“Jessica was absolutely amazing with my dog, Greyson! She kept him for the weekend and was incredibly easy to communicate with very responsive and always keeping me updated. She sent photos and videos throughout his stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. I could tell immediately when Greyson came home that he had been in great hands. His behavior was noticeably different in the best way—he was happy, energetic, and relaxed. I’ve taken him to multiple sitters and boarding places through Rover before, and he usually comes back feeling lethargic. This time was completely different. You could really tell he was loved and well cared for. One of my favorite moments was seeing photos of him sitting by the fireplace, it truly felt like he was at home.”

“Megan greeted Hopper with her dogs out back to get acquainted. She reviewed all the info. She assured us through a couple of photos she sent that he was doing great with people and dogs. Pickup was smooth and we appreciated her flexibility when we had small changes for drop off and pick up. We heartily recommend Megan!”

“Kara was amazing!! I know we made a great choice choosing her to watch over our fur baby while we were away. She communicated everyday with pictures and videos letting us know how he was doing. We will definitely be booking again with her real soon. Thank you for everything!! I would give 100 stars if I could.”

“OMG! I cannot express how thankful I am Awy & Stephanie. They were able to watch Jrako on a very short notice, made it no hassle at all. They gave Jrako everything he needed with no hesitation at all. Updated me throughout the day, and you can tell Jrako had a good time because he went back to get a hug before leaving. Will definitely be bringing jrako back!”

“Robin, did a wonderful job taking care of Sox. She was always in touch, shared photos to make sure I was comfortable with how she was doing and when I was running late to pick her up was extremely accommodating and offered to stay with her an additional night free of charge. Sox came home happy, healthy and tired (from all the playing). Would definitely rebook with her and would highly recommend.”

“Alex and Diane are great people and took amazing care of my animal! Super sweet and was very caring of what my cat needed, and very knowledged on top of that. Very happy with them.”

“Maureen was fantastic this our first time trying something new and leaving our little boy behind was shocking. But Maureen made the transition very easy and kept us informed with photos each day we were away. Maureen thanks so much for this wonderful opportunity it won’t be our last time seeing you again!!! 5 out of 5 for sure 😃😘😊”

About: Going out of town and don’t want your dog stressed out in a kennel? Let me ease your woes! I became a sitter after using Rover myself, and I can confidently tell you there are various levels of care you’ll receive here. This is the top tier boarding! I now offer boarding at my home in Omaha, Georgia, a rural, fully fenced property with acreage, a dedicated dog run, and a dog door so your pup has free access to inside and outside as they please. This isn’t a crate-and-wait situation. Your dog gets to just be a dog, roaming, sniffing, exploring, all in an idyllic, safe setting with constant supervision. I work from home full time and am never not with the dogs in my care. As an added layer of peace of mind, every boarding dog wears a tracker collar during their stay. I’ll add you to the app so you can see exactly where your dog is and monitor their daily activity and steps in real time. My dog Petey is my shadow and will likely be part of your dog’s stay. He’s well-socialized and a great host. If your dog prefers solo time or isn’t dog-friendly, Petey can absolutely be kept separate. No problem at all. More and more owners I have consultations with have expressed that their pets are left in kennels for extended periods or are not exercised enough and become stressed. This is often from younger sitters or sitters who lowball their prices and do not set clear expectations of their service. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond in caring for your pet, I am your gal. I treat your pets like family while at the same time understanding you are paying me for a premium service, and that’s exactly what you’ll get. Please read the section below “When Kady watches your pet” for specific details about sample routines, what to expect, etc. When Kady Watches Your Pet Your dog’s day with me follows a consistent routine so they always know what to expect. I work from home full time, so your dog is never alone. Most dogs settle right in and are happy to snooze under my desk after a good walk or hike. Your dog starts the day around 6 AM with a bathroom break and an extended walk or sniff walk, followed by breakfast and fresh water. Throughout the morning and afternoon they’re free to roam the property, nap under my desk, or play in the yard while I work. They always have access to inside and outside via the dog door, and I’m always within sight or earshot. Midday they get another walk or backyard play session, and I’ll send you photo updates on Rover. The evening follows the same rhythm with another long walk, dinner, and chill time while I work or watch TV. Before bed they get a final bathroom break and an enrichment session like a filled Kong or indoor fetch to wind down for the night. There are few quality boarding options in our area, and I never take more than one to two dogs at a time to ensure every pup gets top quality, individualized care. Because they’re boarding with me on my property, there’s no coming and going. They’re with me from drop off to pick up, 24 hours a day. Once you see your dog’s activity on their tracker collar and the photos I send throughout the day, you’ll feel confident they’re getting premium attention. Your dog will consider this their own vacation!
“Absolutely fantastic! Made me feel so at ease leaving my pup with him and he was so happy and cared for when he picked him up after 4 days. Daily pictures and texts with updates- couldn’t be happier with awesome Colby was with our very energetic pup.”

