“My dog stayed with Martha and her family for a few days while I was away. She took great care of him, and followed all the instructions I gave. I think he enjoyed it there more than being at home! I would highly recommend Martha to anyone in the area, and I will be using her services again.”

“Our fur babies had a wonderful stay!! I was sent pictures multiple times during the day and throughout their 9 day stay. They updated us on their meals and eating. Most important, they were able to give both dogs their daily medication twice a day! Thank you so much for taking such good care of Ginger and Willow. I highly recommend them and will use them again!”

“Jacque saved us with this last minute boarding booking! She was incredibly responsive and sent us updates often. Phoebe had the BEST time playing at their home. Jacque truly treats Phoebe like she is one of their own, making Phoebe feel right at home.”

“Joe kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how patient he was adjusting to our dogs, unique and quirky behaviors. It’s not always easy trusting someone else with your pet, but Joel made it feel effortless and comfortable.”

“Kyrie was a fantastic sitter for our fur baby. She is kind and considerate! She made sure all of our "instructions" were followed and had a nice open yard. It was a perfect environment for pets. Kyrie took the time to send pictures or videos daily and even washed all personal belongings that we brought. They were cleaner than we left them! Our fur baby was clean, healthy and happy and that is the best a dog parent can ask for! Kyrie is the best sitter and I will keep booking her as long as she is available!”

“Natalia is amazing! Our dogs had a seamless transition to her home, which she made so accommodating to the dogs she hosted. Natalia provided daily photos and updates of their adventures, which were all above and beyond! She was flexible when we thought our plans would be impacted by the Kona Low, every bit of communication was timely and thoughtful.”

“Greg was communicative and clearly loves dogs. I could tell my babies were in good hands getting lots of cuddles, playtime, and treats. I will definitely be using Greg again for future petsitting needs! Thanks!”
“Pei, what a professional. Our dog was in his care and we were so happy that we could go on a trip without having to worry about our dog that we love so very much. Pei communicated with us, and showed us how much knowledge he had with not only caring for our dog but what he offered as a dog trainer and dog whisperer. He met with us and our dog to ensure that we were all a fit to proceed with this interaction. I will forever take my dog to Pei anytime my family and I are out of town. He also let us know that we can utilize his skills to train our dog to be more balanced and this is exactly what we plan to do. Thank you Pei!!!”

“We highly recommend Emma. Our pup was well cared for and had the best time napping on a big bean bag chair. Emma sent daily pictures and communication was easy. We will definitely board with Emma again.”

“Paige is absolutely wonderful, her personality puts you at ease. She took good care of my fur baby and treated her as her own. Really appreciated the daily updates with pictures!!! My first time using Rover, and it was a very positive experience.”

“Diana was AWESOME!! Fantastic communication from initial inquiry, meet-up, drop-off and throughout our trip. Kept us updated with messages and pictures every day. Her home was great with lots of space indoors and out. Fenced yard and air conditioning inside were both BIG pluses! Our corgi was well taken care of while we were gone. Would definitely book with her again!”

“Excellent sitter. I was a little worried because our puppy has never had someone else watch her and can be quite guarded with other pets & people but she was an excellent sitter and even got our dog to open up to her after a little bit. Would definitely recommend and book again. Thank you.”

“Kate was absolutely amazing. This was my first time leaving my dog with a pet sitter. I had a sitter that cancelled st the last minute and then I found Kate (I could not be happier.) Even though this was last minute Kate took the time to come meet me and my dog. She was wonderful with my dog. I was gone for eight days and I came home to a happy and healthy dog. I would highly recommend. Thank you again. Kate.”

“My puppy can and was a handful. Regardless Yiye and family were great!. Lots of communication and I can tell they truly care about your family member! Mahalo for the 10 days of taking great care of Rocket!”

“My dog Nala stayed with them for a week and it seems like she had a great time. We did a meet and greet to make sure my larger older dog got along with their smaller dogs. Haily sent me daily updates so I knew she was doing well. When my flight home was cancelled they had no problem watching her for the day until I could make it back, which was so appreciated. Overall a great experience and I felt comfortable having them watch my very loved dog. I’ll look to book with them again when I travel in the future!”

“So appreciative of Halina watching my cat Johnnie while I traveled. She put me at so much ease with it being my first long trip away from the island and made me feel like Johnnie would be loved and safe while gone, which she 110% was. Communication was super fast and always helpful and informative and Johnnie was always in good spirits in videos. I will certainly be booking again with her 😊”

“Angie was exactly what we needed - communicative, straightforward, took great care of our dog and seemed to really enjoy doing this (and our dog seemed to be very happy over there). We will definitely be looking to her for future stays.”

