I inquired of several other boarding providers through Rover, all of whom turned down taking care of our dogs because our dogs do not like cats, or because our dogs are not crate-trained. Marlie responded and accepted our request without hesitation, which rescued our 2 dogs from a long stay in a cramped kennel at the vet's office. Instead, our dogs got to stay in a beautiful home with plenty of room and lots of freedom, yet had the structure they needed, and they were surely made to feel at home. And Marlie does have a cat at her house, and our dogs did sleep in the crates we supplied. No problem! Marlie sent very regular updates and beautiful pics throughout the boarding. We are looking to help others take care of their fur babies. I am an educator who has lived overseas for several years. I have recently returned to the US. I will be working online part-time, so I have the time and energy to dedicate to taking care of your fur babies when you need a helping hand! I have one older rescue dog who is very shy but friendly. About: I have had pets my whole life, and I love them like kids. I have two rescue dogs of my own, one is almost 14 and the other just turned 2, so I have skills in taking care of all ages. I have also had cats when I was younger, but don't have any now because my dogs don't like them. I am currently a homemaker and also homeschool my 13 year old daughter, so I have plenty of time on my hands to go hangout with fur babies. My daughter also loves animals, so if she is able to she will come with me to get some playtime in. I will come let out your baby, give them some loving, and make sure they have food and water. If there are other special requests we can discuss that too.

I have four dogs of my own and love all breeds of dogs. I have owned cats, birds, reptiles and small animals as well. About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 10. I have experience in feeding, bathing, walking, and if medication needs to be administered I will absolutely do that for you! If you have a senior dog, I will make sure they get the care and exercise they need while you are away! Pictures will absolutely be sent to you of your fur babies every chance I get (Every moment matters!) I follow directions very well, so if you have specific rules for your fur baby please let me know & I will do exactly what you need to be done! I will care for you fur baby just as you would! I am currently working a full time job in Douglas Ga during the weekdays Mondays- Thursday (8am-5pm) but I am available during my lunch (12pm-1pm) to come and check in on your fur baby! I am also free on weekends and on holidays! If I am unavailable, it will be updated in my calendar. I currently do not have a fenced in yard, but where I live the traffic is not constant. I will care for you fur baby just as you would if you was home with them!
