About: Caring for animals has always been a part of my life. Ever since I was a child, I was the one rescuing stray animals, caring for birds or kittens bring them back to health. Growing up I had cats, parrots. I had a French Bulldog who was my heart for many years. After he passed, I decided not to get one again, but I still miss the connection and joy animals bring. Since then, I’ve been caring for pets of friends and family. My friend has three cute Pomeranians and when she is away I walk them, feed them couple times a day and give older one necessary medication. About: A retired marine biologist. I have had dogs my entire life. Raised puppies and watched them grow old. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. Retired. I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. Same goes for finicky or difficult medical application. I have no kids on property.
