About: I have been around or taking care of dogs since I was about six years old. I grew up around dogs of all shapes and sizes. My first dream job was to be a veterinarian because of my love for animals, but dogs more than anything else. I love dogs, and I understand that dogs have their own personalities their own emotions their own likes their own dislikes and different ways to be cared for just like humans do.i treat dogs with respect and I treat dogs with love. I never call dogs “ it” I call them by their name and gender like they should be addressed. I’ve also volunteered more than once at K9 battle buddies. I know how to adapt to different dogs with different demeanors. I am a military veteran with more time on my hands than I used to have so why not spend this time taking care of walking, watching and playing with animals that I love If a dog is in my home, I will take care of them as if this dog is mine as if I brought this dog into my family. I will treat the dog love I will protect him or her as if they are my own. If I’m in the home of the owner, I’ll respect the dogs home as if I’m babysitting a child. I will respect the home of the owner as well.

About: Hi! I understand how important your pet is to you. We have two yorkies, Tyson and Wyatt, that are our children! We provide a caring, safe and active home for pups. Because we have two small dogs, we do prefer to sit for small dogs, under 15 pounds, to ensure everyone is safe. Our yorkies have gotten along with all dogs that they have been around. They love to play but quickly learn their boundaries. They are spoiled rotten with attention and your dog will be too! I work from home full time so there is usually someone always here to let them outside several times a day. If we go out we do put our pups in a pen I do keep my pups in a pen while I work and when we leave the home to ensure they are safe... and don't have accidents in the home!

They were comfortable with each other, and as a cat mom, that's important because it means Keesa wouldn't be stressed. Landry was good with her. She texted me every time she came in and sent pictures. I recommend Landry, and would request again if needed.”

About: I’ve grown up caring for animals my entire life, starting with helping my grandmothers care for their dogs and later taking an active role in caring for my own family dog. I eventually got my own cat, who I’ve independently cared for for several years. In addition to my personal experience, I’ve spent the past 4 months working as an overnight pet sitter, caring for pets of all ages and types and making sure they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. I’ve also worked with children through babysitting and have experience staying calm, responsible, and attentive in situations that require patience and flexibility. My love for animals has even influenced my education. I’m currently a student-athlete at the College of Coastal Georgia majoring in Marine Biology. I’m passionate about animal care and treat every pet as an individual, taking the time to understand their routines, personalities, and specific needs. As a student-athlete, my weekday schedule can be fairly busy, especially before 3 p.m. However, I’m definitely open to working on weekdays as long as we can discuss the schedule ahead of time and make sure it works with my classes and practices. I have much more flexibility on weekends, with the exception of a few Saturday mornings when I have practice. I’ll always communicate my schedule and availability in advance so that pet care can be planned accordingly. I always make sure to follow the owner’s instructions and stick to their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. Whatever your pet needs, I’m happy to accommodate! My goal is to make sure your furry friend feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated throughout the visit so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands.

About: I’ve been around cats since I was a kid about six years old. I love cats just as much as I love dogs. I stated before my very first dream job as a kid was to be a veterinarian. I love to take care of cats. I love their demeanor. I love how different they are than dogs how they love in their own way they love on their terms. I love the different personalities of cats. I know that you can’t rough house with a cat the way you with rough house with most dogs. I know the requirements of taking care of a cat that include litter boxes, feeding them a different food than dogs eat and a different way of taking care of cats than dogs.
“Emily was an amazing help with my chickens! it was a bit of an odd request, but she handled them great sent pictures and communicated thoroughly. i would definitely recommend her.”
About: I have experience in training puppies, working with aggressive dogs and caring for old injured dogs. I worked at animal control for 3 years and have dealt with all kinds of babies I work in Brunswick and have an hour lunch during the day and have the freedom to go wherever needed. And get off with plenty of daylight left. My pets have a large back yard to play in and they have their own pool( kiddie for my little dog) they come in and out as they please.

