I also provide updates and photos so you can see how your dog is doing during their stay. Caring for dogs fits very naturally into my daily routine. Because I’m located in a quiet rural area, dogs staying with me have plenty of space to get exercise and enjoy the outdoors throughout the day. My day typically includes multiple outdoor breaks, playtime, and regular check-ins to make sure every dog is comfortable and getting the attention they need. I keep a consistent routine with feeding, activity, and rest, which helps dogs settle in quickly and feel at home. Since I’m around throughout the day, dogs are closely supervised and never left alone for long periods. I also make sure to send updates and photos so owners can see how their dog is doing while they’re away. I understand that every dog has a different personality and energy level, so I adjust care to match their needs—whether that means more playtime, relaxed downtime, or extra attention. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, and at home while their owner is away. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pet is being well cared for.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was in college and I now have a farm with all kinds of different animals! There is nothing better than an animals love other than knowing your loved ones are being taken care of properly. My animals are my family and I will treat yours as my family too. I currently help with rescues on transportation, fostering, and placement. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. I can usually work around my work schedule pretty easily to accommodate a variety of times and needs. I will give all your pets all the love! My pets are allowed on all the furniture as it’s their house too. I have an acreage that provides lost of space for walks and play and I also have a gps fence that can be used if wanted.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals for my entire life. As a kid, my family bred and raised Shih Tzus. I have experience with all ages! I am currently working part time/as needed while attending college part time. I have a flexible schedule and commute from Charles City to Waterloo most every day. I have a private, fenced in backyard. My wiener dog, Tootsie, enjoys roaming our 3-bedroom house, sunbathing on the couches, and snuggling in bed.
