“This being our first time with Rover - and Josh- and being somewhat late in the planning stage, I was of course a bit nervous, but Josh put us at ease right away. He first offered a Meet-n-Greet where we got to visit him at his home, get to know him a bit, and talk about expectations and our senior dog’s needs. He was flexible with the drop off and pick up scheduling and followed up during our trip with daily text updates and pictures to keep us “in the know”. We joked with our family that our pup wouldn’t want to come home with us because she was being loved on so well. 😊 Being a bit of a high anxiety dog, she often will shed a lot when nervous, but when she arrived home it was obvious to me that she had had a good experience. She was not only bright-eyed and tail wagging, but her coat was shiny and smooth – she was happy and feeling good. As any pet lover would agree, it does a momma’s heart good to know that there is someone out there who will care for your fur-baby with the same, if not better intent than your own. We believe Josh treated our dog with the utmost care, and would definitely reach out to him again if we need a safe place for our pet. ~Thanks Josh!!”

Then we usually settle down while I work and break 11:30-12:30. Then potty again at 3:00 if not sooner. They go out again between 5-6:00. Then second meal and out anywhere 7-9 and final let out between 9-10 and a ‘greenie’ please provide some of your own We are available for dog walking and live close to a park trail and we are looking for a family interaction. Crate services, roaming and family integrated home. We are able to walk your animals and provide check ins. I know how animals are part of the family. We have a gate for areas that have things they could get into.

About: I have had a lot of animals while growing up so I feel like any type of animal I will be able to watch and handle. I work 2 jobs right now during the week and have weekends off. I work at 6:30 every day till 3ish and 3 days a week I have my other job with a small gap between jobs. I don’t like to have animals in cages or in one room I like to have them out roaming or with me over by themselves.
About: I know what it takes to care for your pets so they won’t even miss you while you’re gone! I am skilled at brisk or slow “sniff,” walks depending on the needs of your pet. About: I have been working in veterinary medicine for 4 years this January! I love and care for all animals but I also have a strong understanding of animal health, behavior, and safety I am currently working full time, with Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. I do get a break in the middle of the day to take care of any of the animal’s needs! I currently do not have any pets in my home. Crate/kennel training or a fenced in yard isn’t necessary. Leash trained preferably but not required.
About: I've taken care of dogs specifically since I was like 5. Whether it was a friend's dog, a family members or my own. Cats I have taken care of since I was 8. Changing litter? Done. Walking dogs? Done. Training? I do that too! I actually trained my own service dog who has since retired. Feed and water? Of course! Gotta get the essentials. Following directions, I will follow how YOU want your pet(s) taken care of. I have dealt with chihuahuas to great Danes to dogs bigger than that! No animal is too small. I will pick up messes, play with them, train them if you want, and obviously feed and water them. I can even stay over night with a pet if needed! I know some pets need extra support when their humans are a away, and I understand that may mean me staying over night. I have two dogs and two cats. I take care of the two dogs on a daily basis. Cats? Not so much but I do help out when asked as they are not actually mine but my roommates. I take my dogs out at LEAST 3 times a day typically more in warmer weather. But I take them out at least once when I wake up, once after or before lunch, and once before bed after they've ate their dinner. My dogs have stomach issues and only eat once a day near dinner time for me. I get them out more often to play now that its warming up outside In my clients home, as I don't do boarding at my own home, I can bring my own dog if asked for a play buddy but I would like a copy or to see the vaccination records to be safe. I will make sure the animals get some time to play and have plenty of attention while I am there. I will make sure dogs get outside to potty on either the specified schedule from my client or on a schedule I am able to run, but they will get out as much as I can make happen. Cats I'll make sure get some play time, if you're the kind of cat person who let's their cat out on a catio or leash or trust your cat out on its own for a bit I can make those happen too. I will make sure they have fresh litter when needed/requested. I will make sure both cats and dogs have fresh water and food on a schedule determined by the owner or when its needing refilled/changed.

I have about 15 years of experience with both cats & dogs and have 4 dogs of my own. I have 3 little girls who are 6, 5, and 1 😊 We live in a ranch style home and have a fenced in backyard.
