I could tell on our last minute "Meet and Greet" that she was really special and was likely the perfect fit for my dog and during his weekend stay, she kept me up to date on how he was doing and behaving since this was Scooter's first trial with a "Sitter" rather than the old traditional boarding where he always came home tired, hungry and somewhat dehydrated. Crystal went out of her way to make Scooter feel like he has a second home and as a result, I plan to book again with her several more times in the oncoming months. She was a straight up blessing for me and my little man who has gone through so much since losing his "Mama" in 2012. He was raised by us in his initial year during Covid not being around a lot of people and/or other dogs, and not being around kids although he's been such a good mannered dog. About: I’ve had cats since I was a baby. I had a diabetic cat who also had seizures. I nursed her basically back to health and she lived 5 more years after her first seizure. About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs for more than 20 years. My love and experience with dogs started at home—my dad was a dog trainer who worked with his own dogs as well as dogs belonging to friends and family. Growing up around that experience taught me how to understand canine behavior, respect each dog’s individual personality, and provide patient, attentive care. About: I absolutely love animals and can’t wait to love on your pumpkin like they are my own! I will attend to all details no matter how in-depth they are and make sure your pets and home are content and safe when you return! Our pets are our world and we will soon be volunteering at CHS. I would love to see more fur babies in my day to day life! I have a very flexible remote work schedule and can take my break at any time. This allows me to help most times of day, provided that daytime care visits aren’t too long in duration. For house sitting, I will not be able to spend the night. However, I will ensure your pets get all the care and time they deserve. We do not currently have a fenced in yard, so I would take your fur baby on frequent walks. We have two cats who love to observe dog antics from a distance. We just adopted a 6 month old maltese terrier mix puppy. He is very sweet and playful and friendly with all dogs and cats.

I have a large yard that your dog can safely run around in (on a leash or I have a wireless electric fence if your dog has a collar). I also have 2 friendly dogs your dog can play with!

About: Our entire family loves to care for animals! I personally have been a responsible pet sitter for over 25 years. While we currently are a pet free home, we have been thankful to have owned and cared for a black lab, yorkie poo (lived until 15), two German Shepards (currently guard dogs in Haiti), rabbits and many goats. About: Homeport - Indoor accommodation for your pet with large wooded lot on a private road in Harris County. A large deck to lay in the sunshine on pretty afternoons. Indoors we have an open floor plan that the pets are free to roam in. The pets are free or crated overnight based on your preference. We have a 7 pound Yorkie Poo who gets along with our houseguests, dogs or cats! We should have a meet and greet prior to them checking in at Homeport. We can schedule a meet and greet at my home for you and your pup to meet me and I y’all. I’ll be very flexible on the schedule of that. I walk them twice a day if your babies are accustomed to leash walking and have them out on the deck with other guests for playtime twice a day. You will receive at least one picture of their romping or napping everyday. I charge by the calendar day. The day you pick up (or I pick up) your pet and the day you drop off (or I drop them off) are both days that I have to accommodate you and your pet into my schedule and pet care is provided.I offer the service of taking your pet home the day of your arrival so that they will be there when you arrive home. Please let me know when you make your reservations what times you wish to schedule for pickup/drop-off and give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to make changes. If your dog is not fully house trained or has any accidents during their stay there is a $5 per day charge. All pets must be neutered and spayed. They must be dog friendly. About: Our dogs have always been family and I can't recall any time in my entire life when I haven't had a dog at my side, sometimes two or three. I've had dogs of all sizes and energy levels. The longest boarding was for two months while the pup parent traveled in Asia. I've had dogs on my small ranch in NV and we rode trails together. I am understanding and patient with animals especially if they have high energy and need to be outside a bit more than others to get some exercise/ energy out. I care about animals period. I have a pretty big range of experience with different dogs. I’ve taken care of multiple dogs at a time different sizes and ages. I’ve taken care of a diabetic cat (my baby she lived a very long life 19 years) I have taken care of a diabetic dog also. I got a puppy 8-weeks who is now 5 years old which he is a husky so very energetic and talkative. Taken care of giving elderly dogs medicine. I communicate pretty well. I also make taking care of your fur babies a priority. Thank you for choosing me! I can house sit and stay overnights if needed. I will make taking care of your fur babies a priority and treat them as if their were mine. (I have a husky) If you do a drop in visit I will be there longer than just 30 minutes. I don’t like to leave my baby for more than 4-5 hours max. That’s why I offer going to drop in 3 times. I don’t mind traveling to make sure your fur baby is taken care of throughout the day. I can take your fur baby walking giving them water and some love. If you have a fenced in yard I will still go and watch them outside you never know what could happen. I will update you as much as you would like.

About: I've always been with dogs ever since I was born taking care of the dogs is my greatest joy in life they deserve all my love. I have also went to school to become a dog trainer.
