Throughout the morning and afternoon they’re free to roam the property, nap under my desk, or play in the yard while I work. They always have access to inside and outside via the dog door, and I’m always within sight or earshot. Midday they get another walk or backyard play session, and I’ll send you photo updates on Rover. I love what I do, and I send photos as well to give clients more reassurance that their animals are being well treated and not abused. Morning & evening visits with PRN potty . . . doggie pad spots for away times. Sleepover in your home is available with some negotiating, but not preferred. Have cared for a variety of pets including those blind, aging & arthritic, high energy, puppies, pairs, anxious, skittish, & even aggressive along with family friendly well trained pals. M-Sunday 7am-7pm scheduling availability. Feedings, excercise, medications, some grooming, tons of TLC so your furry feathered scaley family members know you planned for them too while away. Keeping your routine & care plan is always my goal adding a little extra too~When the pet parent(s) are away, the critters will play! They'll be having fun too~sending daily photos & updates to their parent(s).

About: I have taken care of dogs ranging from 8 week old puppies to immobile senior dogs for decades— from administering shots to oral & topical meds, as well as regular therapeutic & “mind tiring” exercises, I’ve done it all. I’ve taken dogs to more specialist care facilities than myself or my family; I view our furry companions as family & treat them as such. I enjoy hiking, walking, biking, and cuddling with all fur-babies. A typical day in my house starts with a 2 mile jaunt - typically through some woods and half-off leash if my girl has her listening ears on (we’ve done extensive obedience and agility training), to end in a nice loop back home with breakfast, a cold “pupsicle” (Aldi FTW), and fresh water, followed by a good brush and nail trim if needed. Bath days are mini spa days— we move at the pace of the fur & always after a long walk. I’m currently a stay at home wife, so I have plenty of time to walk, bathe, feed, and love your fur-baby however many times their schedule requires. I enjoy being outside “exploring” new walking paths with my pup; I would love to give yours the same experience! I have a 7 year old lab/border collie mix named Olive, who is the sweetest gal who loves to make friends. If your fur-baby desires a friend on a walk, she’s always willing! I have a backyard that looks out to a creek down a ravine, with no neighboring doggos. If your fur-baby needs crated, I have a large kennel with a comfy bed for them.
About: I have taken care of both small and big dogs for 15 years! Many friends and family have relied on me to take care of their dogs which isn’t a chore but something I love to do! I am flexible with hours and would love to help you with your schedule. So I understand a new environment for your pet might be a little overwhelming. I like to keep the initial introduction calming and bring your pets toys or dog bed into the new environment to let him/her feel safe. I do have other dogs but I have the ability to keep them separate if your pet doesn’t like other animals. My dogs have been vaccinated. I have a large back yard where your pet can let a lot of energy out and have a ton of fun! If I would house sit I would love an introduction. Usually a treat or two helps them feel calm around me. If you just wanted a walking service for your pet I would find a route near your neighborhood or apartment complex. I make sure to stay off the asphalt as much as possible. And in the summer I bring an extra water bottle with me in case they get tired.

Your dog starts the day around 6 AM with a bathroom break and an extended walk or sniff walk, followed by breakfast and fresh water. Throughout the morning and afternoon they’re free to roam the property, nap under my desk, or play in the yard while I work. They always have access to inside and outside via the dog door, and I’m always within sight or earshot. Midday they get another walk or backyard play session, and I’ll send you photo updates on Rover. The evening follows the same rhythm with another long walk, dinner, and chill time while I work or watch TV.
