“Our fur baby, Dutchess, will be two years old in December. Dutchess is very attached to us and rarely interacts with anyone outside of our home. We seldom travel without her because the two times we did go away, we boarded her and she got very sick. We finally decided to give it another try and explored sitters on Rover. Being new, we weren't quite sure what to expect. We met with Aimee and she instantly made us feel comfortable and secure. Her home is clean and she provides a safe, warm and loving environment. We were gone about 12 days and since my entire family was with me I couldn’t even leave an emergency contact like I normally do. This only added to my stress. About: Hi! I'm a stay-at-home mom with a house full of love (and fur). We share our home with two pups, a cat (& a toddler), so I'm comfortable with several animals in my home at once 😄. With managing a busy home juggling everyone's routines (pups, cat, kiddo, and daddy's night shift all included), I've gotten pretty good at patience, consistency, and keeping balance between different temperaments. I have a pup with allergies — special diet, skin care, allergy meds — so if your pup has specific needs (like that or otherwise), no worries here. Your pup will get regular walks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles (if they want) while they are here for their Pup Sleepover or Playdate. I'm home most days, flexible, and happy to send photo updates so you can see your pup is happy and well cared for. I am a SAHM so my schedule is relatively flexible. Im available most days (including weekends) and some holidays. Kiddo's naptime is 1pm-3pm but can be shifted for pickups/drop-offs if necessary. I prefer pickups/ drop-offs to between 8am and 7pm so they don't interfere with the kiddo's nighttime schedule. I live on two acres on a dead end street (not currently fenced in but looking to remedy this soon). so there is plenty of space to roam and walk or play well away from the street. I also live close to a dog park that I frequent and would be more than willing to take your pup there for some fenced in running around :) I have 2 very dog friendly fur babies of my own so your pup(s) would always have another doggo to pal around with. But if socialization is hard for your pup I can accommodate that as well.
About: After spending my childhood years helping take care of dogs of many breeds and sizes, I naturally became a dog lover! About: Hello! I was proud owner of an adorable greyhound named Dixie who was a retired racer. I also just had to put down our 11 year old Golden Retriever Lab mix dog. We used to go for walks and play in our backyard. Sine greyhound have horrible teeth we had brush her teeth. We also had to occasionally give both our dogs medication orally. Before Dixie and Lucy came into my life I grow up with a cocker spaniel and Pomeranian poodle mix. I learned how to care for them at a young age which is where my love for dogs started. Animals are truly important members of the family and are like another child to us. As we are not ready to add another dog of our own to our family we would love to care for yours now. I believe all animals should have a safe home to live with a caring family. I am available all day during the week at my house as I work from home and am available most weekends.
