“Kyrie has been doing a great job with my Brandi girl. This is her first time away with someone other than family members and she settled in really well with him. He has been extremely helpful to ease our parental worries too, along with giving tips about her harness and walking so she doesn't pull as much. He is calm and soft spoken which I feel really is comforting to her as well.”

“Kristin is amazing. She kept me informed of our 3 fur babies throughout the week I was gone. I received daily pictures of what they were doing. I will definitely use her again!!!!”
“Ms. Kim was amazing! She kept my sweet Bully for me for an entire week. I was very nervous as this was his first time away from home. Ms. Kim sent updates, pictures , and videos. It was a positive experience for my four legged friend as well as for me!”

“I enjoyed getting a daily picture of my fur babies and to see them cuddled up made me feel like they were definitely comfortable and being treated good! I will definetly be using them again and recommend them to any fur parents!”

“Thank you, Shaniece! You kept my furry baby so I could get some "me" time. I was able to enjoy my vacation even more when you sent a video, showing how much fun he was having. We'll see you again soon!”

“I always worry when I board Sebastien because you always hear horror stories. It's not a facility you can go in and inspect, so you rely on reviews and scrutinize profiles and hope for the best. I didn't worry about Sebastien at all after meeting Adria. She was personable and detail oriented and the exterior of her home was clean and well maintained. She sent pictures and updates and gave me notes on his food. She was also not overwhelmed by his high energy antics. He came home happy and clean! It's such a relief to find someone trustworthy, and I highly recommend!”

“Our two pups loved spending time with Savanna and her family! It was so nice to be able to get away and not have to worry if they were ok, Savannah sent daily updates and pics which made our day!! Also we appreciated her quick response time! 1000/10 would recommend Savanna to anyone!!!”

“Cindy was awesome! She kept us updated and sent pictures. We were very comfortable leaving Dutchess with her. Definitely using her in the future. We travel a lot and it’s nice to know we can count on our dog being looked after.”

“Valerie was amazing with my Frenchie London. She and her familiy treated him like part of them, they even got him a Xmas present. She was very communicative and send me bunch of pictures and videos during the whole stay. London had a last minute ear infection and she was so kind and responsible with his medications. I will recommend her 10000%. Definitely will be my designated pet sitter.”

About: I've worked in animal care for several years, starting at a dog boarding and daycare facility where I spent six years. I began as a kennel technician and worked my way up to general manager, gaining extensive experience caring for dogs with a wide range of personalities, behaviors, and medical needs. I'm currently pursuing a long-term goal of becoming a veterinary technician. In my free time, I foster animals for a local rescue that I'm passionate about. I take pride in using fear-free handling techniques, understanding animal body language, working through behavioral challenges, and providing compassionate care for medically compromised pets. While I'm relatively new to Rover, I've been caring for pets in my home for years. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving their owners peace of mind. I'll treat your pets like they're my own and will keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay. I work full-time as a veterinary assistant at a local animal hospital. I have at least two days off each week and work a half day on Wednesdays. While I am away during part of the day, I come home every day during my hour lunch break to let your baby out for a potty break, playtime, and some extra love and attention. In the evenings, I enjoy taking dogs for walks (weather permitting) and spending quality time with them. When I have pets in my care, I plan my schedule around their needs. I avoid making additional plans so I can provide plenty of one-on-one attention, playtime, cuddles, and consistency with their normal routine. I do provide care in your home, with the same schedule/availability. Such as; going to your home on my break to care for the pet(s), only sitting for one family at a time, walks, etc. My goal is to make your pet feel as comfortable, loved, and at home as possible while you're away. I have a fully fenced backyard. I also have a pool that is currently being fenced for added safety. My philosophy is simple: pets are never left unattended outside. If your pet is crate-trained or simply feels more comfortable in a crate, I have plenty of space to set one up for daytime or overnight use. I only care for one client's pet(s) at a time to provide the safest environment and plenty of one-on-one attention. I have a designated "dog cabinet" stocked with essentials like pill pockets, peanut butter, and ability to keep any medications your pet may need during their stay. If your pet rides in my vehicle, I use a pet seat belt to help keep them secure during travel. I ask that owners provide a properly fitted harness or collar and leash. If you're unable to do so, I have extras available (with your permission) to safely transfer your pet to and from my home and for walks. I do my best to maintain your pet's normal feeding schedule, so I appreciate detailed instructions regarding meals, treats, and any special preferences. I also always ask about food sensitivities, allergies, or other dietary needs to ensure your pet stays happy and healthy. These apply to in your home as well.
“Jala was amazing! She took such great care of Brooklyn and kept me updated the entire time with photos and consistent communication. I felt completely at ease knowing my girl was in such good hands. I would absolutely book with her again!”

