“Kara saved my bacon as I needed someone last minute to watch my dog, Finn, while I was house sitting for my parents. I work about 45 minutes away from their house so he would have been alone for 12 hours as his doggie daycare was full. Kara was extremely responsive and helped guide me through the process of how to use rover (as it was my first time). All responses were probably within 15 minutes of my messages so I felt good about the booking. She stopped by twice during the day to let him out into the yard for some potty and play and from the many photos that she sent he seemed to absolutely love having her there with him! She followed all of my instructions perfectly and had no problem figuring out what to do while I was at work which helped take some of the stress off of me. My only complaint is that she doesn’t live closer to my own house so that I could book her as an ongoing client because it worked out so well! I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. I have no kids on property.

About: I been taken care of dogs for a long time over 10 years but my dog had passed away 2 years ago dearly so I am happy to help walk, feed and be there friend I am currently working full time during the day, my day ends at 3:30pm I have free time and then weekends I am off to spend time I live in a town house,I drive so I can either come to your home or bring them to my town house in Kapolei. About: I have been around animals my entire life especially dogs and puppies. I absolutely love dogs! All dogs are welcomed with me, big or small! I’m currently getting settled in Hawaii, so my schedule is open. I start school on the 12th at Hawaii Pacific, which will be Mondays and Thursdays 6:15-9:15pm. I will also be starting my security job soon which will be Sunday through Thursday 7a-3p. I plan to walk pets and occasionally pet sit around that schedule. Safety is my main concern. About: I have taken care of/have grown up with small dogs to big dogs with very different personalities. If they have quirks or special needs (medical or personal), I will take care of it. I am are very flexible with your schedule and feel comfortable taking care up to two dogs at a time, depending on their individual needs. I am more than happy to communicate often with the owners, you will probably get more pics of your cute doggies than you want. Gladly I will do video calls as well. This is your special four-legged family member, and I understand one can be nervous, especially for the first few times. There are no kids in the house. I work from home so your dog will be around me constantly. Work day is extremely flexible so I can schedule around your dog's need. We have a decently sized fenced backyard for your doggies to race around and play and are very easy going when it comes to "house rules". Your dog will be allowed on the furniture and the bed.
About: I love animals! I have a mini Bernadoodle & 2 cats and I've even had a labrador pit bull mix and a boxer in my past. My poodles who crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023 were my emotional support animals, so I know how special a bond can be. I promise your pet will be in good hands, and will be left with their tail wagging and a happy smile. Also, most likely will treat your dog to homemade pup cups like at Starbucks, a fun walk, and lots of treats and cuddles. Will do my very best to keep your pup/kitty happy at all times. :) I am in school online and work a full time job, so I'll be able to check on your pets or walk your pets in the evenings in the week and weekends I am free. I have a friendly dog that your doggo may socialize with and I can always drop in on your pet for a home visit. I'll clean up any messes, make sure your pet gets the love and care it needs, and leave your home just as I found it before I leave. I will make sure to give your fur babies lots of love and affection as if they were my own. :)

My last fur baby was 18 year old silky terrier and still miss him so not ready emotionally for my own but do enjoy caring for and being around others fur babies.
