“Kelly is so good with Lilo. Her family love on my dog and let my dog love on them so much. I was on vacation but was wondering if had in fact sent my dog on an all inclusive vacation. I appreciate the photo check ins. This was my second time trusting Kelly with Lilo and I would 100% book with her again and again.”

“Tracy and her family were so kind and attentive with our very senior, blind, special needs boy. Her attention to detail with his schedule and patience with him was so appreciated. We were able to go on a week long vacation and know he was getting the snuggles and attention he is used to at home. I cannot ever thank her enough for taking such great care of sweet boy. Her dog Geordie is such a sweetheart as well. Highly recommend. Thanks again Tracy!”
“Tanisha is amazing, and she took great care of our puppy while we were out of town! She’s very loving and passionate about animals. It was a seamless experience and we’ll definitely book with her again!”

“Brittany made Braxton and I feel welcome. I was a little nervous about leaving my big boy with a stranger. However, she sent me pictures of his activities which help satisfy my anxiety. This was also the first time he had a playmate. She let me know how both our pets were having a great time playing together. That was a positive for Braxton. She had him and his belongings ready for pick up on his last day. He was excited to see me was as I him. Thank you Brittany for reassuring me and taking good care of Braxton. I definitely would use her again.”

“Claire and her family welcomed Bo and treated him as their own! I was apprehensive leaving him with a new sitter, but I was immediately comforted with lots of photos and updates of how Bo was doing. He loved their wooded fenced in back yard for exploring, sitting on their deck and being held when asked! This family is worth the extra drive for me knowing how well Bo was treated while a guest at their home.”

“Vaneesha is a must book! She took care of our babies for a last minute trip and sooooo put our minds at ease! This was also our longest trip apart from our newest kitty and she made sure we were kept in the loop the entire time. 10/10!!!”

“Jasen is absolutely fantastic! He came by every single day, rain or shine, to feed our two TNR cats. He made sure their setup was secure, kept their water fresh, and even covered their food when it was raining to keep it protected. He was extremely reliable and communicated with us consistently, giving us peace of mind while we were away. We’re so grateful for the care he provided and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate pet sitter!”

“Amanda did a great job with both our babies. We really appreciated her coming by for the initial meet and greet so they would be receptive to her after we left, it made all the difference. She will most certainly be our choice for future stays, we were lucky to have found her. Thank you Amanda for being such a wonderful option in our babies lives.”

“Lanae did a great job taking care of my kitties. They all took to her right away. Even Meow Meow came out from hiding when she was there. He probably won't let her pet him for a while but just coming out is a big deal for him so that tells me he wasn't afraid of her. I loved getting pictures from her.”

About: I’ve been caring for cats for over 10 years, from playful kittens to senior cats, and I understand that every cat has their own personality, routine, and way of showing what they need. I’m experienced with oral, topical, and subcutaneous medications and am comfortable following detailed care instructions to keep your cat’s routine as consistent and stress-free as possible while you’re away. I’m attentive to each cat’s individual needs and will match their energy and personality—whether that means lots of cuddles and companionship, interactive playtime, or giving an independent cat some quiet space while still making sure they receive plenty of attention and care. My goal is for your cat to feel comfortable and cared for in their own home while giving you peace of mind that they’re in experienced, attentive hands.
About: I’ve taken care of multiple types of dogs and cats for 30 plus years, as well as having my own. I will give your baby the same care I give mine. I have recently retired and can spend the day caring for and entertaining your fur baby. I am available all day, seven days a week. I will be happy to host your baby in my home and treat them like family. I have a fenced in yard and have one small dog to help keep your baby company. I only watch one family at a time (maximum of two pets) to give your pet the attention it needs.
“Heather did such a great job with our kitten! We had to book a last minute drop in visit and Heather went above and beyond! She made sure our kitten was fed, had a clean litter box, got playtime, and some cuddles. She even tried to fix our front porch planters that had been knock over by the storms! We will definitely be booking again!”