About: I have had dogs my entire life, but what truly sets me apart is my professional, hands-on experience working with them every day. I spent over three years at a dog daycare, where I grew from a daycare attendant to a dog trainer, and eventually became the daycare manager. This experience gave me the opportunity to work with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and personalities in a structured and supervised environment. In addition to my daycare and training background, I have been a responsible dog breeder since 2022, raising four successful litters of Golden Retrievers and Labrador Retrievers. This has given me an even deeper understanding of canine behavior, development, and attentive, hands-on care from early life stages through adulthood. I have a strong understanding of dog body language and behavior, which allows me to safely handle everything from high-energy dogs to more nervous or reactive ones. My goal is always to create a calm, safe, and positive experience for every dog in my care. Dogs are not just a job to me, they are a huge part of who I am. I currently have a Golden Retriever and a Labrador Retriever, and they continue to deepen my love and understanding of what dogs need to feel secure, happy, and well cared for. When caring for your pet, I treat them as if they were my own. You can expect consistent communication, reliability, and attentive care throughout your time away. If you have any questions about my experience or would like to see if I’m a good fit for your pet, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I would love to connect with you. Pet care is a consistent and important part of my daily routine. I structure my schedule around providing dependable, attentive care, including regular feeding times, exercise, and enrichment tailored to each dog’s needs. While I do have dogs of my own, they are on a stable routine and well cared for, which allows me to plan my time responsibly and show up fully for the pets in my care. Because of this, I am mindful about how long I am away from home at a time, but I ensure that every visit and stay is intentional, reliable, and focused on your pet’s comfort and well-being. Whether your dog needs structured walks, playtime, or a calm and consistent presence, I am able to incorporate their routine seamlessly into my day. At this time, I provide care exclusively in my client’s home so that your pet can remain comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I take pride in following each dog’s specific needs, whether that includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, training reinforcement, or simply providing a calm and attentive presence. I am very mindful of safety, structure, and reading dog body language to ensure your pet feels secure and well cared for at all times. If your dog enjoys walks, I am happy to take them around your neighborhood or to appropriate outdoor areas, depending on your preferences. I tailor each visit to match your dog’s energy level and routine. I offer a range of services including drop-in visits, walks, and house sitting depending on availability. My goal is to provide reliable, thoughtful care while keeping your pet happy, safe, and comfortable in your absence. If you have any questions, special requests, or concerns, I am always happy to communicate and make sure I am the right fit for you and your pet.
“Amanda is the absolute best! We feel so safe having her take care of our dogs, and she loves them like they’re her own. We’ve book her in every time we go away and it’s been perfect every time. Thank you so much!”

About: I have been blessed to have grown up with dogs in my household so being with them is like being with family. For 17years I got to learn common behaviors, body language, and how to do basic training with them. I get along well with all animals, but I love being with dogs the most. I am very reliable and believe communication is key, it's very important in providing the best care as possible. I am available most days but I just need a heads up so I can plan and prepare for your pet. I can give full care to your pets such as feeding, walking, bathing and even some much needed belly scratches. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pet! Mahalo for your consideration. I am a home caregiver and have short hours throughout the week usually 8am-12pm and off for the rest of the day. Weekends are completely open and I can be with your pet. I do not have a yard, but we often get out of the house and go to the park or to a nearby beach to let out some energy. I work 8-12pm and off for the rest of the day. So fitting in a drop in or a walk is perfect! So getting in your pets daily walk while you’re away at work fits perfectly with my schedule. I have pet seat belts when going for car rides to the beach or to a hike to keep them safe while transporting. Keeping all gates and doors closed while in the home will avoid any quick get aways.

