“Let me first preface with there's not enough good things to say about our experience with Ashley! She deserves more than 5 Stars! Suffice to say, we have found a permanent boarder for our Husky, Hana! Quick, efficient and detailed updates and correspondence with plenty of photos. Our puppy Hana, is a delicate flower, very timid and practically scared of her own shadow when around strangers or in public, but it was in her stars to have someone like Ashley whom gave her the compassionate, loving care she needs. It's obvious the experience was exceptionally good for her, as she has matured so fast in just 2 weeks of boarding. We have to be thankful as well of Ashley's fur-baby Apollo, as having a grown husky to show our pup the ropes has helped her come out of her shell further. Ashley then went a step further with follow up correspondence to ensure Hana had a nice transition back home. We're so thankful, Mahalo nui loa!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life as I grew up with small breeds and now have two of my own huskies. I’ve had four dogs at once before (german shepherds). I have also owned two cats. I’ve trained three of my dogs since they were puppies. I absolutely adore animals and there’s no better experience than loving your fur babies as if they were your children. That is the type of care I can provide for your fur babies. I am teacher so Monday through Friday I get home around 4pm and stay home for the rest of the day. Saturday and Sunday and I am very flexible. Feel free to message me with any questions. I have a fenced patio and two friendly dogs to play with your fur babies. If your pet needs to be crated, that can be accommodated. While I am home, all pets can hang out with me and have free roam of my house. I also live directly across from a park to go on walks and play. The beach is within 5 minutes and I would gladly take them there if requested.

About: Hello Pet Parents! My name’s Samantha, currently I am a single mom to 1 toddler and also a dog-mama to my Shih Tzu pup, Chico! I have had dogs my entire life and have been doing Rover for many years now. I take pride in my work and take it seriously, if I was going to have someone watch Cheech I would want to know they are trustworthy, diligent, understanding, and patient. So that is how I am with the pets in my care. I'll do anything to make a pups tail wag!! 🐾💝 I currently am a stay at home mom of one. I have the ability yo keep your pups schedule on track while they are in my care. I only work one a day week away from home ( I come home in my lunch break) and do property management from home as well. My sister watches my son on the one day that I do go to work, so if your pet stays with me I would always be around or my sister would be at my home to let your pet outside, walk them, and care for their needs. :) I do not normally host more than one families pet/s at once but if I was going to, I would let both owners know before doing so and only with dogs that I had watched before and know that there would not be any issues. I offer pet/house sitting, I need to be able to bring my son with me & if possible I like to bring my shih tzu Chico with me to boarding jobs. (But I do understand sometimes that isn’t an option. I don’t want any dog or cat feeling like their home is being invaded.) I have a small yard at my home to take dogs out but there isnt much running space if your dog is high energy. Luckily I do have a bike path right near by we can walk to for walks! If I have multiple dogs staying with me I do have the ability to separate them if necessary during eating, sleeping, or when I do run errands.

About: I’ve been the primary caretaker for my dog for the past 7 years, handling everything from daily walks and feedings to baths and medication. I walk him at least four times a day and try to get in a longer mile-ish walk a few times a week so he can explore at his own pace. I’ve also cared for several friends’ dogs for multi-day stays ranging from a couple of days to over a week. Between that and growing up around pets, I’m very comfortable reading a dog’s personality and routine. My wife has lived with dogs her whole life as well, so our home is very dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the couch and our own dog sleeps in bed with us. I’ve also done a fair bit of basic training with him. I taught him “wait” (stay), helped him get comfortable with paw cleaning after walks, and even set up a little “dog nest” on the bed that he now uses as his sleeping spot. I’m attentive to routines, meds, and the little details that make pets feel comfortable. I work from home, so pet care fits very naturally into my day. I’m around most of the time and able to give dogs attention, bathroom breaks, and supervision throughout the day. Our normal routine is a morning outing, one in the afternoon, another around 5–6pm, and a final one around 9pm before bed. If a dog needs to go out sooner or starts pawing at the door, I’m always happy to take them out. I try to fit in longer walks when the weather and work schedule allow, usually in the evenings. Because I’m home during the day, pets aren’t left alone for long stretches and get plenty of interaction. I work from home and have a wrap-around fenced yard, so dogs have plenty of safe space to wander and get fresh air. I keep a close eye on them when they’re outside and follow their normal routines as closely as possible. Inside, dogs are welcome to relax and make themselves comfortable. Our home is very dog friendly, and we’re used to having pets around. If a dog needs to be crated for sleeping or while we step out briefly, we do have a crate available. About: I been taken care of dogs for a long time over 10 years but my dog had passed away 2 years ago dearly so I am happy to help walk, feed and be there friend I currently have a flexible schedule while I’m looking for employment, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for a pet. I’ve always had a strong love for animals, especially dogs, and I understand how important it is for them to feel safe, loved, and cared for when their owners are away. Pet care would fit naturally into my daily routine because I enjoy being active, spending time outdoors, and giving animals attention and companionship. I’m dependable, patient, and caring, and I would treat your pet as if they were my own. I’d also be happy to provide walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of love while earning some extra income. I live in an apartment in ʻAiea, but I’m happy to travel to your area and provide care in your home. I care for pets with patience, love, and attention to their individual needs and routines. I can follow their normal schedule for feeding, walks, bathroom breaks, playtime, and rest, while keeping them safe and comfortable. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I take the time to get to know them and make them feel comfortable. I’m dependable, caring, and attentive, and I’ll treat your pet like they are my own. I’m also happy to keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life and they are truly my passion. I care for their health and needs, possibly more than my own, and I will put in the same care and care into your fur babies! Connecting with each animal and earning their trust is my protocol first and foremost. I have a lot of experience caring for a wide range of pets, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors, and can provide personalized care while carefully following any instructions given. If you book with me I promise to earn you and your precious fur baby's trust! My schedule is very flexible as I work part-time remotely at the moment and I am also available on the weekends for any Rover bookings. At this time I do not offer pet sitting in my home but when in my client's home, my priority is providing a calm and safe space for the pets. I will follow all instructions given as well as any specific care instructions for those with special needs. My goal is to mimic the pet's normal routine as much as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I focus on building trust by respecting each pet’s comfort level and offering gentle, positive interactions while staying attentive to their needs. I also take safety seriously by securing doors and gates and closely supervising outdoor activities. My goal is to ensure every pet feels comfortable, secure, and well cared for just as they would at home with you!

“Let me first preface with there's not enough good things to say about our experience with Ashley! She deserves more than 5 Stars! Suffice to say, we have found a permanent boarder for our Husky, Hana! Quick, efficient and detailed updates and correspondence with plenty of photos. Our puppy Hana, is a delicate flower, very timid and practically scared of her own shadow when around strangers or in public, but it was in her stars to have someone like Ashley whom gave her the compassionate, loving care she needs. It's obvious the experience was exceptionally good for her, as she has matured so fast in just 2 weeks of boarding. We have to be thankful as well of Ashley's fur-baby Apollo, as having a grown husky to show our pup the ropes has helped her come out of her shell further. Ashley then went a step further with follow up correspondence to ensure Hana had a nice transition back home. We're so thankful, Mahalo nui loa!”