“Brianna is the kitty whisperer! One of my cats is super shy and doesn’t always come out when sitters come but she came out on Brianna’s first day! Brianna was super communicative, asked a lot of great questions to ensure she handled my babies needs with care and took the best pics of them both. We will definitely use Brianna for our future needs❤️❤️”

“What can I say about Chelsey? I don’t think I can properly describe how phenomenal she is. This was my very first time utilizing Rover. Chelsey exceeded my expectations. It’s almost as if Charlie(my cat) and Chelsey are a match made in heaven. Chelsey has taken wonderful care of my Charlie. They’ve developed a bond in such a short period of time. Chelsey is very sweet and informative. It gave me an overwhelming peace knowing my Charlie was happy and comfortable.”

“I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention my cats received. Julie was punctual, reliable, and most importantly, my cats absolutely loved her! She spent a lot of time playing with them, cuddling them, and making sure they had everything they needed, and I could tell that they were happy and well taken care of while I was gone.”

“Rachel is the absolute best! We have used her 3 times so far and every single time she is so thorough and respectful and perfect!!! We were blown away by how much she goes above and beyond. About: 🐾 Pet Care Experience Hi! My name is Ashlee, and I’ve been a pet lover my entire life. I’ve been providing care for other people’s pets for several years and have been a Rover sitter since 2023. I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, personalities, and needs, including puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with special needs. I am also comfortable administering oral and injected medications when needed. I understand that every dog is different, so I take the time to learn about each pet’s routine, personality, preferences, and individual needs. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, comfortable environment where your dog receives plenty of attention and feels at home. One thing that makes my care different is that I provide a small, personalized experience. I accept a maximum of two client dogs at a time, which allows me to give each dog plenty of individual attention and care. I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. I am available most weeks 7 days a week and I am open to accommodating emergencies as well. I live in a townhouse/condo with a front and back yard. There are sidewalks where we can go for a walk and a doggy park near by. I ensure water is accessible at all times- if pet is a free eater- food will be accessible as well. I ensure the baby gates are up and leashes are readily in site for potty breaks. I do not mind providing baths as well if your fur baby has a little too much fun outside.

About: Hi! I'm a stay-at-home mom with a house full of love (and fur). We share our home with two pups, a cat (& a toddler), so I'm comfortable with several animals in my home at once 😄. With managing a busy home juggling everyone's routines (pups, cat, kiddo, and daddy's night shift all included), I've gotten pretty good at patience, consistency, and keeping balance between different temperaments. I have a pup with allergies — special diet, skin care, allergy meds — so if your pup has specific needs (like that or otherwise), no worries here. Your pup will get regular walks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles (if they want) while they are here for their Pup Sleepover or Playdate. I'm home most days, flexible, and happy to send photo updates so you can see your pup is happy and well cared for. I am a SAHM so my schedule is relatively flexible. Im available most days (including weekends) and some holidays. Kiddo's naptime is 1pm-3pm but can be shifted for pickups/drop-offs if necessary. I prefer pickups/ drop-offs to between 8am and 7pm so they don't interfere with the kiddo's nighttime schedule. I live on two acres on a dead end street (not currently fenced in but looking to remedy this soon). so there is plenty of space to roam and walk or play well away from the street. I also live close to a dog park that I frequent and would be more than willing to take your pup there for some fenced in running around :) I have 2 very dog friendly fur babies of my own so your pup(s) would always have another doggo to pal around with. But if socialization is hard for your pup I can accommodate that as well.
About: Dogs have been part of my life since I was 10 years old. I had the privilege of caring for two wonderful dogs from the time they were puppies until they reached 16 and 17 years old, which gave me firsthand experience with every stage of a dog’s life—from playful puppy years to the extra patience and attention senior dogs need. Over the years, I’ve also cared for friends’ dogs during weekends and trips, but my greatest experience comes from being a full-time dog mom to my adult Shih Tzu, Bibi. Bibi thrives on routine, so his meals, medications, walks, and daily schedule are always a priority in our home. Bibi has taught us how important it is to make a dog feel like a true member of the family. Bibi comes almost everywhere with us and is rarely left alone, so I understand how much comfort, companionship, consistency, and affection can mean to a dog. When caring for your pup, I’ll treat them with the same patience, attention, and love I give my own. Whether they need a structured routine, medication, extra attention, senior care, or simply lots of company and affection, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and at home. 🐾 Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. As a full-time dog mom to my Shih Tzu, Bibi, my days are built around his feeding schedule, medications, walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. He loves being around people and is included in most of our daily activities, so caring for a dog never feels like an added task—it’s simply part of our lifestyle. Because I’m already used to maintaining a consistent routine, I’m happy to adapt my schedule to your dog’s individual needs, whether that means specific meal times, walks, medications, potty breaks, or extra attention and cuddles. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family and receive plenty of love, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I make it a priority to follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, medications, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and rest. I also have multiple dog parks within walking distance of my home, which makes it easy to provide frequent potty breaks, outdoor time, walks, and playtime depending on each dog’s needs and energy level. My Shih Tzu, Bibi, is a big part of our family and has taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and making dogs feel included and comfortable. My goal is for every dog staying with me to feel safe, cared for, and truly at home while their family is away.
“Calm in the midst of what felt like canine chaos. LeKesha has the patience of Job; calm and easy going. LeKesha hosts multiple Rover guests and projects a calm and anxiety free environment. LeKesha introduces dogs new to each other in a slow and controlled way, after everyone is calm. I was anxious, but LeKesha remained calm and confident that all the pups would be fine. Her confidence helped diminish my anxiety about leaving my pup in a new environment. My pup had a great time meeting new pups, new people and exploring the yard. After her first night, after daycare, she conked right out that evening.”