About: I’ve mostly cared for dogs but I also really love cats and quieter pet environments. Friends, neighbors and family have trusted me to help take care of their pets while they were away, whether that was feeding, walks, spending time with them or staying overnight. I’m calm, responsible, attentive and I genuinely try to make animals feel safe and comfortable around me. I understand every pet has their own routine and personality and I always try to respect that.
About: I grew up with 4 rescue/special needs dogs (8 total throughout my life). I have also had many dog sitting jobs for family friends and neighbors! I’m well equipped to handle any and all of your needs. I work remote and am also an online student studying biology. This means currently I am fully available for all your doggy care needs! As long as there’s enough advance notice I am usually always able to schedule whatever needs you have! I won’t be able to board or care for your dog at my own house as we already have 2 dogs here! However, I am completely willing to care for your pet in their own home which is an environment they’re already comfortable in!
About: Assistant pet trainer, positive reinforcement methods, responsible and reliable. Very active and love to go on walks, most of all I look for best interests of others. I am very active and love to go one walks so they would join me, I am also an early riser! I have a fenced yard, treats in my house for positive reinforcement! Back up dog pads if trained in doors and a smoke free home environment. Dogs are welcome on the couch for cuddles!
About: i’ve been around pets big and small, from kittens to huskies, I love animals. I am a long term care giver for a Australian shepherd. i work part time, so on the days i’m not working i would love to get out and take a dog for a walk or two. About: Aloha! I’m Lisa, and caring for pets has always been a joyful part of my life. I grew up with a family dog from my teenage years through early adulthood, and I was responsible for feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of love. More recently, I’ve been trusted to pet sit for friends in their homes, making sure their pets felt safe and cared for while their owners were away. What sets me apart is the attention I give to both pets and their people—I’m happy to send photos, video updates, or do video calls so you feel comfortable and connected while you’re away. Because I work from home in Human Resources, I can be with your pet throughout the day, giving them companionship, care, and attention. I pride myself on being loving, reliable, and attentive to details—whether that’s sticking to a routine, noticing changes in behavior, or giving extra cuddles. My goal is for you to return home to a happy, healthy, and well-cared-for pet. Since I work from home full-time, I can easily integrate pet care into my daily routine. I’m home throughout the day, which means I can provide regular walks, play breaks, and plenty of attention between my work tasks. Mornings and evenings are flexible for longer walks, and I’m available on weekends as well. Your pet won’t be left alone for long stretches—I’ll be around to keep them company, stick to their routine, and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make safety, trust, and comfort my top priorities. I follow all instructions carefully—feeding schedules, walks, medications, and play routines—so your pet stays on their normal schedule and feels secure. I’m mindful about keeping your home safe as well, always checking that doors, gates, and leashes are secure. I know that inviting someone into your home is a matter of trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. I respect your space by keeping things tidy, cleaning up after pets, and leaving everything as I found it. While I don’t provide general housekeeping or cleaning services, I do make sure food and water areas are refreshed and that your pet’s space is clean and comfortable. You can also count on me for open communication—I’ll send photos, updates, or video calls if you’d like—so you feel reassured that your pet and home are in caring, reliable hands. Above all, I treat every pet as if they were my own: with love, patience, and attention.

“Paige was great! I had an emergency and needed someone to check on my cat the same day I requested to book! Paige responded right away and was able to check on her! So grateful!”

“Renata was great with taking care of Sprout, Fluffy and Phoebe. This was our second rebook with Renata Renata did a great job trying to get my antisocial cat, Sprout, to eat. Sprout is such a mama’s girl that she has a tendency to stay out and not come inside for food when I’m gone. Renata did her best to tempt her and put her bowl in different eating locations, closer to where she was seeing her hide out. I always know what a good job Renata does because both Phoebe and Fluffy are super chill when I arrive back home and not stressed. Thank you Renata 😊”

About: As a former dog mom of three for over 10 years, I understand just how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family. What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals, my flexibility (I’m available every day of the week!), and my attention to detail. Also I have reliable transportation. I’m here to make sure your pet feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. I am currently taking a break from work (I am a teacher). So I am available any day of the week. I love to go to the beach, run, go on hikes. So if you prefer I can take the dog with me. Me and my boyfriend live in the house on the North Shore. We don’t have a fence in our house. I am available to walk the dog 3 times a day. I love going for a walk and I have plenty of free time.
“Everything about Kelsey Ann is excellent! We booked easily, and she even took Cassi to the park. Cassi had a great play day in a loving home. Kelsey Ann is the best! Thank you!”

“Mary was very kind and took time to acquaint herself with my dog Presley, an 8 year old high(ish) maintenance Shih Tsu. She has two other dogs and a cat that are also very kind and patient with other animals too. The layout for pet sitting is wonderful, with a large covered deck and large yard to explore. Presley was very happy both before and after his visit and I have been very pleased with the entire process. I would recommend Mary highly and I will be using her on a regular basis.”

