We also care for our 16-year-old female Toy Poodle. Senior care has taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to manage age-related changes with calm and routine. I personally handle bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and grooming for both dogs. Our home has a secure backyard with a dog door for safe bathroom access, and daily walks are part of our routine. “Ok, so, I held off on writing this review for a while until I processed and let me dog heal. Now that I have, I think it’s important everyone knows the kind of person Kira is. My dog, Winnie, was attacked by another dog while in Kira's care, and the way they handled the situation was nothing short of exemplary. Kira responded quickly and calmly, ensuring Winnie received immediate attention and the necessary medical care. She kept me informed every step of the way, which greatly eased my anxiety during such a stressful time. (For the record, Winnie was attacked by an aggressive dog at the WWC dog park which I gave permission for her to go to, so it was not her fault. The owners of the dog also ran away so they could not be held responsible.) Despite the trauma, Winnie was happy and well-cared for when I picked her up. It's clear that Kira genuinely loves animals and is dedicated to their well-being. Winnie had surgery the next day because the other dog ripped her gums from her jaw. She got 15 stitches but has recovered so well and is going great! Kira has checked in several times to see how Winnie’s doing. If you're looking for a responsible, compassionate, and reliable dog sitter, look no further. She truly cares about the pets they look after, and I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care they provided to Winnie during such a stressful day. I can’t imagine how it would’ve gone if her sitter was someone less caring.”

I take them for walks, dog sit at home where they are comfortable, keep them occupied while you are away, making sure they are entertained, fed and exercised! Your dog will never feel lonely or bored! My schedule is wide open as this is my primary position, so as long as I don’t have a booking my schedule is all yours! I will take them for walks/outside to play/to use the bathroom. I have helped train a handful of puppies with basic obedience commands. My spaniel, Baxley, can sit, stay, shake, retrieve, spin and cuddle when he knows I need it. The training was for us to really trust each other, and he’s my best friend! In addition to working with Baxley and other dogs, I have dog sat for many other people/ families. I’m able to help out during my lunch hour as well as before and after work- my usual work hours are 8-4:30 with a flexible lunch break. I can ensure you that your fur babies will be loved, spoiled, and taken care of in my time doggy sitting! :) I work full time, but my schedule can be very flexible. I can take my lunch earlier or later than 12 PM due to working an 8-4:30. With that, I can walk pets before 8 and after 4:30 ! My spaniel is able to run openly, so I do not have a fenced in yard. Basically, I treat every pet like they're my own and every home like it's my grandma's – with lots of love and respect!

About: I’ve spent years caring for pets for family and friends, including dogs and cats with different needs and personalities. I’m experienced with daily routines like feeding, walks, playtime, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for. I’m patient, attentive, and always focused on keeping pets happy and safe. My current hours of work are 7:30 am - 3:30ish pm. I’m available throughout the weekend definitely and may possibly be available throughout the day sometimes. I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment whether pets are in my home or their own. I follow each pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions like medications or special diets. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection so they feel relaxed and secure.
“I am very pleased with Mrs. Sandy watching my puppy. She really showed great concern and care for my puppy and was giving me constant updates. By far, she has been the best pet sitter I've had. I would really like to keep using her from here on out as the pet sitter for my puppy. My Mello really liked her and she just took such good care of him. I told her how my puppy kept jumping on my 6 year old daughter and his nails was scratching her. So she sent me a video of her clipping my puppys nails and put some smell good on my Mellos back. It was a great experience and I knew from the "get go" upon meeting her, my Mello were in excellent hands with her. I am truly a satisfied and happy client!”
About: I have experience in training and handling dogs from puppies to seniors. I have veterinary care experience which allows for low stress administration of medications or other treatments. My experience in behavioral management allows for all dogs to feel safe and comfortable. Plus I am a huge dog lover and want to have as much fun as possible! I work from home and will provide your pet with plenty of company! I also love hiking and exploring new places. Active dogs will join me on these adventures while other dogs will join me on the couch! I take plenty of pictures and provide numerous updates on your pet as well. I live in a quiet and safe community where pets are welcome. Pets will be taken outside every 2 hours and allowed to relieve themselves. Playing, exploring, and ample time and care will be provided!
About: We have a cat and a dog of our own and they are like family for us! They are our babies! Let us love yours like our own as well! I would have all the animals if I could! We love spending time with our babies and would love to take care of yours just like you would! I will be home with them all day and night! Someone will be here around the clock unless we have to run a quick errand to which they won’t be here alone long! We are working on fencing in a portion of our 13 acres to care for others pets! We live way off the road and they have lots of area to play! We have plenty of area to walk them and let them play.

About: Animals sense how much I love them & want to make them feel comfortable in every situation. I love doing for them what brings happiness. I have cats & a dog. Some duties & everyday routine include, Cat box cleaning, wet food treats, homemade dog treats, playtime, snuggles, clean up I have a fenced yard. I can walk dogs at their home. We can go to dog parks if that is an option for dogs. Play fetch I clients yard.
