We have never left our Pomeranian, Lucy, with anyone overnight before, until we met Randi. She is caring and knowledgeable and we trust her implicitly. She has a beautiful estate where she will welcome your dog just like it was her own. While on vacation recently, she constantly kept in touch with us via text message and sent us plenty of pictures and videos, so we could be assured Lucy was in good hands and doing well. She has plenty of space at her home and she does whatever possible to accommodate your needs and the needs of your pet. We no longer have to be hesitant in deciding on an overnight trip or vacation. Just knowing that we can leave our most precious fur friend with Randi has alleviated all our anxieties. We have also used Randi for daycare services too and we were equally impressed. Apart from dogs, I worked/lived at a cat sanctuary in Haiku that had over 200+ cats as well as chickens and cows. My job consisted of feeding, giving medicine/attention, and cleaning after them everyday. I take care of my husky mix Kea everyday! I work from home m-f and have lots of free time. About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have an awesome 5 year old cattahoula mix who loves to make friends! We live at the back of Iao Valley, right next to the stream and have a beautiful fenced in half acre for the dogs to run around on. I work from home so will be w pup all day! They have free range to be inside or outside whenever they want. Lots of attention and love. I have a huge fenced in yard. Dogs have their own door that is always open for them to come in and out. I was lucky enough to grow up in a household with pets, and as an adult I couldn’t imagine not having pets. I also recognize that even though we wish we could take our furbabies everywhere, it’s just not a reality for a lot of us. So, I’m happy to be able to ease the worry of wanting or needing to travel, work, etc by offering to take care of your babies while you’re away. I’ve also traveled to help take care of pets while they’re pawrents were away, tending to both their pets and home. Currently I have a lot of open availability. I prefer to be able to come to your house as I have two pups and three kitties in my home, and I know a pet is usually more comfortable in their own environment. The less that has to change for pets, the better so they don’t have to experience the stress of a new place or dog boarding. When I come to collect him he always wants to stay and is always exhausted when he gets home because he has had so much fun during his day. I have a backyard and I am home throughout the entire day. I care for a friend’s dog often, and I like to give the pup the option of indoor or outdoor so that they can walk in and out at their own convenience. What my dog needs most is a steady, compassionate presence, and that is exactly what they provided. Not long after I dropped my dog off, Michele reached out to let me know that my dog was content, getting along well with her dog, and exploring her new surroundings. That early check-in brought me such a sense of relief. Later, she sent me a photo of my dog resting peacefully in her garden while she gardened nearby, which spoke volumes about how safe and settled my dog felt. Michele was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely present. She snuggled with my dog on the couch, included her in daily activities (like “helping” in the garden), and it was sweet that she seemed to enjoy my dog’s company. That matters to me more than I can easily express. Having a dog with extra needs can come with a lot of worry about being a burden, and it was sweet to sense that it wasn’t that at all for them. It was also deeply reassuring that they have an older dog themselves. Michele truly understands the rhythms, sensitivities, and nervous systems of senior and special-needs dogs. When I picked my dog up, she was happy to see me and tired in the best way—but most importantly, she was calm and regulated. This tells me everything about the quality of care she received. This kind of support is immensely valuable. I would absolutely recommend Michele and Brian, especially to anyone with an older, anxious, or special-needs dog who needs more than basic sitting. Finding someone like this feels rare, and I would trust them with my dog again without hesitation.”

About: I’m a country, animal loving young girl. I’ve spent years caring for farms and ranches or just housesitting with many dogs, cats and much more. I just enjoy soaking up extra time with the critters. I’ve spent time training two of my own dogs and also several others. I work part time (my shifts are midday to early evening, two or three days per week ), so I have lots of free time to walk/ drop in/ stay with your pet! My morning’s are wide open, as well as most afternoons/evenings. For petsitting clients, I can let you know my exact work schedule and adjust my shifts if needed. Your pet’s safety and your home’s security is my highest priority. I pride myself on leaving every space better than I found it; For petsitting clients I clean up after myself so you’ll always come home to an empty sink, clean sheets/towels, and a vacuumed floor!

About: I have a husky mix Kea and we are super active! Daily walks and animal care is in my daily routine. I have been doing rover for a long time now. Apart from dogs, I worked/lived at a cat sanctuary in Haiku that had over 200+ cats as well as chickens and cows. My job consisted of feeding, giving medicine/attention, and cleaning after them everyday. I take care of my husky mix Kea everyday! I work from home m-f and have lots of free time. I love to take care of all kinds of animals. I am looking for some extra jobs on the island! I would make sure I am aware of the clients needs and expectations when being in their home. I will be aware of any precautions and contact the owner with any issues. About: I have extensive experience in dog training and care as my Dad’s business was in rehabilitation, training and boarding for dogs. I worked as an employee for 5 years and also had opportunities to help train and care for the dogs from 12 years old. I love learning more every time I interact with a new dog. About: Just a only child madly in love with animals, I treat all dogs as if they were my babies. I’ve been boarding dogs in Florida, Maui Hawaii & Oregon. Dogs are taken out for potty breaks every 3hours (or as needed), I shower them with so much love and walks to the parks ect. Playing with, exercising, feeding and even doing some training are all things I like to incorporate in my daily schedule.