“I had such a wonderful experience with Tito’s sitter! 🐾❤️ She took amazing care of my little guy and was very detailed with her communication, which I truly appreciated. She kept me updated throughout his stay and made me feel comfortable knowing Tito was happy, safe, and being well cared for. He came home happy and playful! 🥰 I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and communicative sitter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐶💕”

“Oh my goodness, Genesis was amazing!! My 50 lb dog has so much energy and she was able to physically exercise her and then even did mental games with her afterwards. She sent me pictures throughout the day and Lucy looked exhausted and happy. Will definitely refer her to my friends!”

About: With 10+ years of experience caring for dogs and cats in their homes, I understand how important it is for your pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. I have experience caring for everything from young puppies to senior dogs, including multiple dogs in one household and high-energy dogs who need plenty of exercise and attention. I’m comfortable following individualized routines, including special diets and oral or topical medications/treatments. I’m also happy to learn and follow your pet’s specific care instructions to make sure their routine stays as consistent as possible while you’re away. For active dogs, I’m more than happy to match their energy—I’m willing to go on whatever length of walk is appropriate for their needs rather than treating exercise as a one-size-fits-all service. Whether your dog needs a long walk and lots of playtime or prefers a quiet, relaxed day at home, I’ll tailor their care to them. I know that house sitting is about more than just caring for your pets. I’ll treat your home with the same respect and care I would want someone to show my own, and I’ll make sure your pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, and affection while you’re away. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available most days for pet care, including daytime visits, walks, and overnight house sitting. I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pets and can accommodate their individual routines and needs. My availability will become more limited when I begin my full-time position later this year, but I will keep my Rover calendar up to date and only accept bookings I can give my full attention to. When caring for your pets in your home, I treat both your pets and your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I follow your instructions and your pets’ normal routines closely, including feeding, medications, exercise, and other special care needs. I’m attentive to safety and will make sure your pets are secure and comfortable throughout my stay or visit. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: Hi!! 🐶💕 I’m a lifelong dog owner and I’ve always loved being around animals. I’m currently a college student and I also play basketball, so my schedule can get pretty busy, but I always make sure to set aside time for the pups I’m caring for! I’ve had experience with dogs of all ages, from crazy playful puppies to sweet senior dogs who like to take things a little slower. I know every dog is different, so I’m happy to work with their personality, energy level, and routine. Whether your dog needs a walk, some playtime, company while you’re away, or just some extra love, I’m always happy to help! 🐕💗 I’m active, responsible, patient, and honestly just love hanging out with dogs. Pet care fits easily into my lifestyle. I play basketball regularly and have scheduled workouts or weight training during certain parts of the day, but once that’s done, my schedule is wide open. I use that free time to focus on what I enjoy most — spending time with animals. Whether it’s walking, feeding, or just hanging out with your dog, I’m flexible and reliable. Caring for pets blends perfectly into my routine, and I have plenty of time and energy to give them the attention they deserve. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I have a large front yard for supervised play and a long walking trail in my neighborhood that’s perfect for daily exercise. About: Hi, my name is Bryana Hardy. I'm 22 years old. I've been around dogs since I was born and have I've gotten almost every dog I put my eye on. I've always had a passion for dogs, which I balance alongside my career as a hairstylist. In 2022, I played basketball at UCF, and in 2023 I worked over night at an overnight puppy boarding facility in Roswell called "puppy haven", where I cared for and played with dogs daily. Now, I'm excited to offer part-time pet sitting, so I could still be able to enjoy what I love which is meeting new dogs and do hair on a more flexible schedule... alongside my work I am a pet owner myself I have 5 dogs , including my 2 goldendoodles Jax and Skylar which I love more than anything in the world so I understand a lot about dogs and I would love to be able to give you a great experience. I'm currently working for myself as a hairstylist, so I'm very flexible and could make any schedule work. As long as you book at least a couple of days in advance your fine and I'm very flexible and reasonable. For the most part my dogs sleep with me they are very well trained and some nights they sleep in there crates. I have a fenced in backyard with no holes for them to get out although I do still watch them and my 2 fur babies who would love to play with them. I do not mind facetiming at all so you don't miss a beat. I also have over 5 crates in every size to put your dog if you would feel more comfortable that way.