About: I have raised and cared for families, friends 🧡, and even coworkers' pets. Growing up, I always enjoyed watching veterinarians help our farm animals. My mother taught us about natural remedies we could find in nature to help cure or heal us over time. One memorable experience was when I saved a beloved cat from what we believed was antifreeze poisoning. Drawing on what I learned from my family and my work, I created activated charcoal using black coal from the fireplace. I mixed the powdered charcoal with warm milk and carefully forced it down my little cat's throat. Thankfully, I was able to save my cat, Taco 🌮 😺, who went on to live for many more happy years.
About: I have always loved animals and caring for them. I started animal care in highschool starting with pet sitting moving into shelter work. I really enjoyed being able to play with and care for animals of all kinds. Though I have a special love for cats, having three of my own. I truly just enjoy getting to meet and spend time with different animals. I also love being able to get in some exercise of my own while going on walks with dogs.. I’m currently working part time at a doggy daycare. Which gives me plenty of free time to fill! I look forward to filling it with your fur babies! I have a large fenced in yard to spend plenty of outside time in safely with your pet. All dogs must be cat friendly. We are no strangers to couch snuggles too!

About: I grew up around pets my as a child and have owned dogs for 32 years of all sizes and types. I have always been the go to person for everyone to care for their pets and i love it. I have no problem feeding, bathing, training or walking your pet as if it were my own. Our pets are our children as well and we need to care for them the best way we can. I am self employed and work my own schedule so I can care for your pet Friday -Tuesdays 9am-3pm. Different days or later hours can be arranged with at least a weeks notice. I have a fenced yard and can Kennel the dog if needed but for the most part I prefer for them to get a feel of my home and my rules.

“Kristine watched our border collie during 4th of July. Our pup is scared of fireworks but Kristine put in extra care and work to make sure she was more than comfortable during that time. She took her to play at the beach, sent great pictures and was very communicative. It’s clear Kristine is extremely knowledgeable with all types of dogs. Definitely will be having Kristine watch our dog again, my husband and I both recommend you book with her!”

“Gabrielle did great with my dogs Bentley and Roxy. It was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous, but she sent me pictures of my pups everyday which helped me feel better being away from them. If I need someone to take care of my dogs again, I will definitely reach out to Gabrielle.”

“Excellent care of my 2 pups. When I brought their beds in from the car they sniffed the sitters house for a while. The sent photos are like Glamor Shots and sent multiple a day. They were definitely spoiled during their stay. They have a large Mastiff, but he's a sweetheart. Would definitely recommend.”

“Our sweet Belle has a wonderful time with Brett and Sandra and Jack. She even ate every day which she never does when we leave her! We’re so thankful we found y’all ?”

“Heather was amazing and incredibly accommodating. She graciously invited me into her home to make sure my pup was comfortable and kept me up to date with daily videos and pictures of my dog enjoying herself, completely releasing any stress for me of how she was doing. Amazing job and will certainly be using her services in the future.”

“Giovanni did excellent with my reactive GSD. He was patient, understanding, and did excellent with her. She had so much fun, he sent plenty of pictures and updates, and she came back super tired! Definitely would recommend and trust him with your furry babies. We will be using him again!”

“Staci went above and beyond, accomodating our request for a friend to pick up our pup for a few hours during the stay so he could make a guest appearance at our wedding. She sent regular updates and was communicative throughout.”

“Holly is amazing! I am so happy I found her on Rover. Recently left my pup for 8 days with her while we were on vacation. She sent me pictures and updates and always very responsive. I hate leaving my fur baby with anyone, but Holly makes me feel so comfortable and I know Raphie is always happy and having fun with her!”

“Ashley was wonderful! We were staying nearby at a hotel in Jekyll Island and her house was the perfect little quick detour. Our dog, Max, seemed to love his stay. She sent us many photos and even remembered to give Max his meds when I, at the last minute, decided to pick him up sooner than originally planned. If we’re ever in the area again, we will 100% book her again!”

“Anna was amazing with my Shadow. You couldn’t ask for a better sitter than she is. I would highly recommend her to anyone for your animal sitting needs. She treats them as if they were her fur baby. I’m will be definitely using her again in the future.”
“Melanie was great and so helpful to take my pup for boarding - it was a last minute request and my travel schedule changed frequently. Melanie was flexible with her schedule to handle the changes to my travel schedule. Melanie had an extra dog bed, toys and her dog for my pup to play with. Instant love!”

“Jada was so kind and responsive. She truly loves dogs and it shined through during their entire stay. She was warm and loving when I dropped the dogs off, communicated and shared pictures, both my dogs seemed right at home and were well cared for. She will be by go to sitter from now on!”