About: Dogs are active and social animals that need more of a routine than just use the bathroom, lay down,& eat. They need a being of infinite energy to match their drive, but also a responsible leader that allows fun to be had safely. I’m that being. All the hype in the world to rival your crazy dogs energy, but relaxed enough to simmer down for the more down to earth dogs. Big or small, trained or untrained, chaotic or calm, I’m the man for any and every dog. I currently have all the time in the world for your animals! Last minute request or 1 week in advance, I’m there for your furry friends! I keep my eyes on the dogs 100% of the time, especially if they are untrained. Dogs can AND will get into things behind your back and what they can do under no supervision is dangerous for the dog and others. I believe in preventing things before it even happens. Crate training, food training, mental exercises, etc is what I do to have my dog see me as leader that follow my guide. I’m a clean and organized person as well, so tif they think about escaping my all seeing eyes, they have nothing to get into! Once disciplined, they can have some leeway, but still have my undivided attention!
About: I have had animals all of my life and love caring for and playing with them. I will always treat your animals like my own. I am a stay at home mom of three, so I have open availability. My two older kidd are gone for school during the week. So its just me and my three year old. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs who like meeting new dog friends. They would be let out multiple times a day and fed depending in your feeding schedule and played with constantly.

“I must say I do get nervous when Luna’s going to someone for the first time because she hasn’t met them before, but it seems that she did a great job. I will definitely be using this Sitter again I highly recommend.”

“Kaytlin is a wonderful pet sitter! Our cat was well cared for, happy, and comfortable, while we were away. She went above and beyond to build a relationship with our cat. Great communication and reliable. I highly recommend Kaytlin!”

“Wonderful! Reese is a great pet sitter. She touched base and kept me in the loop with my two cats and how they were doing each day with several pics. She even got my timid cat out to play each day and this is extraordinary. Can’t recommend enough!”

“Kalia was wonderful. I was worried about using Rover for my 6 week old kittens but they were in good hands with her. Great communication and my baby kitties really seemed to like her. 10/10, I would schedule her again.”

“Laura is amazing, my wife loves having her take care of our pups while we are out of town. She handles medications and feeding for the dogs with ease. They love seeing her and you can tell she has a soft spot for animals.”

“She was absolutely amazing to my Zuko. She sent me videos and pictures of him, and it really made my feel better about him being taken care of. She also made sure he was fed and had water. Highly recommend! It’s comforting to me that she is a vet tech and has her own cats, so she understands. But definitely will be using her again to take care of my baby Zuko.”

“Katherine was AMAZING. She made sure we were all comfortable, kitty included. Her communication was wonderful and she didn’t hesitate to send updates. I would recommend her to any and everyone. I don’t have a single complaint. Thanks Katherine you’re the BEST!”

About: I’ve cared for cats for friends and neighbors for years and understand that every cat has a unique personality. I’m gentle, patient, and respectful of their space, whether they love attention or prefer quiet company. I’m reliable with feeding schedules, litter care, playtime, and keeping routines consistent so cats feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.

About: I would love to care for cat/kitten! I believe they are family, and deserve love while you’re gone and an easy transition so it’s not hard on them while you leave for vacation/work. I would love to take care of you kitten, and would love to learn anyway special that you care for them that I can implement in your absence so the routine is not broken. I look forward to hearing from everyone. ❤️
“Paw-some job as always! James has been my go to dog/house sitter for years even before becoming a registered sitter on rover. He really takes care of things as if they are his own, if not better! This time he came to feed our 4 dogs while we were out of town. He couldn’t find where the water dish was for our back yard so he filled one up just in case. I appreciate James so much and hope more people come to know him as the dependable person he is.”

