“1st off Lexi is a rescue and very scared of new places because she is afraid of being left or alone. She has extreme anxiety even has medication if needed. But they made her feel right at home and gave her lots of love. I have never left her with anyone sense we got her 11 months ago and I was a nervous wreck up until the day I met Lauren and her girls. I was so happy that Lexi was ok. But she sent me pictures daily and gave me updates and didn’t even need her medicine. Which says a lot for Lauren and her family. “We appreciate Staysha staying with Bentley and accepting to care for him. I truly believe that Staysha loves to care for animals; however, today I experienced something that I had not experienced before through Rover.com. One was that the pet sitter did not update her address until after we booked, making this a serious issue due to us trying to coordinate the timing of our destination to her home. The other reason is that when I called Staysha to let her know we were going over to pick up my dog, she said that she left my dog to someone else while she went to run errands and go walk another dog and feed another dog at some other house. In one of the pictures, my dog was outside playing with a belly band on and when Inwent to pick him up his belly band was wet of pee pee and the pad was stinky of urine from not being changed. And when we got there to pick him up, Staysha was not there yet and her young niece gave me Bentley. The only reason why I will leave a tip at this point is because I feel bad for Staysha little niece who she seemed to be the one who was watching Bentley while Staysha was out. Staysha, if I could give you a constructive criticism, it would be that, I know you really mean to care for animals, ect. But, when a pet owner leaves their pet with “you” - who Rover.com checks your background check ect, the pet owner is trusting you to watch over their baby, their kid, their dog. For us Bentley is like our son and when you told me you left him with someone else, I could not believe it. I could give a 3 star vs 4 stars, but I believe in second chances, in forgiveness and I know that my feedback will serve to you as a positive one because you will plan your schedule better so that this does not happen again. About: I have taken care of pets of all kinds, anywhere from fish, chickens, ducks, horses, cattle, dogs and cats. We own a wide variety of different animals and we also run a professional dog training business. Have extensive experience with many different kinds and breeds of animals. I have a very flexible schedule and can be available almost anytime. Can definitely work with your schedule and what you’re needing. Easy going and easy to work with. Will provide updates on how your pets are doing. At our home, we have 5 acres fenced in. Multiple different turn out/run areas. Will have plenty of space for your pet to run and explore on. “1st off Lexi is a rescue and very scared of new places because she is afraid of being left or alone. She has extreme anxiety even has medication if needed. But they made her feel right at home and gave her lots of love. I have never left her with anyone sense we got her 11 months ago and I was a nervous wreck up until the day I met Lauren and her girls. I was so happy that Lexi was ok. But she sent me pictures daily and gave me updates and didn’t even need her medicine. Which says a lot for Lauren and her family. I highly recommend her as a sitter to any animal and if needed ppl are more than welcomed to call me and I’ll give you pages and pages of details. I will definitely be using her again and I want to say Thankyou so much !!!!”

“I feel so lucky to have found George S. and family. He and his home set me so at ease from the first moment. My dogs are 'middle aged' and Lizzie has delicate health. Huck's on a diet. George was so easy to work with and accommodating and attentive to my (pretty simple) requests. I know for sure that my dogs were treated as members of his household. He sent me photos and told me little tidbits about Huck and Lizzie that made me know they cared and his family had grown affection for my pups--which the pups can certainly can sense. I came across Kristen’s profile and noticed someone I knew who left a review which made me feel better. I did a meet and greet with Kristen prior to our booking and it was very reassuring. She is kind and very welcoming. We have boarded Peaches in the past at a kennel, but our experience with boarding facilities have not been great. I am so glad we tried something new because when we picked Peaches up it was like night and day in comparison to previous stays at the kennel for boarding. She looked like the happiest girl with Kristen. Also, Kristen sent us some photos while we were away and that made us so happy. I couldn’t be more pleased. She was already familiar with the training tools and techniques we got from his trainers, and understood his breed characteristics & needs. She introduced him to her own pets intentionally, and by the time we picked him up, he was clearly comfortable and happy with her.
