“Jennica was great again! Lots of updates of my pup throughout the time she stayed & you can tell how much she cares about the animals left in her care!”

“Alexcis is amazing. She is kind, loving and friendly. She is truly the "dog whisper". She is amazing with animals and should be anyone's first choice for the absolute best care for their pet. She is effecient and professional.”

“Steve is wonderful! He boarded and cared for our little Havanese while we were on vacation. Steve is welcoming, responsive, and has a genuinely kind heart for dogs. Yuki was loved, calm, and happy when we picked her up. We would highly recommend Steve and will definitely be a repeat client!”

“Donna did such a great job taking care of my little kitty boy Sebastian while we had flooring done in our home. Thank you so much Donna for your kindness and I will definitely be in contact in the future when I need a trusted person to care for my pet.”

“Valerie was pawsome with our Belgian Malinois! Meika had a great stay with her. Our flight coming back home was cancelled and we had to get on another flight that didn’t get to Augusta until late night. We were so thankful that she accommodated our very late pickup! Overall, very good experience with her! Will definitely book with her again! Thanks Valerie!!??”

“Brook was so sweet to our Max. She is a loving pet sitter. We felt like he had such special attention. Max does not eat too much when we are gone. She gave him his food and made sure he got what he would eat. We appreciate all she did for us to make us feel comfortable leaving him with her. The pictures she sent were so cute and they made us feel like he was enjoying himself. Barbara”

“Terry and her family were great! Otto (my boy) needed a place to stay while I traveled for work, and I am thankful that I found Terry on Rover. We did a meet a greet the day before boarding was to begin, and things went well. On the morning of Otto's drop off, the area was suffering from the devastating aftermath of Hurrican Helene, which left the entire area without water, power, cell service, etc.; however, Terry continued to communicate with me and ensured that Otto could stay with her family while I traveled, as they had a generator and plenty of water. I dropped Otto off after traveling through what felt like a war zone, to be greeted by a smiling Terry! Otto took onto them like they were part of our pack. Throughout Otto's stay, I received multiple daily updates, and many pictures! Terry was always a great communicator, and ensured I remained up to date on Otto's condition, especially since the post-hurricane environment. I will for sure be using Terry again in the future, and I highly recommend her and her family!”

“We had an amazing experience boarding our pup, Appa, with Tessa & Travis! They took fantastic care of him, and their dogs loved playing with him. Highly recommend their services for any pet parent!”

“Just the best home we could have found for our dachshund and doodle. They were loved and treated so well. We got sweet updates and photos. It is the best boarding experience we could have asked for. Our dogs were visibly happy when we got them. No stress no nothing! They loved our boys like their own.”

“After our initial Meet & Greet we were super impressed with Poria! We have already had a second extended stay for our Fur Baby and it turned out awesome! Poria sent lots of pictures and updates and was so understanding about Gunny's needs. She came home a very happy puppy! I would highly recommend Poria. She's the best.”

“Geraldine is the absolute best sitter we’ve ever had for our dogs. We did a meet and greet before leaving our dogs with her for a long weekend and she was so thorough in asking questions and finding out as much about our pups as possible. It left us feeling reassured that they would be in good hands just based on her wanting to know about them so she can give them the best care. She provided daily photos and a detailed report of the dogs’ behavior and habits. Our dogs were calm and happy when we picked them to go home. We hope to leave them with Geraldine again next time we need pet care.”
“Whittney was incredible. I was so nervous to leave my Ghost because he has a lot of anxiety and she kept me reassured and up to date with pictures and updates the whole time. She was responsive and so incredibly kind. Ghost had the biggest smile in all of the pictures and videos she sent so I know he had the best time!”

“Jessica was amazing!! She did so incredibly well with our dog, and sent plenty of pictures and updates. She took him on so many walks and spoiled him all weekend : )”

“Ms. Alexis was absolutely amazing watching Biscuit! She was so accommodating and helpful as we had a sudden funeral to attend. Biscuit was extremely well taken care of and if you need someone who will truly love and take care of your pet, I 100% recommend using Ms. Alexis”

“Mel is an amazing dog sitter!! My puppies came back super happy and excited to see her again. Plenty of updates and pictures/videos!! Cannot wait to book with her again ??”

“Nicole and her husband are amazing with our huskies Taz and Kira- they treat them like family, have been incredibly accommodating with travel changes, and the girls always come home happy and relaxed. They even take them for trips to the dog park to run around and socialize which they love! Can’t say enough positive about our experience with Nicole, highly recommend!”

“Many thanks to Caitlin for taking such good care of my bengal! She’s very accommodating and communicative! First time having to hire a cat-sitter and I couldn’t have asked for a better service 👍”

“Devin did a fantastic lob taking care of our cats while we went on vacation for a few days. She was extremely prompt in answering any concerns we may have had. She updated us daily with how Franklin and Melon were doing and sent us photos to keep us up to speed. Overall, it was a great experience and I hope we can use her services again on our next adventure!”

