednesdays and Fridays. But I do work on Saturdays and Sundays for like 4 to 6 hours. I am very flexible with taking care of your pet in between shifts to the like. I don't mind going back to your house and I haver never had this be problem I will Crate your dogs if you want or I can leave them outside of their crate it all just depends on what you want
About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was a young child & doggos have always been a special part of my life! They become important family members who give & get the unconditional love we all deserve! It’s hard some times when life takes us away from home & our doggies for longer than we’d like. Exactly the reason I would be the perfect person to love, snuggle, take care of & give your dogs the attention they want and need while you’re away or busy! puppers will always be able to depend on seeing my kind face and caring hand at times like these. Just as they support our emotional needs on a daily basis, I have come to love returning the small favor for them! I am home full time & dedicate my day to taking care of my kids, my doggo, my 2 docile kittens & my household. My time is not limited. My kids and I love to take walks with the dog, go to local dog parks occasionally when they are empty & clean, & play fetch in our large, clean yard!
