We worried about them causing her trouble and after the first night we were afraid we might have to cancel our vacation. Pat assured us that they would be fine, and they were. She was patient, even cooked them chicken and rice when they got diarrhea. She sent pictures and updates on them which really relieved our minds. “We hit the jackpot with this family! They were all accommodating and loved on our boy. What a piece of mind to know our dog was cared for when we had to leave town. When we used to board our other dog at the vet it was more expensive and he would be hoarse from barking, always thirsty (I don’t know that they provided water for him) and sometimes his bed was in the laundry at pick up. Suspicious. This is such a better option and Bear was so happy he didn’t want to leave. Thank you all so much. We would love to use you again.”

About: I have taken care of dogs for the past 10 years. My parents were Great Dane breeders and I have experience raising puppies from birth-seniority. I used to groom dogs as a part time job and would love to groom yours free of charge while sitting for you! I am also experienced in training dogs basic commands as well as a few tricks and could probably have your furry baby doing a new trick in less than 2 hours. I'd love to help you with your lovable best friend, day or night!❤️ I currently work part time and have plenty of free time to give your furry friend that special TLC they love! I always come prepared with treats and toys as well. I usually arrive at the client's house, let the pet introduce themselves to me naturally (no threatening behavior, no forced petting, no loud or excited talking, just let them get to know me!) and then hang out in their space for a bit, offering treats if allowed, letting them get used to me, then going on with the routine of feeding, walking, etc, if I'm allowed to groom them, once they're used to my presence, I'll begin that, making sure to stop immediately if they seem upset or threatened! I always end our day together with some treats/food and spending some time with them!

About: I've personally owned cats since I was little, that being the first animal I took care of at 6years old with a hamster and parakeets and a ferret. Cat behavior differs from dogs and you must understand they are one of a kind to each cats behavior is never the same. Some need more attention than others and some want all the space they can get but enjoy their food. Countless kitten claw scratches approved. Keeping litter boxes clean is highly necessary as it is their bathroom and no one likes a stinky toilet. I currently own a Japanese tortoiseshell bobtail female cat who has already had a liter of kittens. I have raised and found homes for. She required lots of help and being carried around but was a sweetheart. Currently I have eight geckos as well as two snakes, a skink, two cats (mostly outdoor) and one dog. My dogs name is Luna, she’s almost two years old, deaf and mentally special but as friendly as can be! (Several rooms for separation of my dog if needed as well as my crate. So far she gets along well with others) My current weekly routine is as follows: Monday: Feed Cats and Dog x2, feed and mist geckos Tuesday: Feed cats and dog x2 Wednesday: Feed cats and dogs x2, feed and mist geckos, feed skink, feed hognose Thursday: Feed cats and dog x2 Friday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed and most geckos Saturday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed skink Sunday: Feed cats and dog x2 Feed and mist geckos Saturday I go out about every hour and a half for potty breaks. I do not have a fence but I have a large pasture as well as lots of leads. I’m willing to walk for hours with your pet on a leash! I have one friendly pup to keep yours company and I have a spare room. I have the ability to crate my dog and space for a crate for yours if provided. We go out after every food and water break, get lots of cuddles and extra play time!

About: I want to take care of peoples pets like they are my own. I’ve had my own pets (cat and dog) my whole life. I also take care of dogs and cats for other people all the time. When I am home from college. I am usually very free all the time and I love taking care of you guys dogs and cats! I will make sure to follow all the clients rules and watch them like the pets are my own. I will always make sure to leave everything clean and treat the houses like my own.
About: I grew up working on Cheryl's farm. Savethehorses. Helped look after all kinds of animals including over 15 dogs. There was never a dull moment being surrounded by all types of animals in my care. I currently own 3 dogs now but have owned up to 5 dogs at one time and cats in the past. I have raised a couple dog liters as well as one cat liter. All found amazing homes and I have been able to stay connected to watch them grow and thrive. I have training in animal behavior as it is important to know what to look for when caring after someone else's animal, even your own. Things can happen fast and you have to be able to know what to do next. I have raised three male dogs in my house hold and as you probably can guess, things can get overwhelming but it's important to know what to do if an animal makes a quick decision that can change the situation very quickly. Each animal has their own specific needs and I will be sure to follow what is needed for your fur babies to thrive while you are away or working in within your home. Whether it is my animal I'm caring for or someone else's, I take it very seriously to ensure the proper care is given. I have a senior dog at home as well, she is 13yrs old with cancer and a deteriorating spinal cord disease who gets supplements every morning amongst other medications. She is my couch potato but my absolute world, she is fragile and living out the last years of her life being the wonderful potato she is. I have experience in birthing two dog liters and 1 cat liter. Experienced in what is needed before and after birth. Extra care if needed. I have worked along the side of a professional dog trainer as well as helped run a boarding and training facility up to 30 dogs, being one out of two kennel techs. I work at a vet hospital in ellijay, ga for dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds currently. I am looking to help others out who need the extra hand in caring for their fur babies. If your working from home or away or just simply need the extra hand. I've got you! Sometimes it takes a village and it's important to know you can trust someone to take care of your fur babies no matter the size or fluff. About: Stephanie "Stevie" is experienced with managing the special needs of high-anxiety and/or reactive dogs. She has rescued and rehabilitated 3 dogs of her own, and 6 cats. She is an active volunteer at the local animal shelter, helping with adoption events and enrichment activities. Stevie has been a pet-sitter since she was 12 years old. She started with plants and birds, and now 20 years later, can work with any animal, including ones that require bottle feedings, complex medication schedules, or homestays up to 2 weeks. I understand your home is your sanctuary, and I aim to leave it as if I was never there. All poops are bagged up and properly disposed of immediately. All water drops or pee piddles are cleaned up with pet-safe sanitation spray. The door locks are always double checked upon departure. About: I've lived with and cared for animals ever since I was old enough to walk and talk, mostly dogs. In recent years I've gained some training experience from having trained my own three dogs, one of which I had for over 18 years. As of now, I am working to fill out my schedule for house visits, walking, potty breaks, and anything you might need for your angels ❤️. Unfortunately, I cannot house any other animal in my home due to space and the pets I already have, but I am more than happy to stay over with your pet! About: I have had dogs big and small throughout my whole life. Within having these dogs I have bathed, brushed, walked, let out to potty, fed and gave water, and played with these animals! I have a medium sized dog of my own that I love and cherish. If anyone would like to I could always bring my sweet baby to play if needed! I am very attentive and loving. About: I have two of my own dogs. One of them actually just had puppies and I delivered them and took care of them myself. I love big dog breeds I work full time until four Monday through Friday. I have a friendly Great Pyrenees named Lily and a cat named Willow, who I bottle‑fed and raised from a kitten. They’re both very sweet, but I can keep my pets completely separate from yours if needed to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority.
