“Savannah is incredible! Our dog, Skye, stayed with her for 14 days, which was her first time staying with someone outside of our immediate family. Skye can be a bit anxious and gets very skittish around fireworks. Savannah took amazing care of her by providing care and support during the 4th of July fireworks celebrations, which meant so much to us and showed how much she truly cares. She gave Skye a structured routine and provided daily walks that Skye absolutely loved. Savannah also let us bring Skye's kennel, playpen, and large mat to her home so she could have a true "home away from home" setup. Her communication was wonderful—she sent us reassuring updates and pictures almost daily. When my daughters picked up Skye, you could see that she was a happy dog and was well taken care of by Savannah. We would absolutely choose Savannah to babysit Skye again in the future!”

About: I have been around animals my whole life we always had a house full growing up. I trained and showed my corgi helped my mom with her Norwegian Elkhounds( show and breeding). I worked at greyhound dog tracks across the US raising and training them. I worked for a vet part time helping in her clinic and taking care of the dogs she boarded. About: Your pup must be respectful of cats please. I completely understand curiosity, just not stalking or chasing. I took so much care of our lab when she was 15 and had Cushings. I definitely have a sweet spot for senior pets. She has since crossed the 🌈. Max is our 5 yr old Husky/Lab mix and he's our sweet big boy. We have love for big and small dogs! We have a huge grassy 6 and 4 ft fenced in yard (we connected to our neighbors 4 ft fence - see pictures) and Max would seriously love a friend to play with or just chill with. My husband and I work from home so one of us will be home all the time. We usually go on a mid morning walk and an evening walk, weather permitting. My kids are 11 and 16 and adore animals. We have a cat, Freddy, who loves Max. We will love your pet like they were our own ♥️ My husband and I work from home full-time. Our dog has separation anxiety so one of us will be home when your pet is here! We have a 6 and 4 ft privacy fence, large grassy backyard. Max gets on the leather couch but not our fabric couch or bed. He doesn't ever try. We wake up early to feed Max at 7 so early mornings is a non issue in our house! We typically go on 2 short walks a day (15-20 min). We're a chill household.

I work full-time Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule, primarily from home, which allows me to give your dog plenty of attention throughout the day. On the days I work in the office, your pup will never be left alone for more than 3–4 hours. We also have a sweet, playful dog named Coco who loves making new furry friends, along with two children who adore dogs and are gentle, loving companions. Your pup will be treated like part of our family and receive plenty of love, playtime, and care while they’re with us. Our standard drop-off and pick-up hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you need times outside of those hours, please send your request for the day before or after, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. We can’t wait to welcome your dog into our home and become a trusted part of their extended family! Our community is amazing there are plenty of dogs in our community that are extremely playful. We have a park about 3 blocks away. The park also has a walking trail. I take dogs for walks over there and we throw the ball quite often.

About: My family owned a dog when I was in middle school for about a year and a half, but due to busy schedules at the time we had to give him up. My brother had a dog for a little over five years, and I enjoyed helping him take care of her while I was living with my parents, and I went to their house to see her and help take care of her when needed before she passed away! I know that with my brother’s dog, Emma, I wanted to be home with her as much as I can when I was living with my parents so she could be out of her kennel as often as possible. About: I've had dogs for as long as I can remember. My last fur baby was a Puggle that was handicapped. She lost the use of her hind legs at age 6. She needed help going potty, I got her a wheelchair so we could still go on walks which she absolutely loved and was important to keep her as healthy as possible! She needed more care then my other dogs, she really trained me to help other dogs that need alittle more care. I have had Dachshunds, Cocker Spaniels, Boston Terriers and Puggle. My schedule is pretty flexible and would be available to spend a night or two at your home if needed. I would work with you to get the best care for your dog. I would not be able to have your pet in my home as I live in an apartment. About: Hello! I worked part time at Happy Tails Dog Daycare for about a year. Lots of different sizes, ages & breeds I attended to. I have had a dog in the family for most of my life, as a kid and for 21 years of my adult life...so far.😉 I currently have one charcoal lab who is a 120lb galloping goofy boy! My favorite thing is taking him out for our walk. Then playing & loving on him! We lost his 13 yr old choco lab sister in December 2021-she had kidney disease but managed to live for 3 yrs after diagnosed. Thanks to acupuncture, CBD & other natural remedies. I currently work as a chiropractic assistant. I also love to bike the trails around the Des Moines area & am a huge Nascar fan! My dream is to get an RV & travel the country following Nascar, riding bike trails & experiencing every state! My hours of work currently are Mon, Wed & Thurs 7:30 - 6:30pm. I am currently without any furkids. I lost my Hachi on St Patrick's Day to a brain aneurysm. 🥺😢😭 My boy goes to Happy Tails Mon & Wed then hangs with my best friend on Thurs while I am working. Skye can be a bit anxious and gets very skittish around fireworks. Savannah took amazing care of her by providing care and support during the 4th of July fireworks celebrations, which meant so much to us and showed how much she truly cares. She gave Skye a structured routine and provided daily walks that Skye absolutely loved. Savannah also let us bring Skye's kennel, playpen, and large mat to her home so she could have a true "home away from home" setup. Her communication was wonderful—she sent us reassuring updates and pictures almost daily. When my daughters picked up Skye, you could see that she was a happy dog and was well taken care of by Savannah. We would absolutely choose Savannah to babysit Skye again in the future!”

About: I am a new dog owner, but I used to nanny for a family with a new puppy and became very familiar with animal care. I have always owned pets (cats) and always loved/wanted a dog and I am interested in helping others give their dogs the best life possible! I am working full time currently but leaving my job as I am moving out of the country in the last week of September for a working abroad opportunity and was wanting to do this until then. If the timeline and schedule works out for you I think it’d be a perfect fit. If I am not working I will be engaged at home with my dog and the others to make sure they have a great day I wake up and take my dog out for a 30 minute walk in the morning. Then we come home and it’s time for breakfast and meds (if needed). I brush my dog after the afternoon walk and give plenty of treats and reward positive behavior