“Alex was accommodating and extremely nice. He made us feel safe leaving our pups with him! He took the time to learn about our dog’s insulin injections, and even reached out with concerns. We will definitely use him again in the future.”

“Selena was absolutely amazing from the moment I dropped my dog off until I picked her up. I felt completely reassured being away from her because Selena sent me regular updates throughout the day. She shared pictures of my dog eating, playing, and even sleeping, which made me feel so at ease. I would 100% book her again my dog had such an incredible time!”

“Brittany was amazing!!! We needed a last minute booking and she completely took care of us from start to finish. We would definitely book again and recommend her to others. Thank you Brittany and Cesar!!!”

“We were so excited to find Colby & his family! Normally we would leave our boys in the camper while we do our adventures, but it was so hot. I contacted Colby late the night before and he took our boys in while we rafted in Columbus. They were loved & cared for while we were on our adventure and we’re so worn out that they were happy to sleep through the rainy night.”

“Keysha did an amazing job watching my cat, Chocolate Chip, for daycare. She was attentive and caring. Chocolate Chip came home happy and relaxed. Highly recommend her services!”

About: I've taken care of many different types of animals including dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, bunnies, and horses. I have also been trained by a dog expert when I was concerned about adopting large dog straight from the shelter and into my home of two other smaller dogs. My aunt is a veterinarian and she is always one call away from any questions Ive had about animals. I am currently enrolled in college and I am taking self defense classes. My weekends are free and I am available during some of the weekday depending on the time. In my home we allow our animals to take luxury of sleeping on couches and beds. We always clean up after them in the event something happens. I always treat my pets with respect and always show them kindness. I am very patient with my animals but do not let them run the house.

I know how important it is to feel like at ease knowing your pet is in great hands. I currently have 3 fur babies myself. I am also a stay-at-home mom myself. my babies are everything they get treated like my own kids, they get lots of attention and some would even say I have them spoiled. I have a fenced in yard. I also have extra doggy crates; I do drop ins for vacations, or even if you just need help. I feed the pets and take them outside for potty breaks as well as play time. each pet is different some have set schedules that I follow as well. About: we have taken care of pets since childhood :) we have lots of experience with pets from A-to-Z and we provide photo and videos, along with additional detailed text updates. We treat others as family, we love to spoil others, and we also provide training if needed with positive reinforcement. We also not only provide pet sitting but plant sitting as well, we are huge into gardening and we can give lots of care information and advice on any plant that you have/want. We’re always here and are happy to help, we always respond fast especially when you need us, and we love to serve others because we love making people happy <3 We both have full time availability, so we are able to provide every single service available including leash training, pet training, plant sitting, housekeeping, etc. Our dream is to be able to care for every single pet that is in need even the ones that don’t have any homes, and to be able to hang out with pups and kitties all day long and give them all of the love that they deserve :) We care for pets in our home and both our client’s home by always putting their needs first, we always stick to routines (if they have one), and we even like to take them to doggy parks, buy them toys, buy them treats, teach them new tricks, or even play with them/go on longer walks as well :)
About: I have watched many of my friends' dogs and enjoyed each of their personalities over the years. My Frenchie, Carl, LOVES making new dog friends and would love to host your fur baby for a spend-the-night or day care. I also enjoy getting out of the house for walks so book me today! I am currently at home during the days and nights while between jobs, so I have a wide range of availability throughout the day. My Frenchie has loved me being home with him! I have a fenced-in yard, a gate inside to block off rooms if needed, and a crate that holds small dogs. I also have a small booster seat for dogs up to 25 lbs and a carrier that could house a smaller, medium-sized dog. My dog has a sensitive stomach and doesn't receive any food that would make him sick, so you can trust that I will follow your feeding instructions to a tee. I am also very dependable and know that time is of the essence when I have a meeting.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with over 10 animals in my house, so chaos, fur, and unconditional love have always just felt like home to me. From there, I went on to work on farms and ranches, caring for a huge variety of animals — which taught me how to read different temperaments, personalities, and needs, and how to adapt my care to whatever each one required. These days, I’m a full-time dog mom, and that role has only deepened my love for animals and my commitment to their wellbeing. My goal with every pet I care for is simple: I want them to feel happy, safe, and stress-free — like they’re getting their own little vacation while their owner is away. Whether it’s extra cuddle time, a longer walk, or just sitting with them so they don’t feel alone, I treat every animal like my own. As a medically retired Marine veteran, I run my own remote personal training business — which means I’m home almost all day, every day. The only time I’m out is for a short window of 1-2 hours when I head to the gym, so I have full availability outside of that. Whether it’s a quick check-in, an overnight stay, or a full day of care, I’m able to give your pet consistent attention and companionship without rushing in and out the door. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. If it’s my home, or your own; I ensure the set up to be a calm, comfortable environment for animals to relax in. I keep a close eye on every pet in my care, follow any feeding, medication, or routine instructions closely, and update owners regularly with check-ins and photos so you always know your pet is safe and happy. I treat every animal like family — which means trust, patience, and attentiveness are always part of the deal. You can leave your pet with me knowing they’re getting genuine care, not just a place to stay.

