He loved playing with their two doodles, Chase and Rusty, and even got to meet their goats, pigs, chickens, and play with their kiddos. Their fully fenced yard (many acres) was perfect for safe playtime and gave us extra peace of mind. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable leaving him, especially since Chiko is deaf and uses a special collar. She took the time to learn how to communicate with him, which gave us such reassurance. We loved the adorable photo updates throughout his stay, and when we picked him up, he was one happy (and tired!) pup who fell right asleep as soon as we got home. We are so grateful to Julie and her family for the wonderful care they gave our pup, and we can’t wait for him to stay with them again. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve always had dogs at home, up to three at once! Most all raised and trained from puppy stages. I had a disabled dog recently who lost usage of her back legs and was incompetent. She required lots of help and being carried around but was a sweetheart. Currently I have eight geckos as well as two snakes, a skink, two cats (mostly outdoor) and one dog. My dogs name is Luna, she’s almost two years old, deaf and mentally special but as friendly as can be! (Several rooms for separation of my dog if needed as well as my crate. So far she gets along well with others) My current weekly routine is as follows: Monday: Feed Cats and Dog x2, feed and mist geckos Tuesday: Feed cats and dog x2 Wednesday: Feed cats and dogs x2, feed and mist geckos, feed skink, feed hognose Thursday: Feed cats and dog x2 Friday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed and most geckos Saturday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed skink Sunday: Feed cats and dog x2 Feed and mist geckos Saturday I go out about every hour and a half for potty breaks. I do not have a fence but I have a large pasture as well as lots of leads. I’m willing to walk for hours with your pet on a leash! I have one friendly pup to keep yours company and I have a spare room. I have the ability to crate my dog and space for a crate for yours if provided. We go out after every food and water break, get lots of cuddles and extra play time!

I do have three kids. Ages 4 year old , 6 year and a 8 year old. All were raised around animals no issues. No allergies. I do have cats in home that have their own room so can easily be separated, I own two dogs but they are outside fenced in dogs. Will not interact with any animal I watch. We are looking forward to loving on your fur babies !! I am a full time mom so my schedule is very flexible. I do not have a “paying job” besides side work. I will visit your home as many times during the day as I am needed, and will stay the night with your pet if that is what you would prefer. I am not a stranger to odd feeding requests (you know if your pet has an odd feeding ritual) and I will also administer medication as required. Your precious pup will feel right at home with me as his or her sitter. I also sit for cats, rodents, and reptiles. **I apologize for any delays in response time. I do not have this app on my phone so I have to get incoming messages through email. Messages sent after 6:00pm may not be seen until the following day. Thank you for your patience.** I work from home on my own schedule most of the time so I am available most of the day for the duration of my stay. I do not care for other pets in my home but I do follow any safety instructions you have for me while I stay with your pet at your home. I prefer that there not be any visitors while you are away so I can ensure your pet's safety as well as my own.
