About: Hi, I’m Maggie! I’ve had dogs my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. I have lived on a farm surrounded by dogs, horses, and cats, which gave me years of hands on experience caring for animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. After losing my beloved German Shepherd, I began fostering others through rescues. A journey that’s been both healing and incredibly rewarding. It’s deepened my understanding of different temperaments, training needs, and the importance of patience, structure, and gentle consistency. About: I’ve always had pets growing up from cats, dogs to having a pet flying squirrel name Ricky Bobby. I have a genuine heart and a sweet soul and I love animals . My son is in school and I’m a stay at home mom. I have plenty of time on my hands now. About: I’ve always had dogs at home, up to three at once! Most all raised and trained from puppy stages. I had a disabled dog recently who lost usage of her back legs and was incompetent. She required lots of help and being carried around but was a sweetheart. Currently I have eight geckos as well as two snakes, a skink, two cats (mostly outdoor) and one dog. My dogs name is Luna, she’s almost two years old, deaf and mentally special but as friendly as can be! (Several rooms for separation of my dog if needed as well as my crate. So far she gets along well with others) My current weekly routine is as follows: Monday: Feed Cats and Dog x2, feed and mist geckos Tuesday: Feed cats and dog x2 Wednesday: Feed cats and dogs x2, feed and mist geckos, feed skink, feed hognose Thursday: Feed cats and dog x2 Friday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed and most geckos Saturday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed skink Sunday: Feed cats and dog x2 Feed and mist geckos Saturday I go out about every hour and a half for potty breaks. I do not have a fence but I have a large pasture as well as lots of leads. I’m willing to walk for hours with your pet on a leash! I have one friendly pup to keep yours company and I have a spare room. I have the ability to crate my dog and space for a crate for yours if provided. We go out after every food and water break, get lots of cuddles and extra play time!

About: As someone who personally has an animal with special needs I understand the kind of care they need! I also have experience working with animals of all ages. Along with working with animals of all ages I have both volunteered and worked at a local Humane Society. Working there entailed feeding, cleaning, and providing medical care to both cats and dogs. As a student who only works a part time job I am back and forth between campus and my house all week. With an older cat I frequently drop by my house throughout the day to check on him. Because of this I would be able to provide the same care to your animals as well. I live in a quiet neighborhood near several large parks. I have a young Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix that loves to play with other dogs. We just moved from Florida to Dahlonega and am looking forward to watching doggies here. We are minutes from downtown Dahlonega and close to all the winery’s and many waterfalls and hiking areas. We also have a Mother-in-Law suite which is a one bedroom apartment with separate entrance if you need a place to stay. Check out all the photos of the dogs I have watched.