“Tom is a great dog walker and cat sitter. He takes care to play and love on my kitty and she loves him. If he sees an issue like an accident he will clean it up and scoop her box. He also will let you know if there is trouble in your house like a leaking kitchen sink.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats since I was born and I’ve always had at least one animal in the house. As a result, I’ve grown very accustomed to the needs and languages of pets. I have watched over my extended family’s pets since I was about 11. I can walk, feed, bathe, and play with cats and dogs alike. I’ve raised my 95 pound german shepherd by myself but I also have experienced raising a small chihuahua mix and various sizes of cats. I am available everyday, however I need to be able to be gone for some hours during the day, as I have a part time job. I am able to be with your pets in the morning and night, and sometimes during the day too. I can adapt to care for the animals in your home however you wish. Whether that’s through walking them to go to the bathroom or watching them as they run around in the backyard. I will do whatever you need me to do for your pet.
“I really appreciate Mary for coming over to my house and helping with our pup. Her consistency really helped with this stressful week. She even took 1-2 pictures with every visit.”

“We had a great experience! Chelsey stopped by while we were away and made sure our cats had plenty of food and water, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’d definitely book with her again!”

“Zach was fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and it was a great experience with Zach. He was EXTREMELY prompt with replies, was nice enough to come meet my elderly German Shepherd prior to the drop in’s. Highly recommend Zach!”

“Rebecca was truly a gem! She was super communicative and sent photos and videos! My cats definitely loved her! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my actual children! <3”

Feel free to reach out if you want to know more or set some time to meet beforehand ☺️ Pet care is a big part of my everyday life! I’m home all day. Between my own two dogs and any pets I’m looking after, my day usually includes lots of walks, playtime, cuddles, and keeping everyone on a good schedule. I love being able to give each pet the attention and care they need throughout the day. My backyard is fully fenced and offers plenty of space for potty breaks and outdoor play. I am very trust worthy and make sure your pet is secured safely in my home leaving no doors open for long periods of time.

About: I have had dogs most my life. As an adult, I have had 3 pit bulls and a cane corso. Between them, I am very familiar with medical needs, puppies, and elderly dogs. Before children, my husband and I fostered bully breeds. Currently, I have been dog sitting on Rover for over a year. I understand the struggle with finding quality dog sitters that meet your pets needs. I hope I can provide you comfort in knowing your dog will be treated like family when in my care. I am currently available for drop in visits and daily walks. I currently have 2 dogs and 2 boys. Our backyard is about an half an acre that is completely fenced in. I am comfortable with dogs roaming the house and being crated. I have an XL crate in the home that is available to keep your pet safe. There is also a mudroom that can be used for dogs to have their own space if needed. We are an active family that enjoys being outdoors. I am a SAHM with flexibility in my schedule to accommodate dogs routine. I enjoy taking daily walks. We have a fenced in backyard to allow to the dogs to run around and play. “We drove down from Ohio for a graduation in GA and needed to find someone to care for our 1.5 year old golden doodle. We’ve never left her with anyone before and were a bit nervous, especially before 12 hours from home. We were so happy with Mary and Felix and the care they gave her. We appreciated the pictures of our sweet girl that they sent to us as well. We have another graduation next year and will be reaching back out to them again for sure when we are back in the state.”

“Kind and genuine family. Treated Baxter just like family. Great communication and the interaction I witnessed was kind, loving and heartfelt. Baxter will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Kail for the exceptional care you took of Baxter.”

“Cassie was excellent for such a last minute request. She’s very friendly, personable, and love what she does. Cassie thank you so much and whenever we’re in Augusta again we will definitely be in touch.”

“Charles was awesome and took very good care of Tucker. We were in town for a tournament and he was very understanding when our last game ran into double overtime causing us to be 1/2hr late for pick up. It seemed that our pup didn’t travel too well and had a sensitive stomach during his stay, Charles took very good care of Tucker despite his stomach upset. Very grateful he was in good hands!”

“Brandi did a great job with Rocky. It was his first time with a sitter and I was very apprehensive about how well he would settle in. He ate, pottied, played, napped and had a good time. Brandi communicated throughout the day and really made me feel more comfortable that she was taking good care of him. I would not hesitate to book with her again. Thank you Brandi.”

“My dog loves this woman. She did a few drop-in visits for us prior to in-home daycare. We pulled up to her home and, when she saw Chelsey, my timid pup went trotting into Chelsey’s house like she forgot I existed (she was excited to see me at pickup, so no hard feelings lol). Have already booked her again!”

