I am a former doggie foster parent who cared for dogs coming directly from a county animal shelter. I have completed obedience and training classes with multiple of my own dogs over the years. I have been a client of Bowdon Animal Hospital for over 25 years. I have cared for hospice animals, animals with anxiety issues and animals with medical needs. In addition to dogs, I have experience with cats, fish, lizards, chickens, turtles and even goats! My pets are my kids and I will treat yours the same way. I am a 52 year old retired social worker. I have a very flexible schedule both weekdays and weekends. My spouse works from home so my own dogs and fish are well taken care of while I care for your babies. Being retired allows me to spend quality time with your pets, getting to know them and how to best care for them. I am meticulous about ensuring any medication is taken correctly and owners instructions for their pets are followed, just as I would want for my own. Our family enjoys hiking, so I am very familiar with ensuring large and small dogs are safe on a leash.
About: I’ve always worked with animals and had many of my own from snakes to dogs and horses! I’ve learned along the way with how to treat different personality types in animals and how to tend to their needs whether it be medical, high energy, or older pets. I can accommodate to any and all specific needs that the owners or fur babies may have. I am very confident in my skills with dogs and cats to make sure they are safe and comfortable in the end! I have 6 dogs of my own, so majority of my plans are made around them I try to fit them into most of the things I do on a daily basis. I always try to keep my pets happy and occupied so they get lots of energy out! About: I work in vet med. I've been around animals my whole life. I've worked with the sweetest Goldens, to land shark puppies and the noisy beagles and I enjoy every bit of it. I currently go to college at the university of west Georgia so I have a lot of free time other than that, school if my number one priority. During breaks I go to Florida and work as a Veterinary technician and I wouldn't change it for the world. Because I live on campus I won't have pets at my house but because I've had pets I understand depending on the dog or cat everything can become a toy or eaten. So I try to keep everything out of reach that would avoid a vet visit. I'll be outside with your dog at all times just incase you have an escape artist or to prevent injuries. Plus outside it the best place to play and get off the energy out. When it comes to walks I'm open on taking long or short walks I'm athletic and don't mind a good walk.

About: Dogs are my favorite. I know how to administer medication and calm them down if they are stressed Sr babies are also welcome. Love all I am a stay at home mom currently in school at home. This is a great way for me to take care of babies and earn money doing something I love. I have two fenced in areas. Babies are always watched while we’re outside at play and during potty time. They are never left alone or out of my sight.
