“My chihuahua is nearly 14y/o and in all that time i had never left him with strangers. He means the world to me. So, when i had to go mainland for family, i was scared. I had never used rover, but in doing so i found it very user friendly and convient. When i came across Wanda & Lonnie the first thing i noticed was the reasonable price. I am not rich and some of the other sitters on rover were higer priced, up to $200/day. Most were 50-150/day. I read reviews on many of them and found Wanda & Lonnies to be the best reviews. I did a meet n greet and loved the two of them instantly! And my dog Loved their spacious yard, them, and all the other animals. I have zero regrets and many feelings of blessings for choosing this wonderful couple, Thank you Lonnie, Wanda, for loving my boy for an entire week when his mommy had to go mainland. We have never left our Pomeranian, Lucy, with anyone overnight before, until we met Randi. She is caring and knowledgeable and we trust her implicitly. She has a beautiful estate where she will welcome your dog just like it was her own. While on vacation recently, she constantly kept in touch with us via text message and sent us plenty of pictures and videos, so we could be assured Lucy was in good hands and doing well. She has plenty of space at her home and she does whatever possible to accommodate your needs and the needs of your pet. We no longer have to be hesitant in deciding on an overnight trip or vacation. Just knowing that we can leave our most precious fur friend with Randi has alleviated all our anxieties. We have also used Randi for daycare services too and we were equally impressed. About: I’m a country, animal loving young girl. I’ve spent years caring for farms and ranches or just housesitting with many dogs, cats and much more. I just enjoy soaking up extra time with the critters. I’ve spent time training two of my own dogs and also several others. Experience fostering both cats, kittens and puppies is also something I can offer. It’s so rewarding to watch the dogs learn and grow with training and time. I can take your dog on walks and play with them or just chill with your cat. I currently work 3 days a week on a boat and 1 day as a bartender. “Wanda and Lonnie are a lifesaver! Their home is lovely, and they are so sweet with dogs. My dog has been suffering with short term separation anxiety and having their home available to dogsit and board has been so so helpful. The property has plenty of space for the pups to roam around, and they have even sent photos and videos of how my dog has responded to being left with them. When I come to collect him he always wants to stay and is always exhausted when he gets home because he has had so much fun during his day. You can tell they love dogs and have a long history of working with them.”

Not long after I dropped my dog off, Michele reached out to let me know that my dog was content, getting along well with her dog, and exploring her new surroundings. That early check-in brought me such a sense of relief. Later, she sent me a photo of my dog resting peacefully in her garden while she gardened nearby, which spoke volumes about how safe and settled my dog felt. About: I've taken care of animals all my life! When the cats or dogs needed a bath i bathed them. Ive had 2 of my very own dogs for a short while and i took care of them they were always so happy! Well I only have a part time job at subway and it's actually convenient for me to petsit. I need something to fill in my time and animals are nice to have around you, I hold onto my stuffed animals wishing it was a real pet right now. About: I grew up with a dog and have watched many different types of dogs since I was a teenager. I routinely walk and feed my roommates dogs when they are at work. Walking dogs is a great way for me to get daily exercise too. I’m only working part time so I am available throughout the week and have a very flexible schedule right now. Especially in the afternoon and at night There is a fenced in backyard the dog can play in. There are also two other friendly dogs in the downstairs unit who love to play. “My chihuahua is nearly 14y/o and in all that time i had never left him with strangers. He means the world to me. So, when i had to go mainland for family, i was scared. I had never used rover, but in doing so i found it very user friendly and convient. When i came across Wanda & Lonnie the first thing i noticed was the reasonable price. I am not rich and some of the other sitters on rover were higer priced, up to $200/day. Most were 50-150/day. I read reviews on many of them and found Wanda & Lonnies to be the best reviews. I did a meet n greet and loved the two of them instantly! And my dog Loved their spacious yard, them, and all the other animals. I have zero regrets and many feelings of blessings for choosing this wonderful couple, Thank you Lonnie, Wanda, for loving my boy for an entire week when his mommy had to go mainland. I dont know what i would have if i hadnt found you!!!”

She came over to meet with us and immediately put me at ease and my little girl literally ran to her like she knew her! She is the Mary Poppins of dog nannies and I feel so relieved that we found her. She sent lots of pictures and videos and took amazing care of our furbaby and home, so we could concentrate on matters at hand without worry. “Jordan and Katherine are amazing! They took in our 5 month old golden retriever puppy, Wylie, for us right before a 12 day trip when our other arrangements for him fell through at the last minute. I was able to check out their property before his stay and was amazed at their beautiful property in Haiku. When the storm was approaching, Jordan was so communicative that Wylie was safe and in great hands. He also sent us videos of him reassuring me that he was having a great time - he was having his own vacation while we were on vacation. I could tell that they truly care about the dogs. We had such a great experience and I am so grateful for them. We would definitely bring Wylie there again and highly recommend!”
About: I’m a country, animal loving young girl. I’ve spent years caring for farms and ranches or just housesitting with many dogs, cats and much more. I just enjoy soaking up extra time with the critters. I’ve spent time training two of my own dogs and also several others. Experience fostering both cats, kittens and puppies is also something I can offer. It’s so rewarding to watch the dogs learn and grow with training and time. I can take your dog on walks and play with them or just chill with your cat. I currently work 3 days a week on a boat and 1 day as a bartender. Feel free to message me for scheduling and availability. If your pet is ok with me being gone on the boat 12 hrs on a couple days I’m happy to housesit for a length of time. My partner can often times let your pet out to potty on my long work days. Usually just Wednesdays are 12 hr shifts. I like to keep the pets routines as close to what they are use to as possible. Playing with, exercising, feeding and even doing some training are all things I like to incorporate in my daily schedule.
“Michele & Brian took such wonderful care of our 1.5yr old Kruz, and we’re truly so grateful! He’s a high-energy pup and can definitely be a handful, especially in a new environment with new people and dogs but they handled him with so much patience, structure, and care. They have a beautiful & fenced property — kept him active with daily walks and dog park visits (which he absolutely loved!) and even worked on some training. It was so reassuring to know he was not only being cared for, but also engaged and learning. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands.
