About: Growing up on a family farm, I have had the opportunity to care for many different kinds of animals (dogs, horses, cats, chickens, goats, pigs and cows). I have taken care of family and friends dogs for the last 20 years. I have raised 5 puppies and have shown a few of them in local shows. My kids are 10 and 7 and love taking our dogs for walks, hikes and playing with them in our very large back yard. I am home all summer and my school year schedule varies so I have plenty of time to take your pup on walks and play with them. I have a large fenced back yard and 2 pups friendly pups. I have the ability to take your dog to either a paved or dirt trail for walks or runs. My dogs walk 4 to 5 miles a day but I can definitely make the walk shorter if needed. I have the ability to separate the dogs if needed. I can also crate the dogs. Our dogs love to lounge on our couches.

About: Dogs have always been in my life. I volunteered at Animal Lifeline for 8 years and had a dog daycare of my own for a while. Dogs are everything and I’d be honored to love on yours. I currently work full time from home so doggie day care is definitely doable! My day ends at 3 pm so I can be that late afternoon or evening potty break or walk. Weekends have potential as well with pre-arranged time and notice. Should your dog(s) stay with me during the day, I have a fenced yard and no carpet in case of oopsies! If you request that I come to your house I am very reliable, responsible and respectful. I can guarantee a boat load of scritches and belly rubs as well as time for “business”.

About: Are you looking for a more personal dog sitting experience rather than kennel? I will keep to your dog's routine with feeding schedules and outside breaks. I have two of my own spoiled dogs and a well behaved 12 year old son. We live in a few acres with a large privacy fenced backyard with plenty of room to play! I can give your pet lots of love and attention, and outside play time! I work at a local vet clinic taking care of many different animals with a variety of needs (including medication). I am very easy to contact, if necessary. I have references available upon request! I can't wait to meet you and your fur family- always open to meet and greets but up to your comfort level :) I prefer a weeks notice to adjust scheduling. Your dog must be dog and cat friendly. Outside breaks are offered in the morning, afternoon, early evening and evening. Breaks are typically 15-20 minutes or more but also dependent on weather. Feeding schedule can be 1-3 times a day. I have a six foot privacy fence and latched gates. All doors are locked when I'm away from home and at night. We're in the country away from any busy roads.

I am a sophmore in college at the University of Iowa! So my schedule is pretty flexible during the week days between classes and I’m open most weekends! I care for them as if they were my own and I do my very best to make them feel comfortable and loved whether they are in my home or the clients!
About: Animals have always had my heart whether they have fur, feathers, or floppy ears, I love them like they’re my own! 🐾 From playful puppies to wise old whiskers, I’ve been caring for animals since I was a kid, and I’ve had the joy of helping many senior pets live comfortably and happily in their golden years. I truly believe pets are family, and I understand how important it is for them to stay in their own cozy space, surrounded by familiar smells, toys, and routines. That’s why I provide the kind of loving care and attention you’d give them yourself so you can relax knowing your furry (or not-so-furry!) family members are safe, happy, and well looked after while you’re away. With over 12 years of experience in pet and house sitting (both through Rover and independently), I’ve spent lots of time with older pups and pets who need daily medication and a little extra TLC. I know how reassuring it is to have someone trustworthy in your home and by your pet’s side. 🐶💬 Just a heads-up: while I’m great at snuggles, meds, and belly rubs, I’m not a certified dog trainer so I will not be offering training services. If you have a training routine you’d like to continue while gone please let me know so I can accommodate. For everyone’s comfort and peace of mind, please let me know if there are any security cameras inside the home before a sit begins. I completely understand the need for home security, but just as a heads-up it’s illegal in most states to place cameras in private areas like bathrooms or bedrooms, even if it’s your own home. I respect your space and privacy and kindly ask for the same in return. Pet care is a big part of my routine, and I always aim for clear, honest communication up front to make sure I’m the right fit before booking this helps avoid any surprises or conflicts later on. I also offer full-time care and am happy to take time off work to focus completely on your pet, especially if they’re extra cuddly or need that close, consistent companionship (Velcro pups are my specialty 🐶💕). I always aim to create a safe, calm space where your dog can feel at ease. As a new face in their home, I take things slow, stay relaxed, and tune into their energy letting them set the pace. I understand how confusing or stressful it can be when their favorite human isn’t around, so my goal is to build trust and help them feel secure, cared for, and comfortable while you’re away. 🐾💛

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs since i was a kid. My neighbors relied on be to watch their dogs when i was 13 and did so till i was 17, along with always having family dog. I have experience in potty training and teaching fun tricks. Along with mess clean up and all sorts. I believe and furry friends deserve love and respect just as much as we do! Im available every day and night, so if you need a a full week of care don’t worry i have your back or just a quick stop by i’m here! I prefer to keep are furry friends owner informed of what is happening which includes hourly or daily check-ins along with fun photos to show our day, along with owner approved treats!
