About: Hi, I'm Amy! I have been taking care of animals my entire life. I have personally owned cats, dogs, rodents, amphibians, fish, horses, and goats in my lifetime. That is not the limit though as my knowledge extends to cattle, reptiles, and birds as well. As a teenager, I even trained horses from birth to a year. I have volunteered with the San Francisco SPCA and obtained my Veterinary Assistant Certification from CSU Hayward. I started the Veterinary Tech program in Portland, Oregon and adopted a pit bull from the local rescue. Four years ago, I lost my rescue dog to cancer after a long treatment with chemo. Before she passed, another pit bull puppy just about fell into my lap, so it's just me and my dog Hustler now plus a couple of semi feral cats that found their way to my house. I am a stay at home mom so I am home full time. The only time I would leave the dogs alone is to go to the store. About: i’ve been around animals for as long as i can remember. i’ve sat for family, friends, and neighbors all of which have trusted me to walk, play, bathe, feed, and check in or keep their loved animals. Im currently self employed and make my own schedule so I have plenty of time to care for your pups/cats.
