Our senior cat does not generally like people that aren't my or my husband, but Robin handled her with patience, kindness, and understanding. Here’s a little bit about me… I’ve pet sat, walked pets, administered medication to many pets that require it on a day to day basis (via orally and injection), and many drop-in visits for a little over 5 years now to highly anxious, aggressive, and elderly animals. I’ve also worked it the veterinary field assisting doctors to provide hands on care to your fur baby for a little over a year now. I’m also in with the AKC. I compete with dogs in conformation, agility, dock diving, scent work, and barn hunt etc. and have been doing that for about a year with all types of breeds and sizes. About: As someone who personally has an animal with special needs I understand the kind of care they need! I also have experience working with animals of all ages. Along with working with animals of all ages I have both volunteered and worked at a local Humane Society. Working there entailed feeding, cleaning, and providing medical care to both cats and dogs. As a student who only works a part time job I am back and forth between campus and my house all week. With an older cat I frequently drop by my house throughout the day to check on him. Because of this I would be able to provide the same care to your animals as well. I live in a quiet neighborhood near several large parks. About: Your dog will love it here. I have a large fenced in yard and am home most of the time. Your dogs would never be out of my site. I have a young Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix that loves to play with other dogs. We just moved from Florida to Dahlonega and am looking forward to watching doggies here. We are minutes from downtown Dahlonega and close to all the winery’s and many waterfalls and hiking areas. We also have a Mother-in-Law suite which is a one bedroom apartment with separate entrance if you need a place to stay. Check out all the photos of the dogs I have watched. I would be home with your pet for the majority of their stay with maybe a quick trip to the store They will get a fenced in yard with plenty of sunshine and couches to lay on in the lanai. With a fenced in yard and and a playful Lily and with lots of love from me, your dogs will love being here where they will be well taken care of.
“We had our three dogs spend a day with Kathrine while we were visiting the North Georgia Wildlife & Safari Park during a week long stay at Unicoi State Park. They say they each give Ms. K four paws up for a fantastic visit for a total of 12 paws up. We unfortunately got a flat tire just before reaching her house, so we had to do a tire repair there and we got to see how quickly our pups calmed down around her as a new person and being in a new location. We definitely would not hesitate to use her again.”

I have lived on a farm surrounded by dogs, horses, and cats, which gave me years of hands on experience caring for animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. After losing my beloved German Shepherd, I began fostering others through rescues. A journey that’s been both healing and incredibly rewarding. About: I have taken care of and had dogs in my home since before I can remember. I come from a family of dog lovers who always had at least two dogs in our home. We absolutely adore dachshunds, but we don’t discriminate and I love all types of dogs, big and small. I am fairly active and love to get out and explore with my three puppies, but I also can be a couch potato and love to get snuggles from all of the fur babies. my three dogs have been trained by me and I absolutely love working with and hanging out with all types of dogs! I can provide a bath on extended stays. I will never leave your dog alone. I will keep your kid safe. I will give your dog attention. I will provide updates and make sure your fur kid is happy. In the summer, we will have a dog pool..whoo hoo. I can feed your dog, administer meds but not shots. I have a vet that is 10 minutes away in cleveland in case.

About: Since I was 9 years old I have been fortunate to grow up in a household that has always included dogs. Throughout the years, we have cared for a diverse range of breeds, including Terriers, Boxers, and Mastiffs and I wouldn't have it any other way (except for maybe more dogs). I was raised to care for and love them like I would any family member. I have administered medication to not only my own animals, but to others as well. Not only that, I can perform hygiene tasks such as bathing, brushing, etc. I work remotely and have the flexibility to create my own schedule. This gives me plenty of time to spend with your pup while you're away! I have a fenced-in yard with ample amounts of running space. I have three sweet pups: a 13-year-old Westie, a 3-year-old Shepherd, and a yellow Lab who is less than a year old. They are happy to help keep your fur babies busy during playtime or snuggle next to them during nap time. If it's a pleasant day, we'll be outside playing in the yard or lounging in the shade. If not, there is plenty of room to entertain inside. We allow our dogs to relax on the furniture and welcome visitors to it as well; The couch is our favorite place to snuggle! I'm comfortable administering medication if needed. My senior boy is on oral medication; I've also administered medication to others in the past. About: Ever since I was 10 I have had experience taking care of animals. At one point in time we had 26 animals throughout our house that we had to care for. I take pride in caring for animals because they are a true joy and blessing in this world. I also have a dog of my own who is very well trained that I have had for 7 years now. Our senior cat does not generally like people that aren't my or my husband, but Robin handled her with patience, kindness, and understanding. She respected our cat’s space while still making sure she was eating, drinking, getting her treats, and enjoying her favorite comfort items. Robin also graciously allowed us to visit and check in on our cat during the trip and was flexible with our schedules, which gave us such peace of mind. Here’s a little bit about me… I’ve pet sat, walked pets, administered medication to many pets that require it on a day to day basis (via orally and injection), and many drop-in visits for a little over 5 years now to highly anxious, aggressive, and elderly animals. I’ve also worked it the veterinary field assisting doctors to provide hands on care to your fur baby for a little over a year now. I’m also in with the AKC. I compete with dogs in conformation, agility, dock diving, scent work, and barn hunt etc. and have been doing that for about a year with all types of breeds and sizes. I have always had a special connection with dogs and all animals for that matter and enjoy every second I can get with any of them. I look forward to doing some pet sitting or walking for you and your fur baby! I work part-time at the veterinary clinic (2 times a week for 5 hours a day) which gives me plenty of time during the week to play with your precious fur baby! About: As someone who personally has an animal with special needs I understand the kind of care they need! I also have experience working with animals of all ages. Along with working with animals of all ages I have both volunteered and worked at a local Humane Society. Working there entailed feeding, cleaning, and providing medical care to both cats and dogs. As a student who only works a part time job I am back and forth between campus and my house all week. With an older cat I frequently drop by my house throughout the day to check on him. Because of this I would be able to provide the same care to your animals as well. I live in a quiet neighborhood near several large parks. Because of this I will be able to not only walk dogs in my neighborhood but take them to surrounding parks to walk and play! Along with taking dogs out my home is equipped with cat friendly furniture,scratchers and enrichment.
