About: Hi! I understand how important your pet is to you. We have two yorkies, Tyson and Wyatt, that are our children! We provide a caring, safe and active home for pups. Because we have two small dogs, we do prefer to sit for small dogs, under 15 pounds, to ensure everyone is safe. Our yorkies have gotten along with all dogs that they have been around. They love to play but quickly learn their boundaries. They are spoiled rotten with attention and your dog will be too! I work from home full time so there is usually someone always here to let them outside several times a day. If we go out we do put our pups in a pen I do keep my pups in a pen while I work and when we leave the home to ensure they are safe... and don't have accidents in the home!

About: I’ve grown up caring for animals my entire life, starting with helping my grandmothers care for their dogs and later taking an active role in caring for my own family dog. I eventually got my own cat, who I’ve independently cared for for several years. In addition to my personal experience, I’ve spent the past 4 months working as an overnight pet sitter, caring for pets of all ages and types and making sure they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. I also like to do a military/first responder/student discount! As for cancellations I do require a 48hour notice for drop in visits but I understand that it’s not always possible. My priority is caring for your furbabes above all. I only ask for a 48hour notice because I often have to turn other clients away when one is already booked. I unfortunately do not offer boarding. I am able to accommodate furbabes with special needs pets as I have a Pyrenees with hip dysplasia. Because of my medical background I am more than comfortable and experienced administering injections. I have a special place in my heart caring for geriatric or injured furbabes- I take extra time with them free of charge. I also am able to help care for small/ large breed pups and cats. My mother taught us about natural remedies we could find in nature to help cure or heal us over time. One memorable experience was when I saved a beloved cat from what we believed was antifreeze poisoning. Drawing on what I learned from my family and my work, I created activated charcoal using black coal from the fireplace. I mixed the powdered charcoal with warm milk and carefully forced it down my little cat's throat. Thankfully, I was able to save my cat, Taco 🌮 😺, who went on to live for many more happy years.