About: Ive worked with many dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Im committed to provide each pet with the care and attention they need while their owners are away. Im a work from home mom who is detailed and family oriented with a genuine love for animals. I am reliable, patient, and attentive to routines, including feeding and medication schedules, exercise and other special care needs. I take pride in maintaining a clean and organized space to ensure each dog receives personalized attention, and affection. While under my supervision each owner is free to reach out any time they are missing there babies.
About: Each and every pet is unique in their own way and I feel it’s extremely important to cater to them accordingly based on their needs! Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work full-time five days a week, so I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet care after work, as well as more flexible scheduling on my two days off. I love spending my free time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely look forward to. I’ll always communicate clearly, arrive on time, and make sure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. I have a fenced area attached to my back porch that allows ample space for my pups to run outside. Inside i have a large play pen with toys, beds, and everything their little hearts can desire! This creates a space for them to be comfortable and safe while I am at work during the day.
About: With 10+ years caring for dogs, including a Shih Tzu and a French Bulldog, plus experience with various pets, I offer exceptional pet care and bond effortlessly with animals. "I am currently on summer break from May to August and have a surplus of free time to dedicate to caring for your beloved fur babies." I prioritize pet well-being by maintaining routines, including feeding 2-3 times daily, regular outdoor activities, and play, utilizing my fenced backyard, ensuring their comfort and happiness.
About: 🐾 Loving & Flexible Pet Care 🐾 Hi! I’m Rachel, and caring for animals has been a part of my life for over 25 years. I have 53 reviews and a 5-star rating on Rover, along with years of additional hands-on experience through pet sitting, animal rescue, fostering, and volunteering in a veterinary setting. If you read through my previous reviews, you’ll notice many clients mention the same things: frequent pictures and updates, great communication, how comfortable their pets became with me, and the peace of mind they had while they were away. I’ve cared for everything from one pet needing lots of individual attention to a household of five fur babies for an entire week. Several clients have even said their pets missed me after they came home, which may be one of my favorite compliments! ❤️ 🐶 Individualized Care You may notice that my Rover availability allows me to care for multiple pets at a time. However, that does NOT mean I automatically accept multiple unrelated pets together. Before accepting a booking, I talk with each owner about their pet’s personality, routine, behavior, and individual needs. If your dog needs to be the only animal in my home, please let me know. As long as I don’t already have another booking that conflicts with that need, I’m happy to accommodate an individual stay. The same applies to pets who need separation from other animals, a quieter environment, their own space, or additional management. My years of rescue and fostering have taught me that not every dog needs or wants to socialize with other animals, and that’s completely okay. Good pet care is about creating the environment where your particular pet feels safe and comfortable. Through fostering and rescue, I’ve accumulated supplies such as dog gates and other equipment that allow me to safely create separate areas when necessary. Because I own my home, I also have the flexibility to designate a room or area specifically for your pet. I have cameras available to monitor pets when appropriate as well. Tell me what your pet needs. I’ll always be honest about whether I can accommodate it safely and comfortably. 🏡 Boarding in My Home I own my home in Griffin and have a large, fully fenced yard, giving dogs plenty of room for potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and fresh air. I enjoy providing enrichment based on each dog’s personality and energy level. This can include: • Treat puzzles and enrichment toys • Interactive games • Outdoor playtime • Walks and sniffing activities • One-on-one attention • Plenty of cuddles and quiet time Some dogs want to play and stay busy. Others would much rather curl up beside someone and relax. I’m happy with both! My goal isn’t to completely change your pet’s routine just because you’re traveling. I want to learn what they normally do at home and make their stay as familiar, comfortable, and enjoyable as possible. I’m currently taking a break from fostering so I have more flexibility for my Rover clients, and I do not currently have pets of my own living in my home. 