About: My dogs have always been my best friends. I have had experience with small, medium, and large dogs. I am careful to listen to and respect the routine and rules that you have for your fur baby, no matter how big or small. I’m a big fan of taking them for walks on the beach and shady hikes! I also love a good excuse to drive around looking for a good place for my pup to stretch her legs, or be a good cuddle buddy. I am currently a small business owner in private practice as a healthcare provider. Dog sitting was something I loved doing for many years, but paused to do to care for my senior dog for the last 3 years. After recently losing her, and not being ready for a new love of my own, I’d be honored for the opportunity to care for your pet. I live in Kaaawa but am able to travel anywhere on island to care for your pet(s). Thank you for reading my profile, & I hope to hear from you soon! I work from home doing telehealth, largely from 11-4 M/W/F so I have lots of time and breaks to spend with your pet. I spend most days at home, able to provide exercise and maintain routine feeding throughout the day. I am used to administering meds on a schedule and provide frequent updates to owners (if they’d like!). I am careful to follow the house rules and your pet’s routine. I know it takes a lot of trust for someone to care for your fur baby, and I am a trusted member of the community. I am transparent about my stay in your home and understand it is a privilege to be there and be trusted to care for your animal. I provide lots of play time and cuddles! I always leave homes cleaner than they are left. My reviews are older because of the break I took from Rover to care for my senior pup, but I still value the same service.
“Zoro had a Blast with Lily and her dog Kiko! He was in a great mood when I picked him up and seemed exhausted. Lily sent pictures and was very easy to communicate with. Mahalo!”

About: Hello Pet Parents! My name’s Samantha, currently I am a single mom to an 19 month old boy and also a dog-mama to my Shih tzu named Cheech! I have had dogs my entire life and have been doing Rover for many years now. I take pride in my work and take it seriously, if I was going to have someone watch Cheech I would want to know they are trustworthy, diligent, understanding, and patient. So that is how I am with the pets in my care. I'll do anything to make a pups tail wag!! 🐾💝 I currently am a stay at home mom of one. I have the ability yo keep your pups schedule on track while they are in my care. I only work one a day week away from home ( I come home in my lunch break) and do property management from home on the side. My sister watches my son on the one day that I do go to work, so if your pet stays with me I would always be around or my sister would be at my home to let your pet outside, walk them, and care for their needs. :) I do not normally host more than one families pet/s at once but if I was going to, I would let both owners know before doing so and only with dogs that I had watched before and know that there would not be any issues. I offer pet/house sitting, I need to be able to bring my son with me & if possible I like to bring my shih tzu Cheech with me to boarding jobs. (But I do understand sometimes that isn’t an option. I don’t want any dog or cat feeling like their home is being invaded.) I have a small yard at my home to take dogs out but there isnt much running space if your dog is high energy. Luckily I do have a bike path right near by we can walk to for walks! If I have multiple dogs staying with me I do have the ability to separate them if necessary during eating, sleeping, or when I do run errands.
“You know when Bishop loves his dog sitters when he jumps out of the car and leaves me behind. He loves his Ate Theresa and Uncle Clint. Theresa like many other of the awesome dog angels in the community she has given me a peace of mind while on travel, work or taking care of appointments for my Kupunas. Communication with Theresa has been great and we appreciate some of the last minute changes due to work schedules. Thank you for taking care of our new member to our family.”

“Excellent daycare for my young pups. Greg clearly knows how to manage dogs of all kinds and was easy to trust with my 3m old pups. His dog got along great with them and their yard was a fantastic area to get some exercise. Greg also provided walks in a lush green area of the island. Highly recommend!”

About: I absolutely adore dog and cat sitting! My home is a safe space for your fur babies! I have many years of experience, and I can’t wait to gain even more experience! I absolutely can’t wait to be your next sitter! I currently am unemployed so my days consist of cleaning, watching nature, going on walks, binging shows, and napping! I will always be here for your pet, and love love love going on walks and would love to take your pets with me! I have a fenced in yard and every dog so far LOVES my backyard they run around for so long! I make sure everything’s neat and put up so the animals don’t get into anything, if they need medication I’ll always set timers to remind myself. I can crate them if you guys are crate training or want me to crate them! We have a puppy and he gets along with dogs! We absolutely don’t mind if they sit on the couch or beds!
“Returning customer who is thankful for Christine and her family (when I come late) for watching Bishop during some chaotic times at work with the inconsistent work hours. Bishop comes home always well played with and happy. Thank you Christine and Buttercup :)”

“We are incredibly happy our furbaby was able to attend daycare with Tracey and Mama! They were soul loving and kept the communication lines wide open. We received many photos throughout the day, which we appreciated as we were nervous first time parents, leaving our furbaby with anyone besides immediate family. We’re beyond appreciative with the care and love he was provided and would gladly use Tracey and Mama again! ???”

