About: I’m a current student at ISU pursuing Veterinary Medicine. I’ve cared for my own dogs and cats my entire life and cared for someone else’s for three years in addition to babysitting. About: I’ve taken care of fur babies of all kinds since before I could walk. I grew up with a dog and cat always in tow. I lived in the country, so learned fast that the world can be hard for an animal, thus beginning my rehab ‘career’. As I got older, I pet sat for neighbors and family friends. About: I used to work as a certified dog trainer and managed a daycare / boarding facility for 2 years. I was an employee there for longer. 12 hour days every day with dogs of all types. I know how to administer medications, including insulin. I also know how to handle myself in emergency situations, I've learned dog first aid and I've broken up fights in my time that would've been deadly if I wasn't there. I am currently a general contractor making my schedule very open, my wife loves helping with pets of all kinds as well which allows for more care opportunities. The only thing that wouldn't likely work would be multiple days of house sitting IF I am not able to leave for 3-4 hours at a time. I have a hard time spending an extended amount of time not being able to see my infant son! I'll do whatever someone wants for their pet, assuming it's reasonable. I’m also more than happy to accommodate quirky routines. For example, one of my own cats insists on playing a round of fetch every single night before letting us go to bed. Whatever your pets specific quirks are, I've got them covered! I'm currently working part-time so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to pet care. I'm available most of the day and all week (including weekends) Even if your house has a fenced in yard I am always present and alert when if comes to letting pets out and playing with them.
About: I have been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2024. I work in the small animal emergency/critical care department. I am RECOVER certified and Fear Free certified. I have been an animal my whole life and am now devoted to taking care and improving their lives. I do have a full time job but I start late in the day. If you need me to walk your dog or check in at your home I can do early mornings to early afternoon. My schedule also changes month to month from week days to weekends so depending on the month I can have more availability during my days off. I always make sure to see the comfort levels of animals before interaction. I bad interaction can break your pets trust. My FEAR FREE training has allowed me to work with patients comfort levels and how to appropriately handle scared animals. My CPR RECOVER training certifies me to be able to perform CPR on your pet effectively.
About: Spending time and interacting with animals has always been a passion of mine. Over the years I helped my grandma run her dog sitting service, taking the dogs for walks and cleaning up the kennels. I also enjoy being outside and taking my own dog for long walks and fun trips to the dog park. My dog is a family member and I intend on treating yours the same way. Your dog will have a great time exploring the city and playing with others at the dog park. I hope to someday have my own place where I can board dogs just like grandma did!!! I spend 90% of my time with dogs and we enjoy playing with other pups at the dog parks, we are traveling nomads and look forward to meeting you My dogs live in my van with me Both are crate trained. “Our lab, Yeller, has stayed with Steve and Tilaine twice during our summer vacation and he has a wonderful time in their home. They are loving and responsible and treat him like family. He loves playing in their fenced yard with the kids, laying in the sun on their deck, and all the attention he gets throughout his stay. When we dropped Yeller off for his second stay with them, about a year after the first one, he enthusiastically bolted from the car right up to Steve and immediately made himself at home again. They have also been flexible with our return time as our flight was delayed and accommodated an extension of the stay on short notice. Highly recommend this family for your dog sitting needs!”

About: I’m a current student at ISU pursuing Veterinary Medicine. I’ve cared for my own dogs and cats my entire life and cared for someone else’s for three years in addition to babysitting. I currently have my own friendly Great Pyrenees and Cat and love spending time around furry friends I’m currently working part time and I am out of school very early in the day allowing me to spend my afternoons and nights (and some mornings) caring for your furry friends I have a friendly Great Pyrenees and kitty who love interacting with new friends and if need be I have a way of separating my own from yours with our house set up

About: I am an avid animal lover who worked as a vet tech for five years. My spouse and teenage girls are also animal lovers! We LOVE to have animal visitors! We have small dogs of our own who enjoy making new pet friends. I am a full-time nurse with very flexible hours and my spouse is home all summer! My teenagers are also available to help with our guests. We have a fenced in yard, and love to take our dogs for walks. Our dogs are very friendly with other cats and dogs. We have a special needs dog, so we are very comfortable with giving medications and other special needs.