🏠 House Sitting When I provide house sitting, I take the responsibility for your home just as seriously as I take the responsibility for your pets. Previous Rover clients have specifically mentioned returning from vacation to a clean home and appreciated that I kept them informed about both their pets and their house while they were away. I also have professional house-cleaning experience, so I make it a priority to leave your home the same as, or better than, I found it. While you’re away, I’m happy to: • Bring in mail and packages • Take your garbage can to the street on trash day and bring it back • Follow your household instructions • Keep an eye on your home and property • Notify you if I notice anything unusual • Keep things clean and organized I’ve also experienced firsthand why having an attentive person staying in your home can matter. During one previous house-sitting stay, a tree limb unexpectedly fell onto the house. Thankfully, there wasn’t significant damage, but I immediately notified the homeowner, checked the home for damage, and made sure everything was secure. If I notice something concerning or unusual while you’re away, you’ll hear from me. My goal is for your household to continue running as smoothly as possible so you can enjoy your trip without worrying about what’s happening back home. 📸 Communication & Updates One of the most consistent compliments throughout my Rover reviews is communication. You’ll receive pictures and updates while you’re away because I know how reassuring it is to actually see that your pet is happy and doing well. I’ve sent daily pictures and videos to owners traveling in another country, reassured people leaving their dog for the first time, cared for pets who became stressed while their owners were away, and kept owners informed throughout their trips. You shouldn’t have to spend your vacation wondering, “Are they okay?” I want you to be able to look at your phone, see that sweet face, know everything is okay, and get back to enjoying your time away. 🐕 Rescue, Foster & Veterinary Experience In addition to my years of pet sitting, I’ve spent significant time involved in animal rescue and fostering. I’ve cared for dogs and cats with many different personalities, backgrounds, energy levels, and needs. I’ve also volunteered in a veterinary setting, gaining hands-on experience with animal handling, restraint, vaccines, and spay/neuter care. That experience has given me a particular appreciation for animals who may need patience, structure, decompression, separation, or a little extra understanding. 🔒 Safety, Trust & Environment Your pet’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being are always a priority. My home provides a clean, pet-friendly environment with a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time. Dogs are supervised during outdoor breaks and are not left outside unattended. Inside, I can use gates and separate areas when needed based on each pet’s personality, energy level, and comfort with other animals. I carefully manage introductions between pets and only allow interaction when it’s safe and appropriate for everyone involved. If your pet prefers to be alone, needs separation, or is more comfortable in a quiet space, please tell me. I also pay attention to changes in behavior, appetite, energy level, bathroom habits, and overall well-being throughout a stay. If something seems out of the ordinary, I’ll communicate with you. 🕐 My Work Schedule & Midday Potty Breaks I currently work outside of Rover in Griffin, but my schedule is very predictable. My shifts are either: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM I’m normally off Thursdays and Sundays. An important thing for pet parents to know is that I consistently leave work at my scheduled time. My current job doesn’t typically require me to stay late, which allows me to reliably plan your pet’s care around my schedule. For pets boarding in my home, I provide potty breaks, feeding, and attention before leaving for work and again as soon as I return. If your dog needs a midday potty break, I also have a lunch break and can come home to let them outside before returning to work. I may be able to provide the same midday break when I’m house sitting in your home, depending on your location. I live and work in Griffin and generally house sit within approximately a 15-mile radius of my workplace. If you live close enough for me to get to your home, care for your pet, and return to work during my lunch break, I’m happy to arrange that. If your pet can’t comfortably go the length of my workday without a potty break, please don’t automatically assume I can’t care for them. Tell me what they need first! Between my lunch break, days off, your location, and other arrangements, we may be able to create a schedule that works perfectly. 🚐 Transportation, Vet & Grooming Appointments I also own a rescue van that I purchased for transporting animals, so I’m completely comfortable having dogs ride with me. This gives me additional flexibility when caring for your pet, especially during longer stays. With your permission and when appropriate, I may be able to help with: • Vet appointments • Grooming appointments • Approved outings • Trips to a dog park if that is something your dog already enjoys and you specifically request it • Other transportation needs we discuss in advance If your pet has a veterinary or grooming appointment that can be scheduled on one of my days off, I’m happy to discuss taking them to and from the appointment while you’re away. I will never take your pet somewhere without your knowledge and permission. Safety in the vehicle is important to me. I have dog seat belt attachments that connect to a properly fitted harness, and I also have several different sizes of crates that can be secured in my van when crated transportation is the safer or more comfortable option. Please tell me how your dog normally rides in a vehicle, whether they’re comfortable in a crate, and whether they have any car anxiety or motion sickness. We can decide together what is safest and most comfortable for them. 