About: I have plenty of sitting experience ranging from short stays of 3-4 days to long stays for more than 30 days in Europe for friends and family (first time turning my hobby as a job, if you need recommendation don't hesitate to ask me). Dogs, cats, I get along with them all and can handle any necessary household task. To me pets are members of the family. My purpose is to keep things running smoothly while you're away and provide necessary care. I am extremely responsible and resourceful, so I am usually good at quickly fitting into a new place. I'm also a home and flat owner so I understand the responsibilities that come with both and am super tidy and considerate. I'm an international (from Portugal/Switzerland) part time student at KCC, since I have a lot of virtual classes I spend a lot of time staring at my computer screen and greatly appreciate it when I’ve animals about to distract me. I’ve had some house-sitting cats take the role of supervisor very seriously over the years, and my class mates always enjoy the feline interruptions during video meetings. Animals have always inspired me and spending time with them is one of my favorite things. I’m happy to answer any questions you have, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

However, I am completely willing to care for your pet in their own home which is an environment they’re already comfortable in!
About: *Location: Hau'ula, HI* Registered Nurse for 10 years. Competitive athlete for 20 years. Throughout my childhood I grew up with Dobermans, Bichon Frise and Standard Poodles. I have unconditional love for all dogs and all their personality. Some breeds I've watched over the last 6 months include Rhodesian Ridgeback, Pitbull mix, French Bull dogs and Standard Poodle. I've trained dogs to swim and even surf. I am comfortable with post operative care and administration of medication. Pet sitting experience also includes rabbits, cats, exotic birds and small reptiles. Happy to spend time with your pet at any time of the day. Starting next month my goal is to transition to provide full time pet exercise service to the community. I enjoy going to the beach and being outdoors which is something I have found most dogs to enjoy as well. I can do as little or as much exercising as you request and the pup can handle. If they just want to cuddle and cruise I'm well versed in that program as well.

“Angie was exactly what we needed - communicative, straightforward, took great care of our dog and seemed to really enjoy doing this (and our dog seemed to be very happy over there). We will definitely be looking to her for future stays.”

“Kaia absolutely loves Jessica's house especially her favorite play mates! They have a great yard for the dogs to play and were super attentive to all of our dogs needs. They gave her all the love and attention we would give her if we were there. Jessica was also great about sending pictures and updates to keep us in the loop and ease our minds. “Makayla was absolutely wonderful with Huey! From the moment I booked, her communication was exactly what every pet parent hopes for when leaving their dog in someone else’s care. She sent regular updates and photos, asked thoughtful questions whenever she needed clarification, and was proactive about sharing any concerns related to his care. I booked on very short notice and still received top-tier service. It was clear that Makayla genuinely cared about Huey’s comfort, safety, and well-being. Knowing he was in such kind and capable hands gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I trust Makayla completely with my fur babies and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and compassionate pet sitter!”

“KaVina was ABSOLUTELY amazing with my l lil man (Deuce). She kept the pics & videos coming. You could see the joy in my dogs eyes in the pictures & videos, I feel like my guy was truly able to live like he was at home. She took him for walks & played tug of war with him & kept him happy. I would definitely use her services again because she made him feel at home.”

“Angela was a life saver, she agreed to take in my dog Tank for a couple of weeks on short notice. We did a meet and greet and Tank was cool and comfortable at her place. She sent pictures and let me know how he was doing. Taking him on walks and just keeping him busy. So, if you need a sitter, give her a call. (Probably best to get in touch with her sooner than later.) lol Thanks again, Angela.”

“Madara is by far the BEST dog sitter we have ever had!!! She communicated with us well throughout our pups stay and went to great lengths to take and send us high quality photos while our dogs were with them! They came back to us tired from playing and they were obviously well taken care of while under her care, she even took them to the park and washed and brushed them before we came back. 12/10 would highly recommend. Worth every penny!!!”

“Trinity took great care of my dog while I traveled. Communication was excellent, and she asked all the right questions about caring for my dog during our initial meet and greet. She sent photos and provided regular updates during the stay.”

“We had an absolutely amazing experience with Casey. She took wonderful care of our German Shepherds and handled everything with confidence and ease. From daily routines to overall care, everything was managed seamlessly and without a single issue. For the first time, we were able to go on vacation and truly relax, knowing our dogs were in great hands. That peace of mind is priceless, especially with large breeds like German Shepherds. We came home to happy, well cared for dogs and a calm, orderly home. We are incredibly grateful and would be more than happy to have her care for our dogs again. Highly recommended!”

“Krysta and Peter are wonderful people and were so easy to work with! They took the best care of our dog Luna. We will always go back to them for any of our future dog sitting needs in the Kailua area😄 They were so thoughtful, kept us updated with great photos, and reassured us that we had nothing to worry about, given it being our first time using the app. Highly recommend!”
