About: I grew up with Labs and now have a chihuahua mix of my own that I’ve raised from puppyhood. I’ve cared for neighbors’ dogs and cats starting at 14 years old. I’m comfortable with breeds of all sizes and with giving medicine and any other health needs. About: I’ve taken care of cats for friends and neighbors for a few years and have been a cat parent for 1 year now. As a cat parent I’ve done a lot of research on mental enrichment extending the lives of cats. Because they are a lower maintenance pet, they tend to not get the engagement they need for a happy and healthy long life. It brings me joy to love on any cat, including the ferals in our neighborhood.
About: I have had dogs basically my entire life, and in the last few years have begun adopting senior dogs. I love dogs of all ages and size. I am a very active person and love to take dogs on walks and to the park (which is hard to do with my seniors!). My current senior has to take medication every day twice a day. He also gets at least 2 small walks a day. There are also another cat and dog in the house that I frequently care for. I love animals and am happy to spend my time caring for as many as I can. Currently, I can only take in 1 small dog at a time, as my home is small and the animals here already take up the space. I am comfortable around both cats and dogs and will follow any advice/guidelines a person has set for their own pet(s) in their home.

About: I’ve had pets (mostly dogs) my whole life. I’ve also cared for dogs for family, friends, and neighbors. I work from home so I have a flexible schedule and feel it would be a win-win to incorporate some interaction and movement into my days while caring for someone’s pet.