🤝 Meet & Greets Whenever possible, I prefer doing a meet & greet before the first booking. For house sitting or drop-in care, I’m happy to come to your home so I can meet you and your pet where they’re most comfortable. You can show me their normal routine, feeding and potty schedule, medications or special instructions, where everything is located, and all those little things about your pet that are important for me to know. It also gives your pet an opportunity to meet me while you’re still there. For boarding in my home, you’re welcome to bring your dog to my house for a meet & greet before the stay. You can see where they’ll be staying, check out the fenced yard, ask questions, discuss any special accommodations, and make sure you’re comfortable with the environment before booking. A meet & greet isn’t just for me to determine whether we’re a good fit. It’s for you to decide too. I want you to feel completely comfortable with the person you’re trusting with your pet and, in many cases, your home. 📅 Flexible & Last-Minute Plans I understand that not everyone plans a trip months in advance! Some clients are spontaneous, and sometimes people contact me when they only have a general idea of when they may be traveling. That’s completely fine. Send me the dates you’re considering and tell me what you’re thinking. I’ll check my Rover bookings and work schedule and let you know what I can accommodate. My previous Rover clients have specifically mentioned my responsiveness and willingness to help with last-minute situations, so please don’t hesitate to ask. ❤️ Most Importantly Every animal is different. Some need exercise. Some need structure. Some need extra reassurance. Some need enrichment. Some need their own space. Some need separation from other animals. And some really just want someone to sit down so they can curl up beside them. Tell me about your pet. I’ll take the time to learn their routine, personality, likes and dislikes, feeding schedule, favorite activities, quirks, and what makes them feel secure. My goal is for you to leave knowing your pet isn’t simply being “watched.” They’re being cared for by someone who genuinely pays attention to them. After years of Rover clients trusting me with their pets and homes, and 53 reviews while maintaining a 5-star rating, I still take that responsibility just as seriously. I want your pets to be happy, your home to be cared for, and you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing everything back home is in experienced, attentive, and loving hands. ❤️🐾 MY WORK SCHEDULE AND POTTY BREAKS I currently work outside of Rover in Griffin, but my work schedule is very predictable. An important thing for pet parents to know is that I consistently leave work at my scheduled time. I live and work in Griffin and generally house sit within approximately a 15-mile radius of my workplace. If your home is close enough for me to get there, care for your pet, and return to work during my lunch break, I’m happy to arrange that. If your pet cannot comfortably go the length of my workday without a potty break, please don’t automatically assume I can’t care for them. Tell me what they need first. Between my lunch break, days off, your location, and other arrangements, we may be able to create a schedule that works very well for your pet. SAFETY, TRUST & ENVIRONMENT Your pet’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being are always my top priority. I provide a calm, structured, and secure environment where pets can relax, feel safe, and settle in comfortably while you’re away. In my home, I maintain a clean, pet-friendly space with a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time. Dogs are always supervised during outdoor breaks, and I never leave pets unattended outside. Inside the home, I use gates and separate areas when needed to ensure each pet has a safe, appropriate space based on their personality, energy level, and comfort with other animals. I carefully manage all introductions between pets and only allow interaction when it is safe and appropriate for everyone involved. If a pet prefers to be alone, needs separation, or is more comfortable in a quiet, low-traffic space, I can easily accommodate that. My goal is always to reduce stress and create a predictable, peaceful environment that builds trust. I closely monitor behavior, appetite, energy levels, and overall well-being throughout each stay. Because of my background in rescue, fostering, and veterinary settings, I am experienced in recognizing early signs of stress, discomfort, or illness, and I will always communicate with you right away if anything seems out of the ordinary. I also maintain a clean and hygienic environment by regularly sanitizing pet areas, keeping fresh water available, and ensuring bedding and shared spaces are comfortable and well cared for. Safety is built into every part of my routine, including secure leash handling during walks, careful door management to prevent escapes, and constant awareness during all transitions in and out of the home. In addition, I have experience caring for pets with a wide range of needs, including those who require extra patience, structure, or a low-stimulation environment. I adjust my care style to match what helps your pet feel most secure and supported. If your pet has any specific safety needs, triggers, routines, or comfort preferences, I encourage you to share them with me. I will always do my best to create an environment that supports their well-being and gives you complete peace of mind while you’re away.

