About: We've had dogs and cats in our collective family households since as far back as I can remember. We just lost our dog so sitting is the best next thing to having one for my children. I work from home so your pet will have one on one time with me daily and be able to roam my home freely (as long as they are house trained). Although I don't have a closed yard, I will be available to walk pets 3 times a day and have additional outdoor leashed time if necessary. About: I have been caring for animals since I was a child. I got my first dog of my own 16 years ago. I have a golden retriever who is going to be 16 this year. And I have a kitty who will be three this year. I've had other animals in the past who have passed away. I am a die hard animal fan. I love all of them I don't discriminate. I am currently work different shifts that change monthly. I mostly work 7-3 but also other shifts when needed. I have a job that I am required to be at different houses to take care of individuals. My schedule is never the same but I always have my schedule a month in advance. I have only cared for my own pets. Or family pets and their home. I do not care for pets in my own home. It's not very big.

I work mornings and afternoons 5 days a week and can walk the dogs around that schedule. I love spending a few hours walking dogs between 5 and 8 after work. About: Many Rover's offer an in-home experience where your pets, and other peoples pets and the rover's pets just all hang out and rough house all day. That is not our style. We provide each dog, or dog family a private room for their stay. Your dogs, guest dogs and my dogs do not mingle. We do this for several reasons, but the primary reason is the health and safety of your dog. Have you heard about the new strains of vaccine resistant Kennel cough? Have you seen the injuries that can occur at the dog park when they are just playing? Some dogs just don't care for the doggie mosh pit. Our private rooms are easy to clean and disinfect in between guests. You can bring fido’s favorite bed, blanket or kennel, but we have several vinyl wrapped, easy clean crib mattresses W/ quilted covers and sheets to fit mattress. Due to our cleaning standards, to bring as little as possible is our goal for the dog moms and dads. We also have plenty of bowls, most are stainless steel and washed in a dishwasher daily. I tried being a landlord to pepole, it was a job I did not care for. To protect my tender heart from people that need a place to stay, I have turned 2 rooms into dog hotel rooms.
