About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. I currently have a volunteer position with the same organization as a microchip coordinator. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own. Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Please understand that while we have experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs, we are currently unable to book dogs that are experiencing incontinence (even with diapers) and night time pacing/spatial disorientation/sleeplessness that comes with senility. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have to be in the office two days a week, and my only option would be to leave my dog Hazel in her crate for upwards of 8 hours on those days, so having Donne come over and take Hazel for a walk, has taken that stress away. She lets herself in, takes my dog for a walk, give's her some water and a treat, and then puts her back in the crate. She locks the door on the way out. About: I have owned dogs for most of my life. My experience ranges from small/mini dog breeds to large labradors. I love all types of dogs! I have house sat for multi dog houses and love to take dogs on walks. I work from home, so I thankfully have some flexibility. I am available M-F anytime between 12 and 2. “Anita responded almost immediately when I requested the booking. She communicated clearly and quickly. She accommodated for my dogs needing their own space because she has dogs of her own.