About: I’ve been caring for cats and dogs for over 15 years. I grew up in a cat-loving home, where my parents welcomed seven cats into our family. My siblings and I all shared the responsibility of caring for them, so looking after animals has always been a part of my life. We also always had big dogs! Mastiffs, Labrador Retrievers, and a Standard Poodle, I’m very comfortable caring for both large and small breeds. Our newest family member, Penny the Chihuahua, has given me plenty of experience earning the trust of shy, skittish, anxious, and even grumpy little pups. I understand that some dogs and cats need a little extra time to feel comfortable, and I’m committed to respecting their boundaries while making them feel safe, loved, and cared for. Whether your pet is outgoing or a little more reserved, I’ll meet them where they are and give them the patience and kindness they deserve. To me, pets are so much more than animals, they’re family. While you’re away, I’ll care for your furry family member with the same love, attention, and respect that I would give my own, so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands!

“Great daycare experience - Nugget came home happy and tired from playing all day! He had a great experience and we would definitely schedule again! Great communication and wonderful family! Thanks for watching our pup!”

“Valerie was awesome! I didn’t know what I was going to do about doggy daycare on Columbus Day since my normal daycare was shut down for the holiday. Valerie was so personable, and I could see her love for dogs when I first met her! Wish I could use her more, but Clyde is just super familiar with where he typically goes. I highly recommend Valerie! She had to have been very attentive to take so many pics of him! Loved her! She was awesome!”

About: As a stay-at-home mother and wife, I have been caring for my people and fur babies for the last 17 years. We are a pet-loving family and we're routinely called upon to care for our friend's animals. We treat them like our own and have had zero issues with them while they're with us. We completely understand that entrusting the care of your pets can be stressful. We can alleviate that concern for you. Let's team up today! I am avalable to care for your animals after 8:30am and up until 3pm on weekdays (while kids are in school) and have a mostly clear schedule on the weekends. We can discuss in greater detail, if necessary. If your pet/pets are comfortable in a kennel or enjoys car rides, they can accompany me to school drop off and pick up. This would enable an earlier drop off and later pick up time. At home, we have a walled-in backyard. We're able to let our animals out to use the bathroom and stretch their legs without any care or concern for them running away. At our client's homes, we will regularly let their pets out into their walled backyards or will walk them, if requested.

Right now I work at a family-friend owned franchise and have very flexible hours. If i’m notified 2-1 week’s in advance I could have the entire day/days dedicated to taking care of your pup. If last minute pet care is needed, I can more than likely work my schedule around to help with your needs! I have a mostly fenced in yard and will be taking that fix into priority, I just don’t currently have the funds to finish the other side of the fence. Leashed walks and potty breaks will be the for front of my care until we are able to fix the fence. I am more than happy to stand on the curb side for 25 minutes while your pup sniffs the same concrete patch each walk, per the inconvenience 😅😂 I understand and have experience following feeding schedules so if you have list, please let me know and i’d be happy to follow!

“Alexander was the Best! Our dog hit it off with him right away! Alexander was great about sending us video clips as well as pictures. We could tell that our dog was well cared for. I would choose Alexander again in a heartbeat! I HIGHLY recommend him. Simply Wonderful!”

“I must say I do get nervous when Luna’s going to someone for the first time because she hasn’t met them before, but it seems that she did a great job. The sitter was very friendly, professional, and communicated very well and sent pictures which I love that. I’m glad that she also had someone to play with. I will definitely be using this Sitter again I highly recommend.”

“Milena was wonderful baby sitting my dogs while i was on vacation in Australia !! She keeps you up to date with them by sends pics to you of them as well !! She’s very lovable towards animals. I definitely recommend Milena. You will be worry free leaving your dogs with her !!”

“Brodie seemed to enjoy his time with Dylan, his dogs, and his young son ! Frequent updates and pictures were sent. They have a big backyard perfect for for playing fetch and running around !”
About: I have volunteered at an animal rescue around a year. I was responsible for fixing them food, water, cleaning their crate and playing with them. I also had a family dog growing up and currently have three cats. I work from home full-time and get multiple breaks throughout the day, so I am always available at home. I am a homebody and have the time to care for animals. I have a fenced in back yard with a grassy area. Pets sitting on the furniture and being around is no issue. I do have three cats, but I am able to keep them separate at all times.

“This is our first time leaving our puppy and instantly felt comfortable with Keirra and she took excellent care of him! She constantly kept us updated with pictures and the visit. She gave them all of the love and attention that they needed. Highly recommend.”
“Randi was awesome!! She kept my pup for 6 days and when I picked him up he had been bathed and groomed. Communication was easy. She went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable while I was away. 10/10 would recommend”
