About: I have a husky mix Kea and we are super active! Daily walks and animal care is in my daily routine. I have been doing rover for a long time now. Apart from dogs, I worked/lived at a cat sanctuary in Haiku that had over 200+ cats as well as chickens and cows. My job consisted of feeding, giving medicine/attention, and cleaning after them everyday. I take care of my husky mix Kea everyday! I work from home m-f and have lots of free time. Mika always has issues with new sitters and I was a bit worried at first she kept barking non stop as usual but after a while she settled in but still barked several times. Lacey was no problem she’s always mellow and friendly. Mika in the other hand is very defensive but Johnathan took them in with short time spent with Johnathan Mika barely barked going home after the meet and greet. Then back at it when I dropped them off-when I picked them up Mika made a good connection with Johnathan and she didn’t even bark in my car just crying a bit but no barking she didn’t even want to get out of my car to go inside our home! Amazing improvement!! I’d go to Johnathan for my dogs anytime and highly recommend him as well got updated a few times in the day to keep me updated on how they’re doing. That early check-in brought me such a sense of relief. Later, she sent me a photo of my dog resting peacefully in her garden while she gardened nearby, which spoke volumes about how safe and settled my dog felt. She snuggled with my dog on the couch, included her in daily activities (like “helping” in the garden), and it was sweet that she seemed to enjoy my dog’s company. My routine is currently centered around daily movement, nutrition, and time in nature as I have become very passionate about being healthy and avoiding burnout. I enjoy the variety of spending time with different animals and supporting pet owners as a part of my weekly/monthly routine and feel it’s a healthy, joyful way for me to connect with my community. I am very sensitive and intuitive so I'm good at helping pets feel comfortable and safe in my presence. I'm attentive and present so will be sure to give your pets what they need, when they need it whether that's food, water, play time, snuggles, or a walk outside. I love keeping my space clean and organized so will prioritize keeping your home this way while I'm there providing service.

About: I can care for your pups as well as horses and cats. I have a nice fenced in yard and lots of love to give. I currently work part time, and have a pretty flexible schedule. About: I have a husky mix Kea and we are super active! Daily walks and animal care is in my daily routine. I have been doing rover for a long time now. Apart from dogs, I worked/lived at a cat sanctuary in Haiku that had over 200+ cats as well as chickens and cows. My job consisted of feeding, giving medicine/attention, and cleaning after them everyday. I take care of my husky mix Kea everyday! I work from home m-f and have lots of free time. I love to take care of all kinds of animals. I am looking for some extra jobs on the island! I would make sure I am aware of the clients needs and expectations when being in their home. I will be aware of any precautions and contact the owner with any issues. I will take care of the animals with anything that is needed (walking/feeding/put into crate/attention), I am a quick learner and am open to any specific jobs.

From the moment we dropped her off, we felt extremely comfortable and could tell that Coco did too. Rochelle’s space was very dog friendly. “I’d recommend Johnathan! He’s like a dog whisperer. Mika always has issues with new sitters and I was a bit worried at first she kept barking non stop as usual but after a while she settled in but still barked several times. Lacey was no problem she’s always mellow and friendly. Mika in the other hand is very defensive but Johnathan took them in with short time spent with Johnathan Mika barely barked going home after the meet and greet. Then back at it when I dropped them off-when I picked them up Mika made a good connection with Johnathan and she didn’t even bark in my car just crying a bit but no barking she didn’t even want to get out of my car to go inside our home! Amazing improvement!! I’d go to Johnathan for my dogs anytime and highly recommend him as well got updated a few times in the day to keep me updated on how they’re doing. Johnathan is the new dog whisper on Maui!! Love it!!!! Thanks a million!!😊😊😊😊”

He’s a high-energy pup and can definitely be a handful, especially in a new environment with new people and dogs but they handled him with so much patience, structure, and care. About: I have extensive experience in dog training and care as my Dad’s business was in rehabilitation, training and boarding for dogs. I worked as an employee for 5 years and also had opportunities to help train and care for the dogs from 12 years old. I love learning more every time I interact with a new dog. I am skilled at training dogs to get over leash aggression and constant pulling. I have worked with many different breeds of dogs and have learned a lot about how this can alter their specific needs. I have a part time job where I’m busy on Wednesdays and Fridays. Otherwise I am available to enjoy time with your doggo all day. I live on a large property with lots of fun things to smell and explore! It isn’t fenced, I intend to keep your dog close with a leash unless you feel they aren’t likely to try and run away.

About: I’m a country, animal loving young girl. I’ve spent years caring for farms and ranches or just housesitting with many dogs, cats and much more. I just enjoy soaking up extra time with the critters. I’ve spent time training two of my own dogs and also several others. Experience fostering both cats, kittens and puppies is also something I can offer. It’s so rewarding to watch the dogs learn and grow with training and time. I can take your dog on walks and play with them or just chill with your cat. I currently work 3 days a week on a boat and 1 day as a bartender. Feel free to message me for scheduling and availability. If your pet is ok with me being gone on the boat 12 hrs on a couple days I’m happy to housesit for a length of time. My partner can often times let your pet out to potty on my long work days. Usually just Wednesdays are 12 hr shifts. I like to keep the pets routines as close to what they are use to as possible. Playing with, exercising, feeding and even doing some training are all things I like to incorporate in my daily schedule.

We have one small dog of our own, a 10 year old Shiba Inu, who is very chill and gets along great with other dogs! Both my husband and I have had dogs our entire lives and have plenty of experience caring for them. My husband is known in our family as the “dog whisperer.” We have family on the mainland and travel back a couple of times a year, so we understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets while you’re away. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom with a flexible schedule. We’re an active family and would love to include your dog in our daily outings when appropriate. We live in Kihei near a dog park and the beach and spend plenty of time outdoors. Because we have two young children and a small dog in our home, boarding is best suited for dogs that are friendly and comfortable around both children and other dogs. We’re also more than happy to provide drop-in visits! However you would like your pet to be cared for; walks, fetch, feedings, scratches, cuddles or simply some company while you’re away, we’re here for it!

Dogs are taken out for potty breaks every 3hours (or as needed), I shower them with so much love and walks to the parks ect.
