“Jamie is such a GOLD/DIAMOND STAR sitter. I messaged her at 9PM about an emergency pick up because my current dog sitter was not taking a good care of my dog when I was out of town. We never work with each other before but she was so responsive and was ready to pick my dog up at 9AM the next day! Less than 12 hours of notice! She gave multiple updates with pictures and video throughout the day. I feel bad sometimes because I don’t even response to them as much as she send them! She asked for dietary restrictions, patient with my dog when she first met him. She even gave him food topper from her own! He is eating better than when he is with me! When I have a delay to return, she make sure that my dog is actually being put in a good hand and not with the old dog sitter who did not treat him right. About: I have taken in aggressive and puppymill dogs. I have had at least 100 dogs through my home either as rescue, transport or sitting. My family loves all dogs! I work 6 hours per day temporarily but my husband comes home at lunch. If dogs require walks we can do that. We separate everyone at meal times to keep safe. I have fenced in large yard. We have some rescue dogs that are super friendly and used to new dogs visiting. Pets can be on sofa, bed and anywhere you would like them.

I have a lot of experience with large, high-energy hunting breeds and ensure that each pup gets enough exercise each day. My favs are the dog park and the beach! I know some pets need extra support when their humans are a away, and I understand that may mean me staying over night. I have two dogs and two cats. I take care of the two dogs on a daily basis. Cats? Not so much but I do help out when asked as they are not actually mine but my roommates. I take my dogs out at LEAST 3 times a day typically more in warmer weather. But I take them out at least once when I wake up, once after or before lunch, and once before bed after they've ate their dinner. My dogs have stomach issues and only eat once a day near dinner time for me. I get them out more often to play now that its warming up outside In my clients home, as I don't do boarding at my own home, I can bring my own dog if asked for a play buddy but I would like a copy or to see the vaccination records to be safe. I will make sure the animals get some time to play and have plenty of attention while I am there. I will make sure dogs get outside to potty on either the specified schedule from my client or on a schedule I am able to run, but they will get out as much as I can make happen. Cats I'll make sure get some play time, if you're the kind of cat person who let's their cat out on a catio or leash or trust your cat out on its own for a bit I can make those happen too. I will make sure they have fresh litter when needed/requested. I will make sure both cats and dogs have fresh water and food on a schedule determined by the owner or when its needing refilled/changed.

“HIRE CHRIS. I won the lottery with him. It was my first time using Rover. I have a special needs rabbit who needed a caretaker after a rabbit boarding service was no longer available. I messaged several sitters and Chris was the first to respond. He is responsive and communicative. What I absolutely love about Chris, among many things, is that he asks questions. Not in a "what do I do" kind of way. Rather, "how do I do this to make sure it's done correctly". My special needs rabbit is on a specialized diet. I left Chris with instructions, which he followed to a tee, but he also sent a photo of the food. (My rabbit is feed very soft, watered down pellets and Critical Care due to recent dental surgery). I'm happy that he did because my rabbit can't chew on pellets. He sent lots of photos of Moo, too. Chris was also flexible with the initial meet 'n' greet appointment and visiting my landlord's office to pick up my front door key (which has to be loaned out). One of the reasons I chose Chris was his close proximity to my apartment. I will 5000% hire Chris again for my rabbit sitting needs. He took great care of my very special needs rabbit and Moo liked him too! I recommend him for your pet sitting needs, including small mammals!”

“My 9 year old, handicapped, German Shepard, little lady had an awesome time with Aryl, her pack and her family! We've already booked another stay. 🥰 This stay took place over overnight for 7 consecutive nights while I was at work. This was the first time not to allow her to stay at home alone. After a few rough nights alone, getting stuck a couple times, and then not able to make it through the night without apotty break, I knew I needed to find someone. Because Miss Black has lost use of her hind legs and is now in a wheelchair her care is a little more complex. Aryl administered her medication, assisted as needed going potty, and kept her cleaned up and smelling fresh every morning. This has been such a relief knowing she is in good hands. It gave me such peace of mind while I was working. Aryl didn't have any problems reading her communication signs. Even when she had other Rover dogs over, she was able to give Miss Black everything she needed. I believe Aryl's past experiences have given her the insight she needed to provide great care. Instead of wondering what I was going to walk into after a long shift, I was greeted by my smiling pup right inside the door.”

About: I am open to most pets. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Calves, Lambs, Guinea Pigs, Turtles, etc..... If extra special care or out of state, I do charge travel fees. I do have experience with older pets and young ones. I have been known to raise Opossums from the size of mice to adults. If that gives you an idea! I am open to new proposals and willing to negotiate new situations! (Unencountered situations when it comes to pets) I also House-sit, plants, pets etc... I do travel out of state to Illinois (Mostly the North suburbs of Chicago) and Wisconsin. This is where I have done house-sitting. Pets and Plants can be included in this care. I do add travel expenses, mainly for gas, when traveling for house sitting. I get up in the morning and get my coffee going and then tend to pets that are around. They get fed first thing, inside and outside. Feral cats seem to be present in the morning. Litter boxes are checked. Water Bowls. Mostly I go to people's homes and care for the pets at their houses, but I have had people bring them to me. I have an extra room set up in my barn if there are anxieties or stress with animals and they need a quiet place. I am in the process of updating that room a little more. It is heated for the winter months. I do have hand brushes and combs for extra attention and I do go talk to whoever is around. If dogs come, they can be walked. Although I live in a small town, I am close to nice places to walk on the edge of town.

About: Drop ins: I’ll take your dog on a little walk before feeding them and spending time with your little furry love (20-30 minutes or so) Walking: I’ll take your pooch for a walk and/or run for as long as they require. House sitting: we will go on walks, snuggle, eat and I will be respectful of the owners home- clean up after myself and the animal so you come home to a nice clean home and you don’t have to rush to take care of your beloved fur baby! Boarding: not my preferred method of watching your pooch but if it’s absolutely needed, I can accommodate to make your pooch feel warm and welcome in my home.I have 2 large male dogs and a 2 year old- they’re great but getting older and less tolerant of other dogs.

She was outstanding from start to finish, her communication was consistent and thoughtful, with daily updates and photos that gave us so much peace of mind. Sansa was clearly so well cared for, she got daily walks, tons of attention, and was honestly spoiled in the best way. It was obvious she was treated like part of the family. Her home is beautiful and very well maintained, and you can truly tell she loves what she does. That kind of genuine care is hard to find. We will 100% book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can fully trust with their pet.”
“Caitlin and family took great care of our two French bulldogs at her home while we were away on a family vacation. She was very patient and accommodating with the needs of our pups and helped them transition to being in a new environment. About: Drop ins: I’ll take your dog on a little walk before feeding them and spending time with your little furry love (20-30 minutes or so) Walking: I’ll take your pooch for a walk and/or run for as long as they require. House sitting: we will go on walks, snuggle, eat and I will be respectful of the owners home- clean up after myself and the animal so you come home to a nice clean home and you don’t have to rush to take care of your beloved fur baby! Boarding: not my preferred method of watching your pooch but if it’s absolutely needed, I can accommodate to make your pooch feel warm and welcome in my home.I have 2 large male dogs and a 2 year old- they’re great but getting older and less tolerant of other dogs.