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I started helping my mom at a humane society when I was around 13, where we fostered kittens until they were ready to be adopted. That’s where I really learned patience and how to care for animals with different needs and personalities. I’ve grown up with pets my whole life-dogs, cats, and reptiles, so I’m very comfortable with everyday care like feeding, routines, and paying attention to behavior. I also currently work in animal care and as a photographer at Wag Atl (Doggy daycare. It’s given me a lot of hands-on experience and made me really confident handling our fluffy friends. I know every pet is different, so I try to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. I'm very passionate about animals, I just love dogs and take their care very seriously so I would love to sit with your pets! I currently do work full time with a doggy daycare; my off days are Tuesday/Wednesday. But I am available every day of the week, as long as you are comfortable with an 8-hour workday in between care. I can stay with your fluffy friends through the night, no problem! And of course provide walks/potty breaks/playtime! When caring for my your pets I keep it similar to how i treat my own animals unless called for otherwise. I regularly take them out on walks and potty breaks, play time is a must and I like to keep a strict eye on the pet to make sure they're safe and sound at all times. I will always keep in contact with you and give regular updates in pictures of how your pet is doing.

“needed a dog sitter at the last minute for vacation and left my dog Gigi. It was my first time leaving her and she had the best time and was so well taken care of ! she had just gotten spayed the day before so I was a little nervous but it worked out great ! So much better than going to a boarding facility. HIGHLY recommend :)”

“Shanique was so kind and nice. I told her how nervous I was leaving my dog due to a previous terrible experience using Rover, she reassure me multiple time that my dog was in good hands. While away it was my doggy’s bday and she made sure to celebrate it making him feel special and celebrated with his new doggy friends. She was always updating me with pictures. I highly recommend and I will definitely be booking with her again. My dog was so happy before, during and after. Showing that he was well taken care of”

“A key test of a sitter is how a dog responds to the second visit. Luna sat patiently at Krystene's front door while I walked back to get her things for the visit...once the door was open, Luna trotted in, found her spot and laid down. That's a dog approved sitter.”

“Andrew and Tenyia were amazing to work with. Quick to respond, sent plenty of pictures and videos of Bailey having a blast with their two dogs, and when my flight was delayed they were very accommodating on me arriving late. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to care for their pet.”
