About: Just a dog owner who loves all the doggies and only wants the best for them. I have sent both my large dogs to a month long professional training facility and have learned how to train and maintain training of my dogs from professional handlers. I have a good sense of dog psychology and have rehabbed many fosters (>30+) to be able to be adopted. I am able to care for all dog types and needs, however, I will only consider active and independent dogs for boarding. The extra care required for young (<6mo) or aging dogs is not conducive to caring for the amount of dogs I watch at any given time. I am retired and stay at home FT working my business of Doggie Day Care while watching my own dogs and fosters. At the most, the dog will be alone for 2 hours once a week while I complete errands like shopping and/or appointments. Some Fridays, I am away for more than 5 hours, however, they will be left in an isolated secured yard with 7’ fences. What a day would look like is dogs get up when I wake up. Then hang out in the house or the yard until outside morning chores are completed. From 8:00 am to 11:00 am, we will have play time at the dog park for up to 2 hours. From 11:00 am to 3:00 pm we move into the house to either nap, watch tv or do inside chores. From 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm is dinner. From 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm is outside play at the park again. From 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm is indoor recreation and hanging out with hoomans. Finally, bed time from 10:00 pm till 8:00 am. I abide by owners’ requests for specific care of the dog. Owner is welcome to inspect the location where the dog will play and sleep. Dogs are free to roam off leash 24/7 with access to grassed yard for play or bathroom. There is no kenneling unless specified by owner or use during sleeping hours (Based solely on my discretion for the boarded dog's safety and/or my dogs’ safety).

About: I’ve cared for two amazing dogs in my life for years. I’ve walked them, bathed them, fed them and gave numerous belly rubs :). I would love the opportunity to live on your dog as well. I am currently a graduate student so my schedule is pretty flexible. Changes that need to be made will be updated as needed in a timely manner. About: Hello Pet Parents! My name’s Samantha, currently I am a single mom to 1 toddler and also a dog-mama to my Shih Tzu pup, Chico! I have had dogs my entire life and have been doing Rover for many years now. I take pride in my work and take it seriously, if I was going to have someone watch Cheech I would want to know they are trustworthy, diligent, understanding, and patient. So that is how I am with the pets in my care. I'll do anything to make a pups tail wag!! 🐾💝 I currently am a stay at home mom of one. I have the ability yo keep your pups schedule on track while they are in my care. I only work one a day week away from home ( I come home in my lunch break) and do property management from home as well. My sister watches my son on the one day that I do go to work, so if your pet stays with me I would always be around or my sister would be at my home to let your pet outside, walk them, and care for their needs. :) I do not normally host more than one families pet/s at once but if I was going to, I would let both owners know before doing so and only with dogs that I had watched before and know that there would not be any issues. I offer pet/house sitting, I need to be able to bring my son with me & if possible I like to bring my shih tzu Chico with me to boarding jobs. (But I do understand sometimes that isn’t an option. I don’t want any dog or cat feeling like their home is being invaded.) I have a small yard at my home to take dogs out but there isnt much running space if your dog is high energy. Luckily I do have a bike path right near by we can walk to for walks! If I have multiple dogs staying with me I do have the ability to separate them if necessary during eating, sleeping, or when I do run errands.

About: I grew up on a farm and have had dogs of every shape and size my entire life. I have experience with dogs with diabetes and am comfortable giving them their shots. I am willing to drive to any part of the island but I am located in Ewa Beach so please allow grace for traffic if you are townside. Size does not scare me as I was watching over 12 horses daily in Kapolei, my elderly dog requires 4 medications a day so medications are a breeze as I’ve had to learn every trick in the book. *I have an elderly dog and young cat in my home so all animals must pass a flea inspection and have recent vaccines.* I am currently unemployed due to medical conditions not letting me be able to be in large crowds. I can adapt my schedule to you and your animals needs because of this and can be available anytime outside of my appointments and treatment days. I have a larger fenced yard in Ewa Beach, I provide filtered water for all animals and treat any animal in my home as if it were my own. In my house animals are allowed on furniture and beds. I will always leave a space cleaner than found, if I am house sitting/pet sitting I will lightly clean the area. If your animal becomes muddy, or dirty under my care I will wash them. If you don’t want them on furniture I will make sure they do not go on any.

“Samantha was absolutely wonderful! In fact, she's such a great sitter that I almost hesitate to write this review because selfishly, I'd love to keep her availability to myself! This was our very first time leaving our puppy with a sitter, and naturally we were a little nervous. Samantha immediately put our minds at ease. Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. While we were away for nearly two weeks, Samantha kept us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. It meant so much to know our puppy was happy, safe, and well cared for while we were gone. What impressed us even more was that she actually helped reinforce our puppy's potty training during our time away. We came home to a puppy who had continued making progress, which was such a pleasant surprise! “Kaitlyn was great. She took in Bree with just a few days notice and Bree enjoyed herself. Kaitlyn is energetic and took Bree on daily walks (long) and that was important to me. As a pit-mix they need to be walked so they can sniff everything. Kaitlyn followed my lead on using the snacks in the puzzle toys to break up the boredom that Pit's can get if not stimulated. She was a great dog-sitter.”

“This was my first time using Rover, and I was hesitant. Dale and Lauren (and family) were fantastic communicators and I received multiple updates each day. You can tell they have a lot of experience and understand dogs really well. Kukui got tons of belly rubs, soft cushions to sleep on, and plenty of fun interaction. In the past, Kukui has eaten only sparingly when we are away. He had a healthy appetite at Dale & Lauren's house -- a testament on how relaxed he was.”

About: I petsit frequently for family, friends and neighbors for weeks at a time in my home and their homes. I have years of experience around all kinds of different animals. I understand different personalities in pets and can work around them. I stay at home with my two kids, who love animals. My schedule is always open so I am able to follow a unique routine. I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of toys, energetic kids and two cats. One cat likes to play outside while the other stays inside. I have rooms set up in my home for animals who prefer to be by themselves.

“Thank goodness for Andrea, who helped with boarding Alika after my heart procedure. I asked for a last minute request and she was able to help with that as well. Alika came back a happy dog, which tells me he had a good stay with Andrea. Appreciate all her help with Alika. When she picked him up he did not hesitate to jump in her car. He really loves his time with her when she comes and walks him as well. I will definitely use Andrea again.”