“I can say nothing but good things. Great communication, flexible availability, and most importantly great with my high energy pup. I have peace of mind due to the wide variety of care options provided as I know that my pup is being cared for at the level expected.”

About: I’ve had many animals throughout my life and know that caring for them is my passion. I recently lost my Australian shepherd so this will be filling the void! I’m currently going out for maternity leave at work so my schedule is very open to all the fur babies. Size and breed are not an issue I have a fenced in back yard if that’s what your baby is needing. If they are inside then they are welcome to be a furry couch potato!
About: **Please note I am disabled and hard of hearing. I will always prefer texts over phone calls. **Check out what your babies get up to and the pictures/videos I didn’t end up sending on our Facebook or Instagram page, Zig Zag Wag pet care! I have experience with a variety of animals, including dogs and cats, horses and livestock, rodents and reptiles, and everything from basic grooming including nail trims and baths to basic behavior training. (See safety section for further details) I have experience with basic first aid. I have pretty much free and short notice availability, thought I limit bookings on WEDNESDAYS and SUNDAYS as my days off. I have a whole zoo worth of pets and need to stop by my own house throughout the day, so any house sitting will be based on regular visits. I have reliable transportation and excellent driving skills in case of needing to transport. My vehicle has a crash tested seat belt and I have a few crash tested harnesses if you do not have one, though providing your own sized for your dog is preferred. I will not provide transport for animals other than cats or dogs and cats and small dogs must be tolerant of being crated for the ride. I am great at working with your schedule with at least 2 hours notice, but Rover does not allow easy schedule changes. If you need to reduce your visits, CANCEL the booking and REBOOK with your new dates, as once Rover confirms your booking it won’t let you reduce the current rate. In your home, I offer basic cleaning services and can ensure any messes get cleaned. I can meet many varied needs and am meticulous with following your house rules for your pets. I do not offer boarding or allow client pets at my home. I will not provide food or other consumables, though I will confirm what treats your pets can have because all good pets deserve treats. I provide basic behavior assistance such as teaching your dog that jumping on people is inappropriate, basic tricks (sit, down, paw), leash manners, but I DO NOT OFFER PAID TRAINING. I am not a certified trainer in any capacity, though I have trained many of my own animals (including rats and cats!)

“Faraluz was amazing with my dog, Kora! She has a big yard, which Kora absolutely loved. She had plenty of space to run around and play. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious that Faraluz genuinely loves animals and takes the time to make them feel at home. I felt totally at ease knowing Kora was in such good hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”

About: Wasn't allowed to have pets when I was young but as soon as I could, I treat them like I want to be treated because fur babies are an extension of the people that raise them I'm currently retired/disabled Army, I have nothing but time to be of service to service animals and non service animals. So when last minute stuff happens I'm the go-to for friends and family I have a fenced in yard and a screened off patio and can cage your pet or room them if potty trained or even let them sleep in the same space as me if they need constant human interaction. I have 2 dogs they can react to or be kept separate from in the house between the fenced yard and screened off patio. The garage is also screened off so the doors can be left open for more space and ventilation. It's a 2 floor home so if your pet doesn't play well with others, they'll never have to meet. Everyone that lives in the home shares 2 or more decades of pet care experience or are Army medics with experience in emergency medicine.
