I lived in the country, so learned fast that the world can be hard for an animal, thus beginning my rehab ‘career’. As I got older, I pet sat for neighbors and family friends. Pets make me feel less anxious and I love them in my lap I am available any after before 8 am and after 4 pm for a walk or feed the pets. All day during the weekends to watch them. About: I've grown up with pets my whole life - dogs, cats, cows, horses, hamsters, mice, you name it I probably had it at one point. I have a dog of my own as well. I like to say I've had animal experience my whole life, but formally I have had over 8 years of experience in the animal care industry. About: I used to work as a certified dog trainer and managed a daycare / boarding facility for 2 years. I was an employee there for longer. 12 hour days every day with dogs of all types. I know how to administer medications, including insulin. I also know how to handle myself in emergency situations, I've learned dog first aid and I've broken up fights in my time that would've been deadly if I wasn't there. I am currently a general contractor making my schedule very open, my wife loves helping with pets of all kinds as well which allows for more care opportunities. The only thing that wouldn't likely work would be multiple days of house sitting IF I am not able to leave for 3-4 hours at a time. About: I am a registered veterinary technician that works at an emergency hospital here in Columbus. I have a lot of experience with dogs, large and small, and cats as well. You can feel safe knowing that your fur babies are well taken care of and under great care. With my medical Knowledge, I am a great candidate to take care of any fur baby. While in my care, pets will be monitored closely and given everything they need, as well as endless snuggles. About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. I got my first cat when I was 16 and now have two beautiful cats.