“Mrs. Chelly and Mr. Joe are an absolute pleasure to be with! I can already tell that they are going to provide continuous top level care for my puppy while she’s with them. Absolutely going to be taking her back. Thank you Mrs. Chelly and Mr. Joe! I’ll be seeing y’all again very soon!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes very naturally to me. I have years of experience walking dogs in my neighborhood. I’d love the chance to get to know and care for your dogs too! When I was younger I volunteered with the Humane Society and also spent time fostering both dogs and cats whenever I could. Doing that has taught me a lot about caring for animals of all ages, and personalities. Senior dogs especially have my heart. My own dog lived to be 18 years old, so I understand the extra care, patience, and attention older dogs sometimes need. I also have experience caring for blind and hard of hearing dogs, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. No matter if your pet is young and energetic or a sweet senior, I’ll treat them like they’re my own and make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and care while they’re with me! I currently just moved here, I’m available full time everyday to care for your pet at my home! They will get endless love and attention from me I have a fenced yard and two small dogs of my own, one is very playful! If your dog is used to walks I can also take them for walks in my neighborhood.I’ve also pet sat for several families back in my hometown and love caring for dogs. I have a small covered area where my dogs can go potty, helping keep them safe from hawks and coyotes. Your dog’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. Dogs are treated like family in my home. They’re welcome on the furniture and can sleep on the bed if that’s what they’re used to. Your pup will get lots of love, attention, and care while they’re with me!
“Alexcis did a great job at making us feel comfortable during our meet and greet before leaving our Charlie for doggy day care. She asked us important questions about Charlie so that she was prepared to make sure his stay was a positive one. She sent us multiple pictures and updates through out the day because she knew we missed him and its Charlie and ours first time leaving him with someone else. I’m very glad to have had her take care of Charlie and we 100% will have her take care of him in the future.”

About: I have enjoyed caring for fur babies for many years, from Pomeranians to a kennel full of Irish wolfhounds for a show handler. I take up to 2 dogs for daycare or overnight care in my home. About: Hey, I’m Ridge. I’ve been around animals my entire life and treat every pet like they’re my own. I have 15+ years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, starting with my own Schnauzer growing up and continuing through years of helping family, friends, and neighbors with their pets. I’ve worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes, including pet sitting, dog walking, and daily care routines. In addition to dogs, I’ve also cared for cats, fish, and reptiles, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of pets and their specific needs. Right now, I help care for three family dogs, along with assisting friends and family whenever they need reliable pet care. I enjoy staying active with pets—whether that’s going to the dog park, playing, walking, or just spending quality time making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m currently a college student, but I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to offer pet sitting, house sitting, and drop-in visits on both weekdays and weekends. I’ve got a pretty flexible schedule—just let me know what you’re looking for and we can work out the details from there. I’m happy to adjust to what works best for you and your pets! I provide care by coming directly to your home, where your pets feel safest and most comfortable in their familiar environment. This helps reduce stress and keeps their daily routine consistent while you’re away. I prioritize creating a calm, secure atmosphere by following your pet’s normal feeding, walking, and care schedule as closely as possible. I also make sure your home is respected and kept clean and organized during my visits or overnight stays. My goal is to build trust with both you and your pets by providing reliable, attentive care so you can feel confident knowing everything is being handled responsibly while you’re away.

About: I have worked and been around animals since I was born. I use to work for a reserve rehabilitator and animal shop owner. I have worked with many breeds of cats and dogs and understand each one can be uniquely different. What works for one may not always work for another. I’m retired navy so I have all day to work with your animals. I can do drop ins throughout the day to check on them to let them out or take on a walk. Pretty flexible schedule. In my home I have a 5 year old husky who has been raised around cats and puppies. He is good at helping correct puppies. He has had one litter of his own pups. I do not have a fenced yard, but can take them on leash in the yard and live in a nice neighborhood to walk your animal. If you want crate training I have a couple already here at the house
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats my entire life. I have either had my own or helped neighbors and family with theirs. I have had to do things like feed, walk and play with peoples pets both while they were out of town and while they had a busy work schedule. It is something I genuinely enjoy. I currently have a work from home job that allows me to work with pets most days and most times - I have a very flexible routine because of this. I do have three cats at home so care in my home would pose difficulties. I would mostly want to care for them in your home so they feel most comfortable too!

I understand that I will be new to your dog’s environment and know how to navigate it so that they feel safe and comfortable with me.
About: I’m the type of person that if I see someone handing out free puppies or if I see a lost dog, I’ll be taking them home. I’ve always had such empathy for animals, that on multiple occasions I have done this. For example, last year there was a man handing out free puppies outside of a petco. I almost immediately took him home. The feeling of taking him and giving him a bath, food, and water was so rewarding. I’ve since realized I love working with animals and wish to continue my work. I would absolutely love to help you out with watching your pet while you’re away. I’m currently a college student. I only have classes on Mondays and Wednesday’s, but anytime after class I’ll be able to dedicate my time to your pet. In my home, I have one dog of my own, and I have a fenced in yard. My dog loves to swim, so if yours does too I’m happy to watch them while they swim. I’ve had a lot of experience with crates so I’m equipped to handle them. No matter what, I just want your pet to be safe and comfortable while you’re away!

“Grace was patient with our dogs and a lifesaver as we were out for an extended period of time each day. Thanks for the services and thanks for providing comfort in knowing the dogs were being cared for in our absence.”

From my families 13 horses to volunteering a Jekyll island sea turtle hospital. Animals bring a huge joy to my life, when I look into the eyes of an animal, I do not see an animal. It’s all about the precious pets needs for me. I understand the dedication and commitment required to look over your amazing pets! They even take them for trips to the dog park to run around and socialize which they love! Can’t say enough positive about our experience with Nicole, highly recommend!”
