About: I am a former manager at a daycare and boarding facility, I have administered diabetes shots and other medications for animals. I plan to own my own daycare boarding facility in the future. Helping others and working with animals has always been my passion, I initially went to college for veterinary but decided that it wasn’t for me that a Daycare facility was best suited for me and my personality. About: I have raised and cared for families, friends 🧡, and even coworkers' pets. Growing up, I always enjoyed watching veterinarians help our farm animals. My mother taught us about natural remedies we could find in nature to help cure or heal us over time. One memorable experience was when I saved a beloved cat from what we believed was antifreeze poisoning. Drawing on what I learned from my family and my work, I created activated charcoal using black coal from the fireplace. I mixed the powdered charcoal with warm milk and carefully forced it down my little cat's throat. Thankfully, I was able to save my cat, Taco 🌮 😺, who went on to live for many more happy years